****cut lots, left the important word****

Surreal.

This is just.......amazing is probably also a good word for it.
Though there are no good words for this shit, tbh.
I'm completely fucking disgusted..........we should be at least a little bit better than this.

I'll release more and more over the coming days and weeks and I'll save the best for last!!

lol, happy for you to waste your time here and post your logs.  But the community has seen all they need and we are well aware of the who played what role in this.  Maybe you think your innocent in this and are the liberator of information.  The reality is you are digging the hole much deeper for yourself and once the logs are public there is no going back.

all those features are available right now in CounterParty

They're not really.

I never invested in XCP because I see it as a third party brokering service. For example XCP got a rise last month because it brought Etherium together with Bitcoin which on the face of it seems like a match made in heaven - the biggest technology of the future wedded to the biggest technology of the past.

But think about it. By investing in Counterparty, you're not gaining any stakeholding in either of the two original technologies - just the broker. So I left it alone because we have limited funds for hedging.

On the other hand Bitbay / Backcoin / Halo etc are original technologies and involve the original developer of those technologies. You DO get a stakeholding in them plus if you're technical like me, it can be quite interesting following the whole project development and trying new stuff out regardless of its valuation.

Bitbay also has a potentially killer market by directly targeting a specific sector the way it does. That's always a very powerful lever in software development because you don't have to generalise all the solutions to solve every possible problem - the business logic that has to be supported is always well defined. This makes for rapid progress towards both project and marketing milestones and should not be tossed away lightly.

That's why I'd like this work to continue because it does have some authentic aspects to it who's merits potentially far outweigh the nonsense politics of the IPO.

There you go, that's the spirit.... Wow!

Coin is gut shot. Will never recover. Wasn't just bob that did the damage, they are all thieves. Naivite is the ethereum of this coin.

I don't care.

It's early enough in its lifetime for it to recover.

All of this sh*t was about the IPO and its wake. If it had happened 6 months in then - yes, it would be "shot". But it's recoverable if there's a technical momentum from here. If that happens the rest will come because it's moving off such a rockbottom base.

the scammer teams split up, so for you it is ok to continue with the scammer who stay in the coin  Shocked
(I can't believe what I read  Grin)

Oh you probably will have to read things much more incredible than that -although it is quite a task to even imagining them, admittedly-. And not only from the obvious individuals involved in the scam (have you heard that in prison no one is guilty, absolutely no one... all of them are locked up by mistake), corroborating evidence and full admissions included, no. What is even more amazing is what you will read from the likes of powersoup, digicitrical adn qwxsrz or whatever. Or even the guy with the big business and big pockets that is interested in reviving the project no matter what even buying all the coins available (although at least that one is not just your usual smuck and he REALLY wants this as a tool for his business... he doesn't know just how wrong he is about it being that).

It's the nature of crypto and why it will never go anywhere. poor as shit pot smoking 30-plus years old jerkoffs that never worked a day in their lives and live in the garage of their parents. That's the bulk of the demographics. And yes, they will post things like the ones you incredulously read here.

And that's not counting the ones who ask if this is a scam or if BTER is legit... or the ones who admit that "as long as David is in the project, they will follow him anywhere"... Amazing, isn't it.

Because Bobsurplus, as you already know very well, is an innocent contractor that found out too late that he had been contracted by a bunch of scammers, you know. Him and his right hand mand, Gekko, being the only innocent parties in this.

Surreal.

Steven bought 0.44B coins from the ICO on bter using a PHANTOM bter account loaded with PHANTOM btc...

so  over 1200 btc volume was faked at least.. and all by steven!!!

Jeez. That's bad - almost as bad as the Central Bank of Japan creating fake volume by printing fake money to buy Japanese Government debt (but not quite  Wink )

See what you want to see!!! We see that one dev member bought 0.44B coins from the 1B available.. Seems kinda fishy to us.
Seems fishy to the one doing the fishing? Lol that doesn't make much sense...

Are you claiming Steven Dai actually bought 0.44B of the coins on the exchange *after* the IPO ?

