Is it true that all the serious questions asked from several respected members on bitcointalk forum are simply ignored?

Is this the end or will shady affiliates continue sending customers?

Would you be willing to disclose how much you've paid askgamblers so far? How are they an 'independent third party'. Also, you didn't answer the majority of my question, in order to avoid these steady complaints why not just enforce a software limit or make terms much more clear and practical.

Via your Terms & Conditions you guys are *potentially* in the right legally, but from an ethics/business standpoint this type of confiscation is super dishonest and unfair. If this happened to me, I would feel scammed. All your websites are engaged in this type of behavior: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18527694

Even not *potentially*!

1) The maximum bet amount has to be stated at the place where the player makes the bet and not somewhere in the ToS section of the website.

2) Online casinos can easily implement the max bet during bonus play into the gaming software.

Failure of 1) + 2) is the fault of the casino and not the player!

Despite of this, they have accepted his bets!

And if a casino accepted bets, they can not come later (when the player won a nice amount of course!) and complain that he has bet more than the maximum somewhere stated in the ToS of the website.

If ktetris would not have won the jackpot, the Bitcasino scam would not have complained at all and would have gladly taken his losses.

But if bets are invalid, then this is in both directions (wins or losses), otherwise this is intentional defrauding players!

@bitcasino.io are You here to help? if yes then please try to do this by contact with Your team to check the case... You dont reply to my personal message', replying only here telling to use askgamblers (which didn't approve my case probably because of Your contact with them to avoid posting the case ?) or to sue You in curacao - yes if this is the only chance I will sue you but before this final step I'd like to try fix this without court!
Thanks

is he here to help? seriously, you want a casino representative help you to get 20 bitcoins from them  Grin
this is one of the funniest things I've heard in a while
despite borderline scam bonus terms,if they can prove you opened multiple accounts to claim their bonuses
then you are in violation of their TOS and as much as I hate when casinos do not pay jackpots or big winnings
I don't think you will be able to get anything from them, but this topic will sevre as a warning to all who are depositing there
p.s. the third party that is directly associated with the casino can't be considered neutral

Why is this a warning to others not to deposit here? The guy clearly tried to cheat the system, by creating multiple accounts and that is against the ToS of the site. You cannot expect people to back you, if you tried to cheat the system and you got caught. If you were caught doing this in Brick n Mortar casinos, you would be bleeding on the side of the pavement in some back alley, back in the day.

These days, you are just escorted out of the premises and banned from the casino. If you lucky, the Police will not get involved  in this. ^hmmmmm^

because their bonus system is questionable,to put it mildly
it is not because the guy has cheated them, which we do not know,it is what casino says he did
maybe he did,BUT the way their bonus system works and the way they handle disputes
hey,go to one of our affiliate sites and ask if we were right to hold your 20 btc winnings... it is as if Israel would direct palestinians to resolve conflicts to one of the synagogues

Did the complainant dispute the claim from BitCasino that the complainant created several accounts to exploit the Bonus system? The ToS specifically states that multiple accounts may not be used to exploit the Bonus system.

Could BitCasino have handled this in a more "Preventative" manner? Yes, I think they should have had controls in place to detect multiple account creation methods. < I do not know how they handle this, but it is clearly a problem, if they only detect this when people hit large bonuses >

This is similar to Insurance claims. The insurance company accept your monthly insurance payments without any disputes, but when you claim, they go through the contract with a fine comb to find ways not to pay you for your damages.

I agree, this will not go off well with most people, because they will feel like the victims. < In this case, the victim wanted to cheat the system, or so it seems and it failed >

So, I've seriously got to ask what the hell is going on with this casino.

1 1/2 year VIP player here, and used to play at their site excusively - the weekly cash drops, cash to the moon etc were a phenomonal part of the casino - and i would, without fail, play there most of the time, out of loyalty if nothing else.

I won probably over 20K (euros) from these cash drops - BUT, because they existed, I'd happyily play it back in, plus lots more - but what incenstives are there to play now?

Their free spins weekly review is a pile of BS - they have no regular promotions - and there is literally no reason for me to continue playing here.

