At least in my city you can't buy the necessary daily needs for living like groceries and pay utility bills directly with BTC so it is quite inconvenient to live just with it here. However with a debit from Wirex or similar payment processing companies it is definitely doable.. But you're not really "using" bitcoin. You are literally selling BTC for USD or whatever your fiat currency is in your country. In my opinion that is not real, measurable adoption.

Actually I am one of the many people who are using bitcoin daily in my everday life. I am using bitcoin to sustain all of my needs and wants on my daily routine and I have been also using it as my financial support in order to use it as a payment on the things I needed to buy in school and etc. In my case I am converting bitcoin into fiat in order for me to use it as an alternative way of paying money into my local currency because not all of the stores and retailed shops are accepting bitcoin as a payment so that I am converting it into fiat in order to used it in many personal and daily transactions. I personally use Bitcoin wherever I possibly can, and accept it directly without converting it to fiat immediately. I have been using Bitcoin daily for years. (Ever since Bitpay started improving its Bitcoin debitcard product)

Bitcoin is like my source of extra income but it's hard to use bitcoin directly in buying things. We still need more mass adoption for us to achieve that scenario.
The reason why we just think that it is more convenient is because the payment has to do with an online thing and that is still the main challenge of cryptocurrency that I see because I don’t know who those that are not technologically inclined will be able to cope with bitcoin or will be able to pay with it, but if we look at the payment process itself, I think that it is going to be a little bit more convenient than using fiat if it as to do with payment online or cross bother. Making payment across bother is one of the greatest things that cryptocurrency as ever done for me, which I think that the cost of transacting business across the bother with the two of them can really not be compared at all. Crypto payment is quite faster and even cheaper to me.

The regulations have been tightened again, so it is very difficult if you want to use bitcoin as a means of payment.
same as my country, although in my country bitcoin is legal, but as payment, this is still prohibited, but I don't know why maybe they pay attention to compliance with anti-money laundering and others. so I can use bitcoin as payment only in cyberspace, but at least it is also easier to do many things, such as paying electricity bills, internet, and others.

4 years ago I decided to focus on crypto, a difficult start, but over time I could live in crypto. indeed this work is no guarantee for the future, but for at least 5 years in crypto, we already have something for the future, like a business outside of crypto. because right now we can see, it is increasingly difficult to get bitcoin.
It depends though since not all would really be successful towards crypto.You cant say that you would had enough on 5 years time on dealing with this market yet you could possibly achieve that in short of time.Its all random and it do all depends on your hard work
on how you do accumulate things and somewhat some sort of luck.If that happens then you might able to get yourself rich but depending
on how much money you had put in.

using bitcoin every day is still unacceptable in my country, because access to supporters such as ATM and others has not been given by the government, even as far away from expectations, but more to get money because bitcoin is a common thing .. !!

in my country, until now you can't live only using card almost all the transaction is using real cash
like transportation, small groceries, and even small restaurant

It would be very hard to do so, to live on BTC you'll have 2 main conditions
- You'll need a decent sum of BTC to be able to pay for everything or a source of income that pays you in crypto-currencies.
- You will also need to be able to find stores for food/water, transport, recreation activities, and real estate options that are able to be payable in BTC, or at least accept gift cards (which are usually able to be bought for with BTC).
Right now, this very hard to do, unless you live in a country with fairly high adoption rates (eg, Singapore).
- You'll need a decent sum of BTC to be able to pay for everything or a source of income that pays you in crypto-currencies.
- You will also need to be able to find stores for food/water, transport, recreation activities, and real estate options that are able to be payable in BTC, or at least accept gift cards (which are usually able to be bought for with BTC).

Yea you may as well spend it instead of fiat. When people say they don't want to spend their bitcoin it makes no sense. Things will get better as adoption happens and we will use crypto to fiat conversions less and less until crypto becomes a viable and supported payment option alongside the current ones we have right now.
