In my opinion, the sites improve without trying to prove to further test each casino by applying our own strategies we will make an investigation into a few key points that show us whether a casino is trustworthy is an important criterion. Another critical issue is the security of a casino, where if we check whether the link between the website and the software is completely encrypted and secure its credibility will increase.

Looking good but you are still missing something and that is a copper membership it will take out restriction like enabling posting images and pictures and you will gain the trust of players here if you still have the budget go for a good thread designer, I'm sure the discussion here will get better as you prove that you are serious in establishing and make your casino competitive.

again make this one possible because now that Bitcoin is heading towards ATH again ,surely transaction fees will increase very high .

There's no need to take it personally, because that's just how things work here. I don't know how long you've been in the business, but you have to understand that we've seen a lot of different scams over the years. The script that you're using doesn't help in your case because many members here recognize it and associate it to previous scam websites. So, don't be too hard on people who are just being overly cautious.
He can always prove them wrong if he will continue to improve his site. You can't blame them for getting that feel because a lot had been abandoned and exited in this industry using the same script. If he is here for long term, then show it by making progress on the site.
But, I am curious, @OP, is the biggest winner - Ms Kaelynn Mann a real person who won this 251680 credits, which translates to $251680? Or just a test bot? You need to be transparent here so people will not accuse you of faking the numbers here.

Anyways, when you already know the problems now that you're facing with your site, isn't it better to just focus on changing the script and making it a completely different (and unique) website if possible, so to give your users a unique experience instead of trying to ask for evidence?
OP may have a good intention of creating a gambling casino but the template is questionable making him a suspect to be an old dev using this old script and he ends up defending the gambling site, this is one lesson to always check the template that you are using, this is also one of the issues when buying a script.

The script that you're currently using is completely messed up here, there have been lots of accusations before connected to that. That is why users here prefer not to play on those sites that uses the same script, as most of them turns to be a scam. I think if you want your casino not to be avoided, better use different script and build your trust. In my opinion, your site has a very simple design yet there are some flaws such as the logo.

But this is a really bad start for his casino, he means well but somewhere along the way he made the wrong moves because he did not do enough research on how to properly set up one, one of the issues is the template, gamblers will not feel at home on a gambling site that looks like the one that scam them in the past, anyway as long there are no accusations yet and he is responding to all issues he still good.
by the way, i agree that people should not judge this casino as early as now as no complaint yet for any withdrawal or anything.

In this way your casino will survive , if you continues to prove them wrong because there are several casino also here that at first faces same issues and accusation when they are starting to present their site here but eventually? when they completely maintain their legitimacy on what way? By proving them wrong from your costumers/players satisfaction , because the most important part of having a casino site is that your gamblers will experience best things when they are playing.and when time comes? sure everything will be at good place. take those accusation as Challenge and not a threat .
If I am going to be completely honest with you OP I think your website is very unprofessional even if you put "Provably fair. All our games are provably fair. We do not cheat." If you do not like what they describe, you do not have to feel anything and still work for your business because it is normal to see what other people say about your business that looks similar to another gambling site. You can prove to them that you are not like those trying to steal other people's money because you are really concerned with your business and your members and want to grow your business like the other successful gambling site. I understand you ,OP,but it's normal for the gamblers to be suspicious,when it comes to new crypto casinos,especially new crypto casinos,that are using a well known and cheap gambling script.
Perhaps you have good intentions,but you will have to put the effort to build trust and prove that you are legit.

Being a new casino with very familiar website template from other known casinos (which ended up bad), can really give bad impression.
However, you can always prove your site is legit only by time. So long you are paying everyone and no complaints, you can build your credibility.
And once you can afford, maybe get the gambling license and also improve the site so it will not be compared to others.
Take those as a challenge to improve your site. In time, you will gain trust if you are sincerely motivated to move forward in this business.

I would suggest everyone to avoid using this website that is using exact same website template like some other script betting website like some fake provable scams.