Also who exactly is "that group" that he refers to ? (The one that 'control' the other .=0.19B()

[11/3/2014 6:14:44 PM] crypto.gekko: a coin is just a coin without a good developer.
[11/3/2014 6:14:52 PM] David Zimbeck: not at all good for my reputation
[11/3/2014 6:15:24 PM] crypto.gekko: This is what an investor is banking his money on. Your skills.
[11/3/2014 6:15:36 PM] David Zimbeck: yeah but somebody else profits
[11/3/2014 6:15:37 PM] crypto.gekko: Otherwise it's best to pay you for the work only.
[11/3/2014 6:15:39 PM] David Zimbeck: by using my name
[11/3/2014 6:15:51 PM] crypto.gekko: you are not the only one behind the coin.
[11/3/2014 6:16:04 PM] crypto.gekko: There will be an entire team behind you.
[11/3/2014 6:16:22 PM] David Zimbeck: yeah but that doesnt matter in the ICO phase
[11/3/2014 6:16:33 PM] crypto.gekko: That doesn't make sense to me
[11/3/2014 6:16:34 PM] David Zimbeck: you guys can just make a lot of BTC off the hype
[11/3/2014 6:16:48 PM] crypto.gekko: we could, sure. but that's not what this is about
[11/3/2014 6:16:53 PM] David Zimbeck: yes it is
[11/3/2014 6:17:00 PM] crypto.gekko: im sorry to hear that
[11/3/2014 6:17:19 PM] David Zimbeck: my name was used in the past by another coin
[11/3/2014 6:17:33 PM] David Zimbeck: and it was just to profit off my name
[11/3/2014 6:17:43 PM] crypto.gekko: The goal is bring this coin into the top 10 marketcap. We have the money and connections to do that.
[11/3/2014 6:17:49 PM] David Zimbeck: those kind of things are bad for me if I ever decide to start my own coin
[11/3/2014 6:18:06 PM] crypto.gekko: I would personally like this to be your coin.
[11/3/2014 6:18:52 PM] David Zimbeck: ok so i can attach my name to the coin if i get the btc up front
[11/3/2014 6:19:19 PM] crypto.gekko: Surely. And I'm willing to work with you in any way to make you happy.
[11/3/2014 6:19:25 PM] David Zimbeck: ok
[11/3/2014 6:20:13 PM] crypto.gekko: 30k is a lot of money, but I know your tech and support is worth every penny. Working together, the development is real and the money is real too.
[11/3/2014 6:20:26 PM] David Zimbeck: i believe my tech is worth a lot more
[11/3/2014 6:20:36 PM] David Zimbeck: i have turned down 30K before
[11/3/2014 6:21:03 PM] crypto.gekko: That's why our continued relationship would only bring more rewards.
[11/3/2014 6:21:07 PM] David Zimbeck: yeah
[11/3/2014 6:21:11 PM] David Zimbeck: thats the point
[11/3/2014 6:21:16 PM] David Zimbeck: im loyal everyone knows that
[11/3/2014 6:21:34 PM] crypto.gekko: The coin will have a large development pool. As you spend time to develop into the future, that money goes to you of course.
[11/3/2014 6:21:36 PM] David Zimbeck: you get more than you pay for
[11/3/2014 6:21:45 PM] David Zimbeck: since i can help your entire team
[11/3/2014 6:21:57 PM] crypto.gekko: indeed
[11/3/2014 6:22:21 PM] crypto.gekko: So what is the best way to move forward in your opinion?
[11/3/2014 6:22:45 PM] David Zimbeck: that all depends on you guys
[11/3/2014 6:22:57 PM] David Zimbeck: you know your schedule
[11/3/2014 6:23:14 PM] David Zimbeck: I can give you guys an address
[11/3/2014 6:24:09 PM] crypto.gekko: If you have trust in Lin and Steve and you are truly interested in making BitBay your "baby". I see no reason why you sholdnt take the bull by the horns.
[11/3/2014 6:24:36 PM] crypto.gekko: Otherwise, I will need to hire multiple devs and pay them as needed. You being one of them for your technology.
[11/3/2014 6:25:00 PM] David Zimbeck: I'm already doing that
[11/3/2014 6:25:13 PM] David Zimbeck: I work on Halo every day
[11/3/2014 6:25:33 PM] crypto.gekko: I think I have a better grip on the situation now.
[11/3/2014 6:26:04 PM] David Zimbeck: Basically when I wake up, I code. Then eat and sleep.
[11/3/2014 6:26:07 PM] David Zimbeck: lmao
[11/3/2014 6:26:27 PM] David Zimbeck: i also am training devs here in cambodia
[11/3/2014 6:26:28 PM] crypto.gekko: I do the same, but basically help other coins to make their tech a reality.
[11/3/2014 6:26:36 PM] David Zimbeck: i can train any of Lin or Steves devs
[11/3/2014 6:27:04 PM] crypto.gekko: Is the cost of that included in your initial payment?
[11/3/2014 6:27:20 PM] David Zimbeck: depends on what they ask me Cheesy
[11/3/2014 6:27:31 PM] crypto.gekko: So we will need to create a contract.
[11/3/2014 6:27:45 PM] David Zimbeck: A real contract on paper?
[11/3/2014 6:27:59 PM] crypto.gekko: Digital contract or smartcontract if needed.
[11/3/2014 6:28:21 PM] crypto.gekko: The details of which I will discuss when I meet with Steve and Lin in China next week.
[11/3/2014 6:28:53 PM] David Zimbeck: Just draft a contract on paper
[11/3/2014 6:29:07 PM] crypto.gekko: Sure, I'm fine with a simple record of notary.
[11/3/2014 6:29:18 PM] David Zimbeck: most important, i dont want my name attached to the project until the btc funds
[11/3/2014 6:29:30 PM] David Zimbeck: once it funds you can use my name
[11/3/2014 6:29:38 PM] crypto.gekko: that seems more a matter of trust to me
[11/3/2014 6:29:40 PM] David Zimbeck: i just wanted to make sure my name is not used for profit
[11/3/2014 6:30:03 PM] David Zimbeck: because it could harm my reputation otherwise

