We are fully regulated and licensed
Who regulates you and how?

We go through annual compliance check with our regulator, Curaçao Egaming, which is authorized and regulated by the Government of Curaçao.
Definition regulator: An official who works for the part of the government that controls a public activity (such as banking or insurance) by making and enforcing rules.

Curaçao eGaming does not work for the part of the government and therefore is not your regulator!

Are there documents about the procedure of the annual compliance check available (even per pm)?

Curaçao eGaming received the 1668/JAZ license from the Government of Curaçao, but they do not regulate Curaçao eGaming! However, if you have proof or documents that the Government of Curaçao regulates Curaçao eGaming, feel free to show it?

On the bottom of our home page you can find a shield and by clicking that it will validate our license. More information about the seal system can be found by clicking here. Smiley
If I click on the license seal on your website, I will be forwarded to the seal status page of Curaçao eGaming. The seal status is not to be accepted as valid license certificate. Therefore your claim that the seal status page validates your license is baseless!

The only thing the seal status page of Curaçao eGaming does is to confirm the claim of bitcasino.io to operate under their 1668/JAZ license. It is also clear that Curaçao eGaming can not validate your license. Because if key conditions of the usage rights contract to operate under their 1668/JAZ license are not fulfilled or Curaçao civil and criminal laws are breached, then the usage rights contract to operate under their 1668/JAZ license becomes invalid! And this totally independent of what Curaçao eGaming claims, because Curaçao civil and criminals laws and courts stand above the anonymous venture Curaçao eGaming. Smiley

Anyone who has experience with online crypto casinos, which is your favorite?

I really want to try one out, but am afraid of scams and cheats too. I heard about Edgeless first, but they don't have betting platform just yet as far as I know.

Hope to find a trustworthy one based on player's experience.

I am not sure how the raffle will be done, but its basically a free chance at 1 BTC
If you do not know how the raffle works, then you do not know if outsiders have a chance!

Well, your statement is very vague, and can be said about any raffle.

Rather then play conspiracy theorist Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Why are the people from Bitcasino.io so quite, lately? We regularly saw them in this thread, defending their reputation and also clearing up allegations being made against them. Now, they have gone silent?

Let's get your side of the story?

My guess is that their account here got hacked, and they are trying to recover it.
Look at the latest posts and you'll see what I mean:   https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bitcasinoio-207035
Regardless, I play here with no problem.  Other than I suck at Live Baccarat as of late  Roll Eyes

Bitcasino also waits for responding to support tickets up to two weeks if they're not in the mood.
Now they stated that they won't reply anymore.

Instead of recommending to further the questions directly to the relevant regulatory body which is the Government of Curaçao (which should know their operation) they link to AskGamblers (affiliate partner) complaints service!

If Curaçao eGaming had the proof of licenses needed, why don't you, mBetSolutions N.V. (Bitcasino.io) ask for this by yourself and hand it out to the customers.
You definitely know that Curaçao eGaming won't reply and nevertheless you're guiding customers to them.

The reason behind this is pretty clear I guess but please have a try to lighten up that shady practices.

The Coingaming Group claims to have its headquarter in Tallinn, Estonia. Does anyone know the name of the company?

I made a light research, but it looks like they have done all effort to hide it!

Hello,

We just wrote a review about Bitcasino
TwitchySeal will now report you for posting deceptive links! Cheesy

But you are absolutely correct claiming that bitcasino has the best cryptocurrency bonus: Bitcasino Sportsbet get all your losses back for the past 5 years!

I think I have to state some thoughts at this point:

I've contacted Bitcasino a while ago with the request of sending me over the licensing contracts which they claim to be in possession of.

The answers were clear enough to know that Bitcasino isn't licensed anywhere except with a nonsense "seal status".

They said that they won't hand out any licenses because it's an "unusual practice".
And around three or four times they reminded me of looking up the seals status (with link) at Curaçao eGaming which guided me to an INVALID seals status.

After mentioning that and once again requesting the license the answer was something like "we won't reply to you anymore because if you are worried about our licensing you can ask Curaçao eGaming.

My interpretation: No governal licensed casino would treat their customers in such an obscure manner.

The only answer I got was that they're operated by Luckbox Ent and owned by mBetSolutions which is just another way to sound professional.
First of all I need to highlight the fact that this information has nothing to do with the licensing issue.
Secondly we've got no information about Luckbox Ent.

If this useless information should answer the claimed licensing by the government of Curaçao:

What Ent. stands for?

Where is this company located and where is the license for this operator of Bitcasino.io?

I think that's enough to know that the license seal status is representing (if valid)  a business license and in no way a legal license to run this casino.

You're taking quite the leap here lumping the an obvious sad degen with the worst of the worst scum like game-protect.

Calm down.
The worst scum are clearly you with your publicly proven blatant lies and attempts to mislead the gambling community to not enforce their rights!

I will publicise their license in 2 weeks.

But first want to give to all legal and investigative experts on the forums the chance to find it by themselves to protect their face.  Wink

You can read in my thread what people all know (or claim to know), so it should be no problem to find it, especially as the source where it can be found is given!

In two weeks and one day (Feb 27th) I will call out GP for not making good on this promise.

It's on my calendar.

@ Minus7point5

I for my part believe that you are a person who love to lose his money while enjoying playing slots. And this is exactly the target group Bitcasino is looking for and you surely have no interest in the 100% cashback offer?

A lot of players post how happy they are with mBTC bonuses, but they never speak about the 100% cashback offer! And this makes absolutely sense, because if you are happy to get some mBTC, why would you be more happy to get 100% cashback? Cheesy

This is a very strange thing indicating that the Bitcasino and Sportsbet threads are crowded with shills! Wink

The link he provides is to his personal website.

Don't waste your time.
Legal and investigative expert TwitchySeal declares the 100% cashback option as a waste of time in an attempt to mislead the gambling community! Cheesy