We were promised a ton of new and exciting promotions when the new site launched - I got a 200mBTC bonus when the new site launched, but that's it - nothing since, apart from 10X weekly free spins, which is utterly pathetic.

I get that the price of bTC has clearly had an impact, and yes, the cash drops may have been costing them too much in the end - but heck, how many players i wonder they've lost due to this?

I would love to play there again - they've always been so good to me (processing a 15K withdrawal with no questions asked in seconds, no KYC etc) - and used to win the cash drops so regularly, but now... there's nothing.

Oficially moving to another casino, so if anyone's got recommendations for a VIP player about the best other casino to join, would love to know!

On a site note, Bitcasino.io says on the bottom of their website they're owned and operated by Luckbox Ent Ltd - has this always been the case? I thoguht it was mBet Solutions (who it now appears only is responsible for the games?)

Regardless, it's a complete shame what has happened to this casino, and I wonder if it's a new owner or something, but as a business owner myself, this is NOT the way to run a business!

Just my two cents...

Thanks for joining and sharing your experiences as a VIP also. I think a lot of us are feeling same way. We stayed loyal because their promos were top top and now nothing. The VIP gifts take forever to earn.

The cash drops were nice but even better for me personally was the 10x high value free spins with NO wagering. In July on 3 of those VIP free spins promos I cleared 10k in cashouts. I didn't have alot of luck in cash drops although they were nice to look forward to every week.

My thinking is they were overcomping people and now they have to make drastic cutbacks to recoup. Think about it every week in those cash drops for months they were giving away tens of thousands of dollars.

But judging from the reviews on other sites its not just bitcasino tightening up on the promos its all their brands.

Anyways if enough people stop playing due to lack of promos things will change. I know I have barely played at all in last few months. I used to enjoy deposit bonuses and they did away with them completely. So now instead I just gamble at land based casinos more. Get free drinks, hotel rooms, free play and have more fun playing real slots.

This is kinda screwed up.. I play for a year or so now on this website and they threat me pretty good, i can't complain and never had a problem with them and i've probably withdraw over 20k worth in btc, ofcourse i've also lost but I have about 3 accounts on the website, not sure why i probably forgot my passwords or whatever so i made a new one every time.

The thing is, they know that I have multiply accounts and they don't do anything about it, they know it for months and they keep on letting me withdraw my money succesfully a few times 1000-2000 usd worth as well no problems ever.. now that i see all these people are having issues, and it is indeed a fact that they became cheap on the bonuses but i dont mind as i still respect them for being a good casino in my eyes.. im just thinking what if someday i would win a big amount or anything really and they would hit me with this same stuff, me breaking the terms and saying that my earnings wont be paid because i have multiply accounts or something along that when they knew for months that i do have that.. could this be a risk that i could face? problem here is, they know this and they dont ban me or anything they let me play on and even let me withdrawal without any issues.. keep in mind what if they do this to me, how would the people react to this? is it then mine fault or theirs because they knew?

To ensure that all of our currently active and loyal players receive the full attention and care of a VIP host means that we will need to start looking at who is currently active and playing on our site so that they can be rewarded.

This message is to notify you that we can see your last 90-day activity has decreased below the VIP-level. If your activity does not increase within the next 30 days, your account will not be eligible for VIP benefits and will not have an assigned hostess until your activity reaches the VIP-level again. We hope to continue having you as one of our valued VIP players, so I hope that your activity increases again Smiley

Sincerely
Henrik

Dude, what happened to the promos here? They used to have the best promos in the biz and now for month or more literally nothing lol. Yeah they had a few network wide promos but chance of winning in those is 1 in million and the prizes arent even that great. No deposit matches, no VIP bonuses. Seems like after they redid the website they did away with player promotions. Great business strategy.

Yeah being VIP there meant not much anyways so big deal. When Andrea and Jane left so did their good VIP support.

I found this recent review on Askgamblers that sums it up pretty well.

So I must say that although I have been very pleased with Bitcasino up until the beginning of this year, things have taken a turn for the worse lately at this casino...I am a VIP here (as well as at vegascasino), and tbh they've pretty much removed any incentive to even be a VIP. They've also revoked my weekly drawings a few months ago, and it seems like every week there is something new that they are removing from VIPs rather than adding. They seem to not care about loyalty whatsoever, as I've expressed this multiple times to the VIP team, with not even a single answer back.

