What a beautiful sight!

It reminds me of last year when i captained Reece James against Burnley and he scored, got an assist, Chelsea kept a clean sheet, plus the three bonus points. Of all the hauls in FPL, defenders getting several attacking returns has to be one of the nicest feelings there is.

Estu, Raya, and Mahrez lowkey saved my game week after fumbling the 50/50 question of who to get, Isak or Wilson. I hope Wilson can stay put and don't do any more damage in the second game against Brighton...

What a weird round for me and the rest of the pool, my only hope being Brighton assets, only for them to lose 5 against Everton

There is a lot to think about ahead of GW 36 and 37; I have 2FT and will most likely hit -8 to get the team I need for the rest of the season. It's going to be another chaotic hell of a week with GW 36 and 37 determining a lot of positions. I can't wait for the season to end; I'm already exhausted.

What the hell is happening with Brighton? I was hoping for nice points from all my Brighton players and then I see they are 3:0 down to Everton at half time. Too make it even worse March is on the bench and Steel scored an own goal. Maybe better I did not watch first half 

This will be the worst GW in my FPL history, I don't think I was ever under 40 points in full GW and as it stands I could end even below 30.

I just had a quick look at your team and noticed that you still have three chips available, WC2, FH, and BB.  

You should definitely use those in the remaining three game weeks, don't let them go to waste. Fifth and sixth place are only 50-60 points away, you can make ground!

I can't imagine having that many chips this late in the game, it's insane. I've only one free transfer for GW36 and need to decide who do i bring in for Jota, Wilson or Isak....boring. Lol

Salah is treated like an opportunistic player at least, that's how I viewed him before now but, he's come to actually show his worth at this point when the level is almost coming to a close. Definitely won't be a bad addition getting him on but, the player for me to get off between Waktkins and G. Jesus would be G. Jesus. Watkins comes through with some impressive attacks both within the goalkeeper's box and isn't shy to send a shot in from outside the box.
J. Alvarez hasn't been playing any badly but, he only comes on when E. Haaland gives way and that is, when Pep is certified with the scoreline or they've got a UCL fixture. A couple of games now, let's say 2 games, his featured alongside E. Haaland but, that is that.

My team though, negligence has crumbled it as I didn't make any use of the double game week!

I also want Salah in my team for Liverpool's next three games (Leicester City, Aston Villa, and Southampton), but I'm trying to find a way to get him without hitting more than -8. Before the next GW, I'll make a brave decision between Jesus and Watkins, as well as some Brighton assets. I'm not sure if I had Alvarez on my team this season; I could have forgotten, but he's one guy I never considered because his odds of playing are slim.

I made the transfers this morning after getting some info about City line up, I heard Grealish will be out and Alvarez plays so that was my main move but then there wasn't any midfielder I wanted except for Salah and that meant one more transfer to downgrade a defender. I gambled and took -8 hit and then Alvarez does nothing and Gundogan scores all the goals. At least Salah made up for my transfers a bit.
Jota -> Alvarez
Grealish -> Salah
Burn -> Bueno

I am not counting Burn vs. Bueno points in calculation since both would be a third bench options and not used subs. Grealish + Jota would have gotten me 3 points (Jota 2 + Watkins 1 after getting in for Grealish) while Salah and Alvarez got me 12 points. So I guess move paid off with 1 point extra and I expect Salah to get me some more before season end.

Apart from Halaand, no other Manchester City player is worth a long-term buy. I only had Grealish because he proved to be part of Pep's plan A this season and I knew which games he would be rested and which games he would start. I can't say the same about Mahrez, which is why I don't own him.

I wanted Salah but there was no way I could get him without taking a -8 hit and I wasn't willing to take that knowing that the GW would be shit for everyone. The Brigton game tomorrow is the most important one for quite a few managers including myself, Mitoma and Match has been brilliant and unlucky for a few games now and I hope tomorrow will be different.

The funniest thing was that I was literally sure Grealish wasn't going to start the game, or might not even play, or on some heavy minutes limitation but I was fine with having him on the bench so I wouldn't be needing to go out of the way to bring him back in their other and also their double game week. It's just rather sad that Ake had gotten injured again, he sure as hell would have been my 3rd City choice for tripling up on Man City players for the rest of the way, even stones was benched today, so Guardiola to some extent won against us yet again  

Meanwhile there is one down Salah already, I hope it's one of those day where he brings his A game.

I'm not sure why he made such a decision; they are Messi-type decisions, and he should have understood by now that Pep doesn't care about individual records; his major focus is on the team, and he has taken Halaand off numerous times this season when he was on brace and heading for Hattrick (to prove my point). Pep didn't love the drama, Halaand needed that goal to boost his confidence ahead of the CL game, or at the very least to do us FPL managers a fovour - I was upset at first, but after looking at the Top 5 team Captain decision, I'm danm okay. Haha.

I was right on Grealish decision, he's energy will be needed next week.  Jota starting! Oh I didn't see that.

