I still have ~ 3 dozen support tickets that date back as far as 9 months ago that are still open and unresolved and ~ 1 dozen of which have never even been replied to.

Very interesting considering we haven't had the ticketing system anywhere close to 9 months.  What is your login name?  36 unresolved tickets over 9 months is definitely something we would like to see considering we only added the ticketing system 4-6 months ago.  Also, to note, unresolved tickets brought to our attention will be resolved, therefore just let us know your login name and we will have an immediate review.

Apparently you can't comprehend simple English. What part of "Here's a polite Fuck You to Betcoin just in case they thought about making some lame ass attempt to try to help now. It's far too late. The damage is done and is now irreparable." did you not grasp?

Lie #1 - "we only added the ticketing system 4-6 months ago"
Anyone at Betcoin can check their support tickets and they go back well past 4-6 months as others here have stated. Mine go back 8 months 2 weeks which is close enough to the 9 months I stated. BTW Are you so ignorant of your own business that you can't figure out if you did something either 4 months ago or 6 months ago? No need to answer as obviously you are that ignorant especially since it’s even much longer than 4-6 months.

Lie #2 - "unresolved tickets brought to our attention will be resolved"
This is the biggest load of crap to come out of your mouth so far. First of all it is Betcoin's job to handle support tickets. It is not the players’ job to constantly inform Betcoin support that, yet once again, nothing has been done with their support tickets. Sometimes when players do complain they get chastised by support for wasting their time but much more commonly, their complaints continue to get ignored until the player gets so frustrated that they stop complaining as it’s a fruitless venture. You might want to find the cause of why so many support tickets go unanswered and unresolved and stop laying the onus on the players.

Here’s a tip: Why don’t you start with simply replying to every ticket. Do it in a reasonable timeframe (within 24 hours). Then don’t take days and weeks in-between replies. I simply cannot fathom how you could have so many unanswered and unresolved tickets for so long and actually believe you are doing any job never mind a good job.

What is the point of having a thread like this if every time someone asks a difficult question you spam the same 3 posts on top of it to hide the difficult question?

Please either answer the questions or explicitly admit that you don't want to answer them. Repeatedly spamming the same out-of-date information about tournaments that already finished is annoying, ugly, and rude.

I just want to know why they are telling me and others that I'm welcome back when clearly...I'm not.  Does that make sense to you?
What does not make sense is why you  keep wasting your time. You don't want to play here and they banned you. So long.
To play at Betcoin you have to take the good with the bad or else you will be upset many times when dealing with support. So if you can't handle it is better for you to walk away and forget the whole thing. You are not going to change anything one bit.

You think I'm wasting my time.

You want me to just give up because there's nothing left for me to gain personally.

You think players at Betcoin should just accept the "bad" because it's not worth getting upset with how support treats them.

Hopefully I can prove you wrong (except for the personally gaining) . Check back in a month or two - maybe you'll be surprised.

Don't be foolish. They are content in growing at a snail pace, and sometimes regressing, or else they would have made some changes a long time ago. Nobody has been able to change the way they handle themselves or the way they do things and I seriously doubt that you can.

I don't think you're alone in your "we should just let Betcoin do whatever they want because standing up to them is a waste of time" mentality.

This is a big part of my motivation.

Please keep me updated on the table starter rakeback as I played yesterday and have become accustomed to it.

Also, I just had to comment on these twitchyseal postings because they are quite fascinating.  On the one hand he claims Betcoin is a fraud but on the other he is dying to get back onto the site and play!  If it's really a fraud why does he want to play on Betcoin so bad?  Lol, I have never seen anything like this before.  Perhaps by banning him you are doing a good deed in keeping away from his perceived fraud!

Get the table starter going again!  Thanks.

I don't intend to ever play on Betcoin again.

Why would you think otherwise?

I haven't even asked to be unbanned...

Betcoin, comment?

Very interesting considering we haven't had the ticketing system anywhere close to 9 months.

Yes, you have.

Here's the email I received after creating my first ticket on March 14th 2015.

