Is this also the amount that they consider when they leave, regardless of the value of the crypto you hold? How do they compute your balance? Example if you're holding BTC at the time of closure, let's say it's only valued at $20K USD per Bitcoin but now it's valued at $50K USD per Bitcoin. Which value per Bitcoin do they choose to calculate your balance? Also, is there any compensation because of the issue that happened?

I think calling it "solved" is way too premature.

And the new gambling site is not under the same operator, only Sorsis and probably a handful of the staffs he trusted will be in the new project... I'm not sure that's a good thing.

But yes it's understandable. When projects like Betnomi or some others stop their business after long successful years in the industry, there are always a group a of people who will be victim. It has nothing to do with the campaign managers. Whatever happened was unfortunate. I read Betnomi is trying to pay their clients, that's a good step after all.

When a project rug pulls and scam their users, a campaign manager has nothing to do with it. Campaign managers are not God that they will know things before it is happening. Are you mixing me with someone by the way? I never had any business relation with Betnomi yet.

No need to clarify. Everybody knows that Betnomi is a scam from the beginning. I wish people have listened to me from the beginning. There is one case which was posted on the scam accustion topic where Betnomi extortioned a customer with her passport. It is not a big surprise that nobody cared about it. But there are many more accusations. Betnomi did everything to avoid paying customers. Their refund plan is a joke, they only refund people with 25$ in their account. The fact there is a refund plan already prooved they stole a lot of money!

If you have information and evidence, then post it here, I don't know why further speculation. At the same time, regardless of Betnomi's status, you do not have a sufficient reputation here for us to take your word for it.

In the end, Betnomi or whoever is behind it decided to settle the debts owed to Bitcointalk users. Certainly, the reputation system here influenced that decision.

Many users have posted enough evidence in the past. There was even a case when Betnomi was extortion one of their customers with their passport, but nobody on the forum from de DT group cares about that at the time.
My words have much more value then all these DT jokes who only got DT because they have friends with DT status and fraud for some money, and yes, you are one of them as well. You don't have any knowledge about the situation and your reaction implicits you are defending Betnomi. You DT members think you are smart, but you are all just a big joke with an IQ of not even 60

Congratulations to those who got their refund back, and those who are yet to get theirs should be patient or still call to the attention of the Betnomi team because they have already stated their intentions clearly. Hopefully, I believe the team will still give a listening ear to those yet to receive their refund. No matter the circumstances surrounding Betnomi Casino and team members, I know that they are up to the task of making refunds to redeem their reputation and make amends to bounce back stronger and better. Although there might be some pressure in the near future for refunds by those yet to receive them, as they have already done to other members. I will advise all parties involved to exercise patience and wait for the team to act accordingly as they have promised.

I believed there is no DT member that is a prophet here and everyone do things base on reality and assumptions and one thing you have to know is that if you are advertising for a company you are there for the interest of the company and not to speak against the company since you have not gotten a bad signal about the casino. And for those who are good or have reputation once they got the signals that the company is not a legit one then they removed the advertisement information of the company so you don't have to blame anyone and I also thank God that they understand you and removed the tags. And if they have not paid anyone and the person was a real victim and participated in the casino then it is easy for him to provide the information and at this time that they want to rebuild their reputation they should not or it is not good for them to accuse players again but look for a way to settle the matters or issues on ground.

You are absolutely right about your statement. They refunded a small amount from members here, but there are tons of victims which are not paid.
I have a lot of information about victims, the total amount of people that are known from my network is at least 50.000 eur

It's good to hear some gamblers receiving their funds after such a big shitshow, but I lost full faith in this site because of this mess and the time it took to repay the dues frankly speaking.

BC.GAME did a far better job in comparison. Also, there are far better alternatives out there in the crypto gambling world.

That's finally some good news. I've been following this thread for a long time now and Betnomi finally refunded their patrons. Some people might still get burnt in the process due to an abrupt stop to the project, which sucks but at least Betnomi made an effort but its now up to the 3rd party management on whether the rest get their funds or not.

Sometimes ago we thought that Betnomi is delaying payments and they may not pay at all and end up scam. Also they needed to start their new project but thankfully we are hearing from few people that their issues are resolved, and their payment is refunded.

This is also a very good news not only for the Betnomi platform users and also for Betnomi itself, as moving forwards towards a new project and people will feel confident with them. Trust is one thing that take a long time to develop and also it takes some efforts to retain that good trust.

Its normal for people to doubt on some situation that they don't know if this will gonna happen that's why there's a lot of speculation going since many people wait for this refund process to happen and gladly they are done with it then now a lot of people happy to see some good developments happened.
Now that betnomi is done refunding then for sure that the confidence of people towards their new casino to launch will be high since they are somehow happy with the process happened.

Provably a lot of people might be curious to see those people coming in this thread or forum confirming that they receive their refund.
