i think make a vote to determine your customer are right or not isn't good choice , this thing could be manipulated.
and the decision should be in yours only as every casino reserve the right to do something to their users, not to shared like this .

While justbc decided to continue this story, from now on I will also post copy pasted text for all readers to explain situation briefly:

- player justbc participated in a moneyback promo in our sportsbook. Basically freeroll, where player receives money back if his bet lost;
- promo was popular and we sent money back to about 100+ players. Unfortunately justbc didn't have a chance to make a bet due to technical issues. We apologized, offered compensation for a free promo, justbtc refused and started to post same messages on this forum that our project is a scam;
- Justbc is asking for a refund of his hypothetical bet, while he thinks that his bet should win and he needs to receive 265 mbtc. Unfortunately we didn't accept this bet and have a right not to accept any bets due to T&C of sportsbook rules. We can't actually see what player won, so we refuse to pay any hypothetical wins. He deposited 100 mbtc and withdraw 100 mbtc without any restrictions.
- In the same time, justbc has more than 30+ connected accounts in our system what is against our policy. Connected not only by IP, but also by device and other factors what are closed within our fraud detection system.

It is quite clearly for management of bitcasino, that player justbc has multiply accounts and even without this fact we still can't accept his hypothetical win. Maybe we are wrong? In February we organized free promotions on total amount of 70 BTC, so this issue isn't about money and we are not against to award our players. But while this story appeared on a public forum, please share your opinions and by public votes we can solve this situation:

- If majority of forum members think that justbc is right, we will refund 265 mbtc on his main account.
- If majority of forum members think that justbc is not right, we won't refund anything and will ask moderators of this forum to delete all messages of this player from this thread.

I added a poll to this thread. Lets vote during this week and instead of making war, lets make fun.

Such an error occurs sometimes when the Sportsbook department changes the odds, which is normal in the Sportsbook.

In case you feel that such an issue takes too much time, feel free to pop to the Livechat so we can investigate this. Cool

How can an error be considered normal? In a comedy of errors, I suppose.

Similarly, if your errors are wasting too much of my time, how about wasting some more in live chat? More like Lie Chat, where we admit something is our fault, tell you we'll fix it, and never do.

To the trolls: You're salty because the evidence of a failing / cheating sportsbook is overwhelming. You can't dispute the mountain of evidence I've presented that shows a sportsbook that's unreliable at best, and more likely unethical / cheating.

To everyone else: If you want a sportsbook that reliably takes your action and doesn't try to cheat you, BitCasino ain't it.

Want to bet on the big game? BitCasino NOT the place!!!

Once again, not taking action on the biggest game of the week:

Speaking of absurd, there was a pretty big NBA game last night. I knew who would win, so I logged into BitCasino to sting 'em a bit. Here's what I saw in their book:

I came back 10 minutes later... and

The reason? San Antonio's best player was out and a lot of smart bettors wanted to fade 'em. Every ethical sportsbook was still taking action, but not BitCasino!

They run from winning bets, just like,

*** WARNING ALL PLAYERS ***
BitCasino may cheat you like they did to me!

Here's the short version of what happened:

  • BitCasino sends me a promo asking me to make a multibet on Juventus / Napoli and Arsenal / Leicester. So I decide to give them another chance in spite of the fact that they did not honor my sportsbook winnings previously. (seized the funds which were fairly won in the sportsbook, see below)
  • I try to make the wager, Juventus X Arsenal (90 min) repeatedly and their system rejects it every time.
  • I report it to live chat who doesn't fix the problem but promises to. I get an email follow up promising to fix the problem. I get another email saying the problem is fixed.
  • I try to make the same wager, now 7 hours after it was reported. Still their system rejects it.
  • My wager, which I clicked submit / "place bet" on over and over, would have won 265 mBTC.
  • BitCasino acknowledged that their system was at fault, claiming it had been fixed but it had not.
  • BitCasino offers me a lotto ticket to keep me quiet about this, claiming it's worth 250 mBTC. But this is a lie -- the actual value is nowhere near that.

I wanted to keep this post relatively short because I'm going to repost it every single day in an effort to steer players away from BitCasino. However if you want to see the full, documented and evidenced logs of what happened, please follow this link: Full Evidence.

*On a previous occasion I won almost 200 mBTC fair and square in their sportsbook and the funds were seized when I cashed out. They claimed that my IP address had been used previously by someone else, which is ridiculous when you understand that IP's are frequently shared and reused as a limited resource (I use a VPN so obviously another person could share mine).

You could post in the Book review thread or scam accusations.  Would be funny to watch you make yourself look like a fool in front of a bigger crowd.  Maybe someone else will be able to explain things to you.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.0;topicseen

Or you could pick up where you left off last time:

No, I'd be emailing them to get the bet refunded because that was the point of the promotion.

You withdrew your entire balance without ever placing the bet.  What would there be to refund?

And obviously a bigger problem is they weren't accepting any optimal winning bets.

I don't understand.  They didn't accept your bet.

What makes it obvious they aren't accepting any winning bets?

By "winning bet" are you saying you found a lot of value in their price, and you accusing them of not accepting the bet because they don't like their own line?

This is completely different than not paying a bet which was accepted.  Accusing them of both doesn't seem logical.

Were you referring to the promo which basically made it a 100 mbtc freeroll?