That's a lie.  Any user can go to "profile" and click on "support" and see all of their open and closed tickets.  I personally have tickets from over 11 months ago.

For example, what date was Ticket #1 submitted on?  Ticket #1000? Ticket #2000?

What about Ticket #10000?  I'll bet you ticket #10000 was submitted over 8 months ago.  Right?

The withdraw button in wallet seems to be redirecting to wallet page.

I noticed that yesterday, and posted it in one of the other many betcoin threads.

If only there was a single venue for support issues where you didn't just get expediently ignored. Wink

We certainly appreciate the feedback and this seemed to be intermittent and should be working well now.  There is a single venue, on the support page www.betcoin.ag/support and in the live chat where we can get to the issues at hand promptly and keep a good record of them.

You responded to him last week.

It's painfully obvious what you're doing here...

Betcoin is nothing if not consistent.
They consistently have the worst cs and attitude of any company anywhere.

Everyone responding in this thread at Betcoin's behalf appear to be members of a developmentally disabled family who have no sense of what it takes to run a business/communicate with customers/problem solve.

Here is some of my frustration with their sportsbook cs:

If plo8monster (the betcoin "pro") is around, Id LOVE for him to respond.

I clearly see why Betcoin does not want me to respond here.  In the words of a wise man:

Arguing with retards on the internet is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good you play the pigeon is going to knock over the pieces, crap on the board and strut around like he’s victorious.

Good luck to you all.

And to Betcoin, thanks for getting the table starter back up.  Much appreciated.

We will always be here for you.

Normally I would just ignore the pigeon btw...but not if the pigeon were running an online poker site unethically and going around paying people to tell others how trustworthy they were.

I know you want back in because nobody in their right mind would waste this much time spamming unless they wanted to get back involved.  Perhaps you have friends you want to talk to there or miss playing the tournaments or whatever else you did there.  I can personally say that in chat I have seen people talk about you in a positive light and even seen a discussion led by Betcoin staff member asking how to bring you back in.  Examining these communications, they probably would welcome you back, but fear that you would spam their forum as much as you spam here.  Plus, if you don't intend to play there, why does it matter if you are banned or not? Personally, I am indifferent I see some good in the things you have mentioned but a lot of bad in your approach.  It definitely makes sense to me why you are banned.

EDIT:  By the way, I have said many times that I would stop commenting on this topic, but quite frankly I am fascinated.  Perhaps I can mediate this matter.

Why don't you make some more asinine assumptions while continuing to suck Betcoin's dick? You're on a roll here and if you keep it up I am quite sure they will compensate you. BTW Betcoin is the only one spamming this thread with the same ridiculously long posts about tourney dates, as if no one would have a clue if they didn't, in some pathetically sad attempt to bury the fact that they refuse to answer and continue to completely ignore anyone with a real issue. However, they immediately answer all the petty questions that most any simpleton could figure out without having to come here to ask.

They truly do have the most ignorant and arrogant and flat out rudest support I have ever come across for any online company in over 15 years. They disgust me on every level. I still have ~ 3 dozen support tickets that date back as far as 9 months ago that are still open and unresolved and ~ 1 dozen of which have never even been replied to. So many players at Betcoin, as heard in chat, have just given up any hope of ever getting a resolution to most problems and have come to accept the piss poor, if any at all, support Betcoin gives. This is exactly what Betcoin wants; players that become apathetic and will keep quiet and ignore how they are getting screwed over. Betcoin can't possibly be so delusional to not see the real problems, so it must be their incompetence coupled with their smug arrogance that gets in the way of telling the truth and actually finding the root causes of all their problems.

Twitchyseal is sticking up for himself and is doing what Betcoin has never done; the right thing. If they think they can continue to sweep every real issue under the rug then they are sadly mistaken. Twitchyseal will fight to expose the rotten core of Betcoin and I will help. Here's a polite Fuck You to Betcoin just in case they thought about making some lame ass attempt to try to help now. It's far too late. The damage is done and is now irreparable.

Here’s a heads-up for Betcoin about how I operate. Fuck me out of a dollar and I promise you that I will fuck you out of 10. Game on.