[2014-11-15 7:38:30 AM] Steven Dai: yes
[2014-11-15 7:39:18 AM] Steven Dai: 20 minutes left
[2014-11-15 7:39:26 AM] Gekko: w00t!
[2014-11-15 7:39:37 AM] Steven Dai: i will buy this out
[2014-11-15 7:48:41 AM] linhan.ee: all done 2765.7221 BTC collected.
[2014-11-15 7:48:56 AM] Steven Dai: i buy this out
[2014-11-15 7:49:12 AM] Steven Dai: let me check how many bitcoins i put into this
[2014-11-15 7:49:19 AM] Gekko: ok
[2014-11-15 7:51:14 AM] Steven Dai: put 1283BTC into this  and hold 0.442 billion Bitbay
[2014-11-15 7:52:38 AM] Steven Dai: so we buy 1283BTC+500BTC=1783BTC Bay..we get about 2765BTC-1783BTC=982BTC.
[2014-11-15 7:53:24 AM] Gekko: (handshake)
[2014-11-15 7:53:47 AM] Steven Dai: me and lin advance 25BTC to David.  so we get 982-25=957BTC for us
[2014-11-15 7:53:55 AM] linhan.ee: well done
[2014-11-15 7:54:04 AM] Gekko: good work guys
[2014-11-15 7:54:30 AM] Gekko: also im aware Bob was forwarded his funds already.
[2014-11-15 7:55:00 AM] Steven Dai: yes
[2014-11-15 7:55:19 AM] Steven Dai: lin send 500BTC to bob after the first ico day
[2014-11-15 7:55:34 AM] linhan.ee: Trading open time has been published?
[2014-11-15 7:55:44 AM] linhan.ee: I will setup a trading time for it
[2014-11-15 7:55:45 AM] Gekko: yes, and you sent him today 170 i beleive.
[2014-11-15 7:56:02 AM] Steven Dai: so everybody get 957/5=191BTC
[2014-11-15 7:56:12 AM] Gekko: beautiful
[2014-11-15 7:56:26 AM] Gekko: and this is only the start
[2014-11-15 7:57:18 AM] Steven Dai: and get 356 BTC values Bitbay.
[2014-11-15 7:57:46 AM] Steven Dai: so everybody will get 191BTC+356 values Bitbay.
[2014-11-15 7:58:22 AM] Steven Dai: Also we should at least Reserve 100BTC+200BTC Bitbay for DEV Funds control by ourselves.
[2014-11-15 7:58:34 AM] Gekko: of course
[2014-11-15 7:59:38 AM] Gekko: now when market opens we will push the price to at least a triple floor.
[2014-11-15 7:59:41 AM] Steven Dai: so finally the number is: 171BTC+316BTC values BitBay  and  100BTC+200BTC values DEV funds control by our five
[2014-11-15 7:59:49 AM] Gekko: and it will never come back down. never.
[2014-11-15 7:59:57 AM] Steven Dai: that's great
[2014-11-15 8:00:18 AM] Steven Dai: bob get 170BTC and 500BTC values BitBay.
[2014-11-15 8:33:03 AM] Steven Dai: when will we release the wallet and coin to bter?
[2014-11-15 8:34:13 AM] Gekko: Lin should already have the wallet installed. Just need David to send him the coins
[2014-11-15 8:34:51 AM] Steven Dai: ok nice
[2014-11-15 8:37:10 AM] Gekko: So when Lin is ready, have him post the address to David.
[2014-11-15 8:37:15 AM] Gekko: Then everything is 100%
[2014-11-15 8:38:32 AM] Steven Dai: you mean the Total Bitcoin address?
[2014-11-15 8:38:48 AM] Gekko: I mean, the exchange bitbay address
[2014-11-15 8:38:51 AM] Steven Dai: all done 2765.7221 BTC collected.?
[2014-11-15 8:38:57 AM] Gekko: no...

