I'm not familiar with Brave browser, I always use chrome or opera browser for my online activity. Probably there is something need to be changed on your brave setting.
I'm referring to this post by pandukelana who try to solve a problem from a user who are unable to access a website completely.
Probably you can try it and lets see whether it works at bitcasino or not but I guess it is indeed the problem on Brave browser as I have read many users are sharing their issues while accessing website with Brave browser.