This is not the bitcasino that I used to know, but unfortunately it seems like they've gone in the complete wrong direction of things. I'm sure there are many other players who agree with me, especially VIP players. I now play at another casino that actually knows how to treat members who've played through a normal persons salary in less than a years time at their casino. Had this been a land-based casino, I'd definitely be offered quite a bit of free play, let alone promos.
Don't expect to receive any promos for being a VIP - Yes, they still offer where you can "choose your own prize" but good luck actually obtaining 100% to receive your prize. The playthrough for this has gone up significantly, and is not worth your time - Look elsewhere as there are better VIP programs out there for those with higher playthrough/deposits. At vegascasino, I was close to 80% complete on playthrough for a $200 Amazon card, and recently they dropped it to less than 10%...are you kidding me? Id understand if the prize were for bitcoin due to inflating prices, but to my knowledge a $200 Amazon card is still worth $200 whether it was last year or right now. I contact VIP about this, not even a reply back. Furthermore, they really don't even offer much in terms of % bonuses, let alone anything else. They've gone from the best casino online to barely sub-standard in a matter of 6 months or so. Will update if anything changes again.

EXACTLY!!! LOL I have explained the same thing and time again. I told them I don't play there as much because they have really gone downhill. Yet they refuse to listen... Henrik is the worst. He act like he has no power to do anything whatsoever. What good is he to me then? So as I was thought early in my online gambling career. If you are unhappy with a casino. Then vote with your money and leave!

Hi,

What are the regulations that a site with your license have to follow?  What rules are set in place that you must follow?

I'm not attacking you here, just trying to figure out what sort of protection a player has when playing on a site with a license like yours.

As with most other gambling portals, we find it important to have an independent third party as the place where customers can escalate complaints that they don’t feel we’ve resolved to their satisfaction.
While AskGamblers is a well-known affiliate in the industry, quite separate to this it has for a long time offered an independent third-party complaint service respected by players and casinos alike.
Given their reputation we are happy to use them as the first point of contact for player issues, though players are obviously well within their rights to go to our regulator if they prefer.

Cheers,

Yep, before you play at a casino for fun you should read pages of fine print to avoid having your winnings seized. Is anyone starting to realise that deposit bonuses are predatory at best or scams.

What's weird about this situation is instead of just notifying the user immediately that he couldn't bet that amount, they let him continue to play and withdraw then collected all sorts of KYC from him and then hit him with this. It's almost like they were digging through T&C and trying to find an excuse to deny it. Ultimately I have to ask why your software doesn't enforce this arbitrary bonus max bet limit.

It seems pretty unreasonable that people will defend casinos Terms & Conditions as if this is a totally reasonable thing to do. Maybe it's how normal online casinos operate but it's still blatantly unfair and is probably why the vast majority of people don't trust online casinos. Remind me to update all my website T&C's to add something like "If a user wins 5 times in a row they should not be cashed out" and then choose to exercise it when someone wins big. See how ridiculous that sounds?

That being said I don't have a ton of info about this particular claim but it's really questionable to direct someone to askgamblers, an affiliate website that is paid by your website to complain about an issue.

Hi ktetris

We believe our policy in handling your particular case has been fully transparent, that is, we have been in direct contact with you via your registered email address, and via our chat facility when you have contacted us.

We are comfortable that both you and us have clear understanding as to why your claims are groundless. Namely that you have opened up a number of accounts in order to repeatedly claim our welcome bonus - something we clearly prohibit in our Terms and Conditions, and you have ignored our T+Cs in a number of other material respects. We feel that our T+Cs are clear, fair, and in line with the overwhelming majority of the industry. The very fact AskGamblers' judgement has not been delivered in your favor speaks best for itself.

However, once again, we find it appropriate to underline you are within your rights to go to our regulator if you feel the case hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction.

Best regards,
Bitcasino.io

This casino has gone to shits as far as promotions are concerned. Why the hell don't you have any table games bonuses? This is complete bullshit and part of the reason I haven't deposited in a long time...