[2014-11-15 8:39:03 AM] Steven Dai: oh i see
[2014-11-15 8:39:13 AM] Steven Dai: just the BitBay address right?
[2014-11-15 8:39:15 AM] Gekko: David has all the BitBay, Lin has the exchange wallet. We just need the coins in the exchange wallet
[2014-11-15 8:39:18 AM] Gekko: yes
[2014-11-15 8:39:24 AM] Steven Dai: oh i see
[2014-11-15 8:39:29 AM] Gekko: please make sure Lin gets the coins from David ASAP.
[2014-11-15 8:39:40 AM] Steven Dai: lin is offline now
[2014-11-15 8:39:49 AM] Steven Dai: i think he will be back soon
[2014-11-15 8:40:02 AM] Gekko: Can you call him? It's important that the coins are ready before 6am our time

[2014-11-15 8:40:20 AM] Steven Dai: coins?
[2014-11-15 8:42:18 AM] Gekko: yes indeed
[2014-11-15 8:45:17 AM] Gekko: getting coins out of the exchange helps against dumping and also for POS in peoples wallets

[2014-11-15 9:09:10 AM] Steven Dai: do we have a plan when market open GMT 22:00?
[2014-11-15 9:09:36 AM] Gekko: yes, we will build solid support
[2014-11-15 9:09:44 AM] Gekko: we hold a major % in the currency
[2014-11-15 9:09:50 AM] Gekko: we will take steps to push the price up
[2014-11-15 9:10:08 AM] Gekko: We won't "pump" it too crazy high. We just want to put it at a good price that it deserves
[2014-11-15 9:10:10 AM] Steven Dai: how many we control this?
[2014-11-15 9:10:27 AM] Gekko: well im not the market mover, that's bob
[2014-11-15 9:10:35 AM] Steven Dai: yes..if we ever can push this over 400 satoshi..
[2014-11-15 9:10:38 AM] Gekko: but, I know we will work together to push it good
[2014-11-15 9:10:41 AM] Steven Dai: then that will helps
[2014-11-15 9:10:46 AM] Gekko: I was thinking 300 - 400
[2014-11-15 9:10:58 AM] Gekko: then 400 - 500
[2014-11-15 9:11:05 AM] Gekko: and have a good floor at 400 at least
[2014-11-15 9:11:20 AM] Gekko: possibly higher if the market works with us
[2014-11-15 9:11:30 AM] Gekko: we need to release technology to really push it
[2014-11-15 9:11:53 AM] Gekko: but we can do some good price pushing
[2014-11-15 9:12:32 AM] Steven Dai: nice
[2014-11-15 9:14:02 AM] Steven Dai: we do not want people complain the price..so better we do not broke ico price
[2014-11-15 9:15:36 AM] David Zimbeck: yeah obviousl
[2014-11-15 9:15:40 AM] David Zimbeck: but Steven
[2014-11-15 9:15:45 AM] David Zimbeck: we can break it too
[2014-11-15 9:15:56 AM] David Zimbeck: because soon we will have the peg and the price will move
[2014-11-15 9:16:07 AM] David Zimbeck: but obviously it is better we never break Smiley
[2014-11-15 9:16:19 AM] David Zimbeck: because we dont want to be less popular
[2014-11-15 9:17:46 AM] Gekko: this is a great coin sir, and very cheap
[2014-11-15 9:18:11 AM] Steven Dai: yes just tell people we will rank top 10
[2014-11-15 9:18:12 AM] Steven Dai: lol
[2014-11-15 9:18:15 AM] Gekko: price deserves to rise. but without a cool release soon it may want to slowly move back down

all those features are available right now in CounterParty
