Betnomi does not have the intention to pay their customers. Any updates about the withdrawals which Betnomi refuses to pay?
Surprisingly @betnomi once again become silent after remarking this thread as solved while there’s a lot of user arise that still not get their refund. Their account is last online yesterday which means they are reading all the post here but decided to become silent after the questionable cherry pick refund.
@betnomi maybe break your silence and give official statement on how you handle other refunds right now since you possibly contact affected user via PM since @gekke have a target date refund.

Update: an agreed deadline has passed yesterday and I received nothing at all.
Did you get any answer for your refund request? I sent them various mails but nothing happend yet. That's disappointing since Betnomi told they would solve any requests. Surely I know that Betnomi isn't willing to refund ALL balances but with their recent statements there was a little hope. Literally shortly before the start of this incident, I managed to play a little and withdraw my winnings.

Yeah, Betnomi just pay some people small money who are active in the forum. There is at least 200.000$ that they scammed from users here and they just write that these users have cheated or frauded.
Betnomi is a big scam project, the owner has the IQ of a fish, he thinks he can just open a new website basebet.io and scma people again.

Both are grateful for what happen, at least they came back to settle their problems, unlike other gambling sites who would just easily go for an easy route which is the exit scam. You don't see a lot of casinos fixing their problem, so someone who are waiting to get their problem solved and finally got solved, thanking the casino is not a big deal.

Sadly you’re right, As the amount already disclosed here from the paid participants it shows that they only paid small balance from users that is active on this thread while leave all the huge balance.
They are also using the reason that some users funds is seize due to violation of the ToS which is probably an excuse to getaway. They become silent again after crypto pump hard and I will not be surprised if they come back again once the crypto market dump and pay all the refund in crypto with less fiat value while they take profit from the crypto market price pump.

I asked it before but you seem to have missed it, or ignored it. Can you please tell us how much they paid you? It will probably be an assurance to other members to know if it was a high amount.

Yes, not everyone is happy with how they concluded that everything is solved when it is not to be. Also, as you are saying that Betnomi is better than another casino they just did not scam exit but remember that they had to solve gamblers problem or at least give an impression that they are solving because sometime back they announced that they will start a new project named "Basebet"
Without solving the issues of the previous project, the Betnomi team could have faced serious set back n their new project. Although not solve the issues for those who invested big in Betnomi, may still get them a difficult time for them to establish and bring the audience for their new project.
The project "BaseBet" is a new project that I co-founded. It will be operating with our existing Casino software and with some upgrades to make it a true web3 platform with a smart contract interface

hadnt been resolved yet. How Betnomi would really be able to call this as a resolved issue if there are still people who are really that not be able to get their withdrawals?
It is really that had to clear this up if there are really still people who are really that keeps on complaining about their locked up funds on which it is sad. Yes, they had paid up those small amounts
but they should be doing with also with bigger funds on which it isnt really that ethical on doing so in the first place. They should pay into those amounts which need to be paid up.

Betnomi refund is a joke. They only pay low amounts like 100$. If people win decent amount, their account got banned and the funds is confiscated.

Wow this is a good news for BetNomiz they paid you mate , and this is a very important thing to do in Their casino cause it will affect their performance and reputation do if they will solve all their issues then it's a big impact for them even though there's a delayed but still they are manage to pay on their responsibilites.

After betnomi-User told here, that also people who missed the initial message have a chance to get a refund, I requested it via Mail. Until today I didn't get any answer or a refund. So please betnomi, if you read this, just send my BTC back as you promised.
How much did they steal from you?
I don't know exactly because it's a long time ago. My request is about 0.02 BTC. It could be more, but I would be more as happy if I got that amount back.
@Wiwo said the right thing, if betnomi management has not returned your money (as you claim) then just keep an eye on this thread and continue to press them with the evidence you have.
