I guess now most newbies who are just entering the crypto industry will be primarily interested in some simple and hype things (e.g. meme tokens) rather than understanding the specifics of Bitcoin and networks of other coins.
For some of the newbies, the hype that has attracted them into cryptocurrency will also lead them to explore other coins that are more reliable—Bitcoin on top of the list, of course.

By the way, as for the hype things, it's strange that Betfury hasn't yet added to its platform such hype meme tokens as Trump and Melania. Smiley
There are many tokens that are hyped daily. If Betfury begins to add all to their platform, it will become messy. Some casinos ae quicker to add new tokens, but it is not a must that every casino act in that manner.

$TRUMP and $MELANIA may get listed, but it will happen with time.

Do not forget to post your interest as we only have 17 spots left. You can state your preferred time slot later to me via PM. I will try to accommodate everybody. Thank you for your interest.

Will be there regular normal poker tournament (non heads-up) sponsored by betfury in the future? Although I do not play poker much for few years now but I dont really like heads up poker. The most common problem on poker tournament like this is about its schedule (starting time) because we are coming from different timezone so it is a bit hard to find a friendly schedule for all potential participants.

Here you go mate: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5527593
This time it will be a mystery bounty tournament  Grin.

I think any respectable casino will look at the coin/token long term before listing it.
Memecoins are just that, memecoins, which will blow ower soon. Even Trumpcoin. I doubt it will have the price and volume it has now in 2 months.
But we'll see
It has gone more crazy with meme coins in this market cycle as in past cycles, except Dogecoin, then Shiba Inu, I did not see other meme coins that can easily be listed on Tier-1 exchanges.

In this market cycle, many big exchanges accepted to list new meme coins very easily. Maybe they have some reasons for doing such listings, like listing fees from meme coins, and trading volume from those hyped meme coins can help their exchanges getting more trading fees from users, and perhaps they don't want to miss a hot trend, and be ignored by their users.

Trump, Melania meme coins will have a long time to be accepted by community as strong meme coins that can last for some market cycles. It's logical to feel fearful about any new meme coin that it can die very quickly.

This should be the standard but since they are business anything that has demand is an opportunity for them to list and accept the community to play in their casino. This is already the typical practice of any crypto business.

Even popular exchange now list meme coin without any due diligence as long as there’s a huge profit potential.

The hype is passing, and the interest for these meme coins will probably die out soon. The Melania meme token is already down more than 80% from its all-time-high. Trump's meme coin performs somewhat better. When I say better, I mean that it's down only 50% from its ATH. It's a pump & dump scheme that worked. People will shift their attention to other things.
Well, people can shift their attention to other things if what we are talking about here is Melania - trump's wife meme coin, which a lot of crypto people refer to be an Insult to the crypto industry.

But for Trump, I completely doubt that people will shift their attention from the meme coin of a sitting USA president, USA is not just any country but currently the world power.
Alot of platforms have added trump coin, like Stake did add  support for Trump coin, but have ignored Melania, so have top exchanges as well ignored Melania.

Let's just say that rollbit is not yet interested in listing Trump to their casino, not actually because the hype will fade away, Trump stand a chance of becoming the very first meme coin that will reach a trillion dollar in market cap.

Imho if BetFury would add every single altcoin that is on hype, it will turn quickly into junkyard Cheesy I am not a technical expert, but if every user will now require to have new or more personal wallets on every blockchain that isnt going to be ok. Might slow down deposit and withdraw processes. Not a tech guy, maybe that is done with few clicks and lines of code. But generating more and more addresses will only blow database size. And think of he following, those hype meme coins are very risky assets. Their value might drop immediately next day, but for the lost game right now, BetFury pay BFG cashback, rakeback. They calculate BFG you will receive when meme coin price is 100 bucks for example and pay you, but tomorrow value of meme coin will be 30 bucks which will mean that they have returned you 200% more in BFG than they have right now. That simply unprofitable for them.
Adding multiple altcoins won't be a big problem for him. Because most coins are minted in just a few chains.  As EVM wallet is always same for all EVM chain tokens.  Tokens on the SOL chain have the same address.  So they can add any coin they want but the maintenance hassle will increase a bit. And I don't think a casino site needs to have too many memento methods. Only few coins are enough like BTC , BNB, ETH , USDT , USDC , SOL , TON , NEAR , LTC etc.. Focus should be on speedy processing rather than paying attention to payment method

Okeeeey... But does those meme coins or 1-week of hype altcoins require so much attention from casinos? I imagine how slowly casino turns into pawnshop, junkyard or rag fair. People bring everything they dont need just to place another bet. List of accepted crypto is already huge. I dont think I ever saw so many accepted crypto in other casinos. As well as I dont think I ever saw someone using SUSHI for instance among latest casino bets.

I had a similar conversation on a thread where someone converted (as per OP) $66 into more than $3 million. You can check my response. Although nothing bad about trying these lotteries, take them as lotteries instead of labeling them as trading. Without some insane luck or insider information Grin this much growth is not possible.

The problem is, that we don't know which token is going to have such growth in a short period of time. I do not know any insider who can give me this information before. Even if someone provided me with information, it probably I wouldn't buy it because they won't take responsibility if I make any losses.

