How many products so far shipped more or less?

I'd guess that 500 or less have been shipped from the latest Jody ambiguity talk. If they are planning to stay en route of the 90 days catchup plan I would gather they must be shipping 30-80 units per day minimum. No scientific data or facts to back up....Just my BS presumption, nothing more.

They'd be more secure at home, and the power draw of two Jalapeños is not much more than that of the 7750 in my mining rig. Besides, my work computer is getting long in the tooth (Athlon 64 3700+, though it is running Win7 now) and lately has been prone to bluescreening and/or freezing. The mining rig doesn't have these problems.
Idk if your work would let you fix the comp or not, but try running ComboFix. It should get rid of those pesky BSOD's(among most other problems) if they arent anything serious.

If you have an extra network plug in at work, pick up a cheap Raspberry Pi, download Minepeon, set it up, and go, and leave them at work.

Ordered 29 Aug 12, arrived 19 Jun 13, order #6535.
To get EasyMiner working with something other than EclipseMC or Eligius, use the "manual mining" option under the settings tab. Fill it with something like this:

cgminer-nogpu -o stratum+tcp://mint.bitminter.com:3333 -u user_worker -p password
Repeat the -o/-u/-p options for each additional pool you want to configure.
It also wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the bundled cgminer (3.1.1) with the latest (3.2.2, as of this writing). cgminer 3.2.x uses a rewritten USB communication layer. Instead of the FTDI USB-to-RS232 driver, you'll want to use a tool called "zadig" to install the driver that cgminer will use:

Reboot and your miners will show up.

They are actually trying (and so far, succeeding) to ship a month's worth of Jalapeno orders each week. So if they can maintain that pace, worst case is September.

So now Jalapenos and SC Singles are shipping, with Minirigs on hold.
When do we start seeing Little Singles? Will I see mine (ordered in February) this year? By then will difficulty be less than 500,000,000?

Little Singles are also currently shipping. I don't know where you heard they weren't. Difficulty is only at 15.6 million. If it multiplied by 10 it would only be 156 million. It wont be at 500 million any time soon.

I wish BFL would stop shipping Jalapeno rigs until every other type of rig is shipped up to 08/22/2012. Any information on what order date the two shipped singles were at?
If you bothered to read any of their forum blogs and posts about the other models, you would know they have a team of workers on standby that are not building Jalapeno rigs, waiting to be called in to build the other models as soon as they can.
I don't monitor those forums too closely anymore, but that is good news indeed. If they get the order chain up to balance, then that would be best.

This, is why I'm not even putting in an order. Quite a quandary they have there, in order to keep from completely upsetting customers such as yourself (even more than they have already that is!).
I think they're probably keeping a balance between getting too far ahead with Jalapenos and getting their other devices ready.
