Last I heard end of feb delivery was optimistic per Joshs new timeline. This is similar to last cycle, hence I'd expect a May delivery. I didn't order.

Hrmph. I'm sure it's a mistake. I figured they'd have fixed it by now, but sure enough, there it is at www dot butterflylabs dot com slash monarch (Why does the forums not allow that URL to be displayed ?)

I can only imagine they are too busy crunching on assembling and shipping Nov/Dec 2013 orders, and don't have the resources to update the web pages right now.

I'm sure someone can explain why having "Nov/Dec initial shipping" on your website while you clearly shipped nothing is not a lie.

I have enough proof that the are lyers , con artist and have police statements that call them officialy an illegal business that steels people there money and deliver way past official announced times.

Human Centipede is an apt analogy to the BFL business model.  The served up a shit sandwich to the community over a year ago and they now they recycle the same shit and some beople are willing to join ass to mouth to continue the chain.

You should probably email them and ask for a refund before they can give you the "we can't refund now because we are shipping" excuse, and hope for the best.

Further the people still waiting for their original orders of ASIC miners are left wondering why the company is pushing newer hardware given they have failed to ship 85% of the orders they already have and have failed to miss every shipping projection they posted since October 2012.