I had Grealish but I don't find the to transfer him because I have Callum wilson as my first substition, and I was not going to be the Jota early news because because he's being fantastic since returning, and if there is any chance he's fit enough to play, Jurgen Klopp wouldn't not risk leaving him on the bench.

But then, Haaland letting is millions of users that captained him down, and his worse decision of the was him handing the penalty responsibilities to Gundogan, and even Guardiola was visibly happy with that decision and was telling Haaland to have taken the penalty, I would understand that he'd need is best threat on the front line still full of confidence going into the CL game against Madrid. However, it's better Gundogan missing the PK, than it being Haaland for FPLers right ?

I have a Grealish and March dilemma. I don't trust Pep to start Grealish in four consecutive games, and even if he does, he won't play more than 70 mins. Halaand, too, but I believe 70 mins is enough for Halaand to haul, but I can't say the same for Grealish, and I don't trust March at the moment.


What are your thoughts on Jesus => Solanke?

The last time the servers went down i was able to make my transfers just in time. I was prepared though, knew exactly what i wanted to do, my transfers' tab was open and ready to go. You generally have around 30 seconds to a minute before everything goes south.  Y'all make sure your vice captain is not on some random player!

I'm also tempted to get Foden but don't have the funds for him, not sure a hit is worth it at this point. His ownership is under 10%, so he could turn out to be a differential if he is to start.  I don't expect any of that "new manager bounce" to be honest:

Everybody is looking at that City game with similar ideas. I know I am taking Alvarez or Wilson for Jota and hoping for some early team news.

That clean sheet wipeout at the end must have been painful for United owners, especially for those with double defense. I think Shaw went from 9-10 points to 1 in a matter of minutes, the yellow and then the pen.

Small red arrow for me, considering that the FH32 had a couple of fixtures on me, it's a decent enough result.

Would be nice if get early City team news, if Haaland/Grealish are given a rest before their game with Real Madrid...i might take a punt on Alvarez or Mahrez (if we know they start), Leeds shipped 23 goals last month.

Didn't foresee Jota coming on late, Nunez making a start, guess they really are trying to bring Diaz back into the game these days. I know players feel they still can qualify but I think Klopp's already written the season off, experimenting now. That's now 3 games in a row TAA is in midfield, really like him there and I think that might force me to switch Robbo out for him as we close the season out.  Least it'll mean less punishment for not being able to keep clean sheets...

I don't know why but I felt very confident of not tripling on Brighton because Mitoma would have been the third option because it's basically point for to have to keepers right, might objective is about having the start xi, If I were to use my wildcard rn, I'd definitely be on three or more premium players like KDB, Kane, Salah, Haaland, plus Fernandes if possible, then my bench would about the cheapest available option for their position, especially teams battling relegation.

Man City De Bruyne is another problem for me, I would have been better off this season If I had trusted him more, but I still can't trust Guardiola even on KDB, they'll be playing 2 games per week for every game week from this week until the final game week of the season, because of their champions league commitment, so if there's any player with the highest chances of playing every minute/game, it would be Ederson (GK), and perhaps Haaland, but I'm convinced Haaland would only play 80-90 minutes in games when he failed to score because that's what literally help keeps his level of confidence high too, Mahrez is already coin flip for now, and Grealish looked to have secured his flank ahead of Foden, while Stones is also very good option for potential a City triple. The only thing I'm very sure about is that Guardiola wouldn't have his best players, play 9 games in a space of less than four weeks (28 days).

Yes, I understand your point, but how do know how it feels when your differentials are currently two defenders, Trent and Shaw, and you are wishing and hoping that Fernandez, Salah, and Jota do not haul tomorrow? 

It appears that Jota will be out for tomorrow's game; there is no need to rush him back when Darwin, Diaz, and Bobby are all available and match fit.

There has been no clear update on KDB. I believe it is merely a rumor or another of Pep's mind game.

Didn't see any update on Jota but there is a rumor flying around that De Bruyne did not travel with City squad. That will piss some new owners for sure, if true.

Mitoma and March getting one pointer isn't a big deal, most of us have them so it basically means nothing. It is all about your differentials doing good to climb up the ranks. For instance my game week is all about Fernandes and Jota doing good while Salah does not nothing. All other players I have are pure template and their performance means almost nothing.

I didn't want to be in this situation, I've had two chances to climb to fourth place, the last two attempts the lucky bastard used 1 point to top me and zoom off the next game week, now he's almost out of sight, at least I'm doing better than you now in all pools except the BSFL pool, our rivalry is healthy for me it makes me want to up my game and I'm doing exactly that now.

This could be the worst DGW for me this season, fucking 6 goals for the first time this season and Mitoma and March finishing with 1 pointer, zero goal contribution, man this is hard to explain, I'm still shocked.

Liverpool fans, any updates on Jota? I'm hoping he waits until this weekend to play since I couldn't take the chance of having an injured player on my team.
