Is this normal?

HashFlare support don´t reply for an email:

Today, I´ve made a purchase on SHA-256 for 6,5 Th/s the payment was more than 1 BTC, I used the coupon for the discount and they send me an invoice. The amount sent was the correct one, the payment was pending first, now is time out, the balance was never updated.

I have sent an email for inquirying, the email still open, after more than 8 hours. The support has not replied to it!

Any clues why the support is so slow?

I did the same thing few days ago, and it worked, with out problem.

They usually reply within 24 hours. The fastest reply I got was within 30 minutes. The slowest was around 20 hours.

Everything is fine, We can cashout ETH again Smiley

Yes, everything is fine. ETH withdraws works again. Very nice. Thanks HASHFLARE.

Attention! We have switched to a different ETH withdrawal processor to mitigate the consequences of the DoS attacks on Ethereum network. The withdrawals are enabled, but will take longer than usual as we're tracing every transaction. Thank you for your patience with us.

Has anyone contacted them about ETH payments? Cause I think GM s paying without issues.

I just sent them an email. Let's hope they will answer, because i believe that i'm not the only one who sent an email. I think they received a lot of emails with this problem.

What about this Ethash payout issue? I dont see it anywhere else, Genesis seems to be paying fine. What s the issue Hashflare?

I actually just logged in for the first time in a few weeks. Since when did they disable the ETH payouts??

They disable ETH payouts a few days ago 3-4-5.. i don't know exactly. But they say it's from the DDos Attack on the ETH network... i hope they will enable payouts because i will lose much money.

Bitcoin and Dash payouts works fine.

Scrypt is a worthwhile investment. ROI period about 8 months, if my last calculation did not fail me.

There is always a market here for 2nd hand hash rates if you intend to sell your hash rates away.

Is it profitable to invest in hashflare's ethereum cloud mining? Any ideas please, i'm planning to invest on it. And which is ideable to invest in their bitcoin mining, the scrypt or the sha-256? Need guidance, i'm new to these things.

Most profitable is defanetly scrypt.

If take that 8 bucks is 1 MH of scrypt you shod make investment back ca 240 days.

If you need to sign up send me a PM and I send you my referral url  Wink

I've invested in here myself. They appear to be still paying (though I haven't withdrawn anything yet).
The ROI looks quite promising but not too high in order to make it look like a scam.

My bad looked wrong line.

Actually profit for 4,02 TH is for 30'th September 0,00133864 BTC
That does feel a very slow earning (I'm earning around 1000 satoshi from daily SHA256 earnings).
That's probably fairly similar to your earning, however, to think that that's the power of an antminer S7 then that is worrying (as those miners are still quite profitable in some places and that's quite a small daily earning - still one of the most profitable cloud mining systems though that hasn't yet een proven a scam).

Not much profit in 256.

Made 0,00015308BTC in profit having 4,02 TH hash.

It's results for 30'th September.
