WOW! $61k is a big amount. Good for the player. I do not know if he is a high roller or not, but for 99% of gamblers it is a life changing amount. It is also good that he chose to play at one of the reputable and fair casino which publicizes grand wins along with player's username (I am sure player would have been consulted before publishing his username) unlike other crypto wild west shit shows.
I want to congratulate him and sincerely hope that he can do something good for himself and for his loved ones with this amount.

He is definitely a high roller if you can win that huge amount on live casino. Even crazy time which probably has the highest payout on live games can only give max  x20,000 which means he needs to bet 3$ just to reach that payout. However until now that max payout has never been hit and you need huge bankroll just to keep up with crazy time with that bet amount since there’s 8 choices out there while only ( crazy time) can give the max multiplier.

As a live casino player. You will only get that payout by betting huge amount also since most of the games is just 1:1 payout so there’s a high chance that he is a whale.

This is a huge win even for a whale too so congratulations is imminent. Only streamers whale win is hard to appreciate since we all knew that they are using casino balance to play not their own money.

Its a great feeling winning this huge amount, and its more comforting if you won it in a casino with a good reputation in the industry, knowing whatever amount you won, you can always cash it out.
We love playing in a casino, though we don't expect to win a big amount but we just never know when we will hit a huge jackpot and when it happens, cashing out should be a breeze so picking the right casino is so important; you don't want to regret all your life if you cannot cash out because you played in a wrong casino.

You are right, but on the other side, there are some casinos that allow their player to use VPN in order to bypass the restriction by specific providers. Although it is not recommended because it may raise a flag later from the provider side especially when it comes to huge win.
It's a very weird situation to be honest. Software providers can investigate players and their betting histories independent of casinos. If their investigation shows that player X broke their rules, that player will be blacklisted. Casino A might still allow that player to play those games on their platform, but what will happen if that same player X goes to Casinos B and C? Player X could get in trouble if they attempted to play non-restricted games by the provider whose rules they previously broke because they have their name on file. I am not sure what would happen in such a case and wouldn't like to be in a situation to find out.

I have just noticed that there is a Bitcointalk special deposit bonus reflecting in my Betfury account  Grin. Maybe it is reflecting because I joined with the link give by royse. Do you see the same deposit bonus of 50 free spins in your account? Wagering requirements from the winnings are also not that hard, I mean 35x is kind of OK. Minimum deposit is $15 though. Max bonus is kind of capped though but still, I think I will give it a chance, it has been a while I played some slots Cheesy.
Here is the screenshot of bonus.

Do not forget to read the whole terms and conditions.

I will confess by saying that once I have used VPN to bypass regional restriction and use a free bet Cheesy I dont understand the logic of my local gambling laws and internet providers. At home I can open betfury page, but it is blocked when using mobile internet (however sometimes it opens). Parallel, all casino games are accessible, but betting section is restricted in my region. Both are gambling, one is allowed, other is not. Weird and stupid. And on the other casinos I can open everything (or page wont open at all).

I personally still use VPN in several casinos and just to play games that are blocked, while users from my country are allowed to play in the casino, I know the risk but I think I'm just normal gambler who never won something big $xx,xxx
There is a reason why those games are blocked and off limits to you. You might not agree or like that reason, but it is a reality. You are breaking the rules by going around that restriction with a VPN. Such actions could hurt you financially, regardless of the casino you play at. In case you win and the provider caries out an investigation and requests information about you, they will find out that you have been playing their games from a restricted location. Best case scenario: you get your deposits back with your winnings being confiscated. Worst case scenario: they ban you and confiscate the entire balance.

You are right, but on the other side, there are some casinos that allow their player to use VPN in order to bypass the restriction by specific providers. Although it is not recommended because it may raise a flag later from the provider side especially when it comes to huge win, but I'm sure many gamblers do the same as BitcoinHunt3r including me Smiley. That's is why it is better to ask official support of the casino where we play about such practice, if they do not allow it so dont do it but if they allow then we can do it although there will be still a risk that we should be ready to take.

no reputed casino will flag/ban your account just because there is a VPN involved.

Return here when you win a jackpot and try to withdraw your winnings Cheesy That is the moment when all the underwater stone start to appear, and casino will remember you all your vpn sessions, all your logins from various devices, all your deposits and so on. They will do it not because the are evil and try to scam you, but to be 100% sure you played fair and they give winnings to a fair person.
If someone uses a VPN to bypass geolocational restrictions and/or abuse the system, then they'll get banned in every casino. I would say that when you win the jackpot, casinos take this case more seriously because yes, it's true, no one wants to give away money and if they have a valid reason to save themselves from giving away money, then they'll use it, why not? After all, rules are rules for everyone.

To be honest with you, I don't think we will ever arrive at that stage or time when Ai or Ai agent will be indistinguishable from human beings, and this is because if you take a careful look at things around us today, nothing made by man has been able to meet up to the standard of what God himself made, a man creating something that meets up to the exact standard of what God himself made is a kind of a slap in His face.