I don't think the promotion should be considered when deciding whether or not the bet should count or not.  The promo clearly has terms that are seperate from the sports book, so not all users are eligible.

The last complaint you had was after you used a VPN to claim a no deposit bonus.  Did you use a VPN when trying take advantage of this promotion too?

This promotion is similiar, it essentially offers anyone who can make a bet a 100mbtc freeroll.  Obviously they wouldn't allow someone to just use a VPN and make as many 100 mbtc as they want.

Terms from this promotion:

Terms from last promotion, which you used a VPN for then had a tantrum when they wouldn't pay you:

Guys Trolls, thanks for the bumps. As long as you keep topping the thread it's a win for me and a loss for BitCasino.

I'm intending to keep posting a daily update as long as humanly possible or until they pay me my winnings. So I hope you stick around and keep bumping it up.

Thanks  Kiss

and this:

You trolls are all the same... but thanks for the bumps! It's great that this conversation is staying at the forefront, as I'll make sure it does for many weeks to come.

Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they are just a troll.
When you thank these people for the bumps, your childish attempt at reverse psychology is pretty bad.

This is very cool and I have been waiting for some gaming related betting for a while now. I am a huge fan of StarCraft and I think I will drop some

coin on that, when it's running. I just have to brush up on my player ratings and recent tournament winners, because it's a while since I have played.

How can we promote this on Twitch or the Blizzard forums? It would be great if BitCasino could sponsor a event or a prize for a gaming tournament.

Here's a homework project for our 2nd-grader (special needs), TooslowSeal:

Fix the algorithm of the Raffle to be fair (a player can't win twice until every player has won once).

Don't worry: If you fail I'll provide the answer (and we won't seize your funds).

I prefer the traditional structure of a raffle.

Sure there might be fewer individual winners than a drawing with a limit of 1 prize per person, but if they did it your way it reduces equity from multiple ticket holders and increases the value of a single ticket substantially.

I prefer someone with 3 tickets having 3 times the equity as someone with 1 ticket.

You aren't even eligible by the way Mr. VPN, they probably just give you shadow tickets.

Oh wait, you did win.

(If they don't they should)

How many other accounts did you win with?

Hear hear. It's obviously absurd for a promo like this to let someone win 3x when another person wins zero. But like I've been saying these guys not only don't care about fairness, they're willing to cheat.

It was a raffle with 100 prizes.  They draw 100 numbers to determine the 100 winning tickets.  3 tickets means you have 3 chances to win, that's how raffles work.

Now the Monthly VIP "Raffle" on the ther hand, is a different story.

It's not a raffle, it's a lottery.

If you have to bitch about something, bitch about that.

I'll let someone else explain the why any sports book has the right to stop taking action for whatever reason they want, since you probably couldn't even make it this far.

I just won 3 x 100 mBTC  Shocked Shocked in the Valentine's day promo! Many thanks xD

How did you manage that, if all the prices were 100mBTC? I won nothing and I had 2 out of the 3 tickets you could get? The rules states 1 per household / IP address. This is a bit unfair, is it not? The guy who introduced me to this casino won 100mBTC so I am happy for him.

Oh, well Congrats. ^hmmm^

You could get up to 3 tickets to the raffle. He got lucky and hit on all 3 of his tickets. I had 3 tickets and won 2x 100mbtc. Most won once and some won nothing at all. Luck of the draw.

My luck sucks then, you guys should auditions for the new series called, Lucky Man with that kind of luck. Enjoy your winnings then, let's hope I get lucky with the next one. I see it is smaller 50mBTC prizes for that one. They should change this promotion to one per player, and with the more tickets you receive, the higher the probability for you to win one prize.

It would be more fair to other players and more people will be rewarded.

The beat goes on people. To Seal, sorry you spent the time to write me an essay bc TL;DR.

Funny how BitCasino is suggesting that my bet got rejected because of my VPN. Total hogwash and they know it. You already accepted fault for the error AND CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED IT. So don't backtrack and make up lies about VPN. Hilarious how you say VPN is against your rules and then immediately reverse on it.

Also, saying you refunded 100 losing bets in the promo is funny because it shows that you were ACCEPTING LOSING WAGERS -- mine was the best possible winning wager. Even if you were accepting some winning wagers from other players (possible but so far unproven, and even if someone claims they won it still doesn't prove anything), you still rejected mine every single time over the course of 7 hours including my attempts after you admitted fault and said you fixed it.

That's cheating folks.

BTW, I'm not violating any of your terms including multiple accounts, so it's straight up slander for you to suggest it.

Stay Classy BitCasino.

Don't think that the casino rep was suggesting it is specifically because of your VPN. Stop trying to pull every straw and just deal with it. If you have issues with an operator then just go and bet somewhere else - simple.

I think this must be justbtc time for menstruation.  This was his final post before going back to the hole he came from almost exactly one month ago...

But here's the thing: I USE A VPN ALWAYS AND EVERY TIME I'M ON THE INTERNET FOR SECURITY AND PRIVACY. It's a well known, popular VPN, and I simply connect to the server with the lowest ping. So obviously someone else could be using TigerVPN and betting with BitCasino.

I don't take being stolen from lightly -- so I'm going to keep posting about this in BitCasino's thread until they decide to pay me.

(nice job bro)