I tried some shitcoins before and expected some growth like 10x, and 20x, and all of them disappointed me. I couldn't even get a 2x. Some of those tokens becomes zero after some time and some of them are still in loss. I am good with my average life bro.

Someone asked a question about using NFT to gamble on casinos  here and I was amazed to see that some casinos already have such features as some members replied to it presenting some casinos that the OP could source from. Although I checked on Betfury Casino and saw NFT loot boxes and from the looks, it is likely going to be the next gambling trend in casinos in time to come. Will it be nice if the betfury team looks into this? If the team finds it durable, it can attract more gamblers to use such gaming features.

unless there is a victory tax in his country which requires gamblers to pay PSJAK if they win,

I do not think there is a single country in the entire world where gambling winnings are tax-free;D. In gambling, it is either the house wins or the government. In my country Government takes (robs) 30% of gambling winnings. Even winnings from games like chess is also taxable Grin.
I am sure nobody gets paid in full in this sense.
In my country here in Nigeria, I dont think gambling winnings are taxed, well, I am not so very sure but personally, I've never received from a casino, less amount than I won on any excuse that the rest was used to settle my winning tax to the government, all the money I won from didffermt casinos have alway been complete when I receive them.

The Nigeria government don't actually pay attention to some of this things, but it's understandable because our government are one of the most corrupt in the world, they are always after the big companies that will be paying their tax in billions of naira, this money they do nothing with it, other than loot it and share it within themselves to keep for their generations to come.
Possibly the reason why they don't care about taxing gambling winnings as what they will be getting is very insignificant compared to what the companies and big businesses in the country are paying as tax.
Yep you are right, the news is not one of them for me to trade if I only guide it, maybe I will lose more money there, there are so many factors we must see as a crypto trader who is basically a very sensitive and speculative market, we need seeing graphically, fundamentally, news sentiment and also hype some of these things are the basic indicators for analyzing the altcoin that we will trade, then Bitcoin as the mother of all market movements also needs to be analyzed too because we often see if Bitcoin falls then Altcoin is more severe down And vice versa, maybe a person's analysis method is different like you and I but we need to pay attention to anything that does not experience excessive losses and also the benefits that are sufficient for us in trade.

This is what has been happening lately, newbies end up investing in tokens or memecoins that they don't know about. Memecoins are a great opportunity to make money, as long as you have a plan of action, such as knowing the right time to buy (whether spot or futures trading) and the right time to get out (whether long/short). Many end up hitting a wall and getting very frustrated, some give up and others slow down and start to understand that Bitcoin is the only more stable asset in this market.

I think that Bitcoin should make up a good part of the portfolio. Making money in the altseason is great, but newbies will hardly come out on top or know how to take advantage of their first cycle.

You have a point, it would be great if BetFury added these tokens, I think people who like futures would want to take advantage of them, but this may require a lot of effort to provide full support, as they need to take care of the casino/sports. It's the first casino i've seen to offer futures as a betting option, which is great and I'm sure they are paying attention to feedback.

Again, my answer will be similar to the previous one: Bitcoin! Because it's the coin that every beginner should start with, it's the safest and most well-known. By learning how to use Bitcoin, he will invariably be learning how to use all the coins based on the UTXO model, such as Bitcoin forks: Litecoin, Dogecoin...

I advise everyone whenever I can: start using Bitcoin first, then learn how to use other protocols. You should know the basics first, such as backing up, transferring, receiving. Then you can learn how to use coins/tokens with their own networks: Eth, Solana, Arbitrium, TRX, etc.

I guess now most newbies who are just entering the crypto industry will be primarily interested in some simple and hype things (e.g. meme tokens) rather than understanding the specifics of Bitcoin and networks of other coins. Actually, mass adoption leads to the fact that exchanges and other popular services are trying to simplify the interaction with cryptocurrencies for beginners as much as possible. And in some aspects, I think it isn't good.

🤑 Which coin would you gift a friend?
If you wanted to introduce a buddy to crypto,
which token or coin would you send them as a starter?

I prefer giving my friends real things rather than money or cryptocurrency. But if I wanted to spark someone's interest in the crypto world, I’d rather gift them a book about blockchain or something practical for learning, like a hardware wallet. This kind of gift would help them understand how the crypto space works and start their journey safely.

Don't think books could spark up some interest of some individuals especially that not everyone could carry out these things and want to read long text then spend time with it.

For sure there would be more other things that can spark up their interest especially that we know Crypto has lots of opportunities to give. Although I respect your opinion since I guess this is what you think good for your friend. But for me I will give them SOL or ETH then teach them some basic things on how they can use it to multiply what they receive from me. Provably with this they might get an interest to continue especially if they know that they can earn something from what they learn from us. I don't know I introduce them to gamble but maybe later on will just guide them if they discover it and everything might follow especially if they show some eagerness to continue.

There are some people out there who "specialize" in meme coins. In a way that they have a pretty good understanding of overall market and hype, and have an idea when a certain meme coin can go up.
These coins usually go up with help of those "cheap" influencers who get paid $10 to promote it, and in result, it gets a pump. Some people get lucky, some get rekt

Even with a good understanding of the market, your timing on these meme coins is crucial. You need to buy it at the very first start, hope that it gets pumped for some random reasons, don't become too greedy if the price goes up and then sell with a profit. It is all doable but so much based luck than skill.