So, for me, Ai agents will continue to exists and surely get improved as technology grows and becomes more sophisticated, but will never match up to human agents, humans will continue to be humans and anything other than a human will for ever remain secondary.
Casino and other platforms can always use Ai agent to keep a customer in a chat until a real human comes around to respond and solve the issue, this is the most I think Ai agents can be used for.
The future is here, AI is advancing. At the moment, it's nothing sort of intelligence, it's a collection of bunch of good algorithms but in the future, I believe that that's where we will go. At the moment and probably in the next few decades, AI won't completely change humans but over time it will and this is a very interesting process.
By the way, I'm more sceptical about the intelligence side. It's not an intelligence, it doesn't have hormones that manage happiness, anger, depression and so on. Will it really be an artificial intelligence? Probably, I don't know but a combination of good algorithms is enough to act like very well.

Usually all these AI chatbots have a back door that connects you to a real person. For example, i had some issue with coinbase, and i opened their support and it was a chatbot.
Then i said "i want to speak to a real person", and it replied with the same scripted nonsenses. After that i repeated "i want to speak to a real person" and it replied "please wait, connecting you to one of our agents"
The automated response is to provide quick answers to frequently asked questions that casinos always get. It is a usual thing when the bot cannot answer your questions and connects you to a human. The response time for a human to take over the chat is where some casinos miss it.

It will be frustrating to have to wait a long time before you can be connected to a human agent. If you have another question to ask again next time after having to wait a long time the first time, you may decide to ignore it.

In the Betfury platform, connection time to a human agent is seamless; you may not even notice that you were first welcomed by a bot.

There is need of human, to double check works of AI in cases that customers complain again and again. Then if necessary, it can be escalated to internal team for further checking, with human and maybe other tools.

On centralized exchanges, there are usually automatic withdrawal process but sometimes it is manual approval and processing. The same on gambling sites, most of times it is automatic withdrawals but other times, less common, human withdrawal processings.

Same with customer service, AI can support and do most of regular tasks, save a lot of resources but human needs to be available for things that can not be done accurately by AI.

Farewell o_e_l_e_o
Yes, I agree I encounter AIs on most of the platforms when I try to contact support; I first check the question templates and the answers or ask AI for my queries if the answers did not suffice me, and then I ask for human support, but most of the queries I asked the AI can provide the accurate answers, but still there's nothing like communicating with a human when it comes to complex issues.
If you are a staff, a customer support staff of a platform, you can easily chat with bot and find answers from it, but with users who are unexperienced with the platform and perhaps language barrier too, it's hard for them to type their questions with good keywords for the bot to work well and give them good answers.

With users, unwanted answers from bots are likely annoying and they will want to have a human customer support staff to join as soon as possible.

Users can be directed to bot at beginning but after like 3 or 6 failed attempts, they can have an option to ask for human support.

I've worked in customer service, and I can say that depending on the sector, an AI-only service will not be able to resolve 100% of the pending issues if there is no one to supervise.

Now, if the goal is to reduce the queue of customers, it might be worth it for frequently asked questions. In a casino, for example, at least one human attendant will always be needed.

Whenever I detect that I'm talking to an AI, I type that I'd like to speak to an attendant.

I tend to agree with @Don Pedro Dinero regarding effectiveness of AI assistant bot. Couple of days ago I contacted live AI support regarding how to change my BTC wallet address linked to Binance and the bot was keep telling me over and over about how to change my residential address  Grin.
Interacting with AI bot is similar to going through Q and A section more easily. Now whenever I start chat with an AI bot, I simply type, 'connect me to a human' it makes my life much easier. Sometimes I get thsi funny response, 'you are already talking to a human'  Grin, then I apologize immediately as it might hurt the sentiment of that worker.

This is the problem when an AI data source is limited. They should add a request live agent feature for those user that can’t solve the problem instantly by an AI. There’s still some issue that can’t be handle by an AI especially rare cases like bug on the casino feature which an AI can’t be solved and just provide a general data that will lead to contact support.

I encounter some casino already use full AI support which is sucks when you are requesting for faster approval on withdrawal. AI will just message the typical waiting time then do cycle the same convo.

Really! Sorry for being vague, let me clarify;
I understand the possible implications of VPN usage, and it is not that I am somehow encouraging users to use VPN (though I should be), but I know for sure that many will ask you to use a robust VPN before visiting any site (specially websites where money is involved) for security reasons. Nowadays, if any website is banning you for just VPN usage it is very bad, and we must try to speak our mind instead of showing a conforming attitude.

Yeah I just explained the risk because this problem had happened in this forum and almost all casinos forbid using VPN except in this casino. The important note is that even though this casino allows VPN but only to play the game not allow users from forbidden countries it's clear a different statement. I personally still use VPN in several casinos and just to play games that are blocked, while users from my country are allowed to play in the casino, I know the risk but I think I'm just normal gambler who never won something big $xx,xxx

The goal is to have the human chatters replaced with AI Agents which will be more efficient and cost-effective.

Yes, but that is a goal today rather than a reality, isn't it? I personally have not come across any IA today that is effective enough, and I am talking about various types of businesses, not just casinos. As I said in a previous message, I suppose it will come, but I don't see it today.
