A good research is always needed when you want to use a service.
Especially for long-term (at least 3 years) which then the card expires.
I'm waiting for gosha's reply too, maybe they need to update their website because it's confusing.
agree about good research.

It's ok now, i thought that we should pay 2$ one for sms and one for monthly fee.
If i don't made any transaction, and no sms is received, do i have to pay still pay the SMS monthly fee?

in the months with no transactions on the card there is no monthly fee ($0)

But what if i don't spend any money( i don't do any transaction that month).
Will i still pay the 1$ fee for SMS even if 0 SMS will arrive to me.

Yes.

I just ordered a Virtual USD card
I'm a little bit confused with the balance, because there is 2 balance appear (My Balance & Card Balance)
If I use the card to buy something, will it take the money from all of the balance or just the Card Balance?

There is a way to generate an adress , when you do that , you send BTC to that adress , once you have six confirmations you will see that sent BTC into your balance (first balance) .
Now for what comes to the second balance which is the Virtual card balance , you have to go to "Load card" and fill the amount needed .. Now you will withraw from your first balance (BTC) to your Virtual card and then you can use the virtual card to buy online or whatever you wanna do with it .
With $10 Minimum
That sucks, I thought there is just 1 balance so I can easily add funds to my card Angry

Well that sucks but if there was another option then would be perfect.
Lets say to convert back the card balance back to bitcoin.
Which means to buy bitcoins with your card, they said soon so it would be awesome, let us know how it goes.

adding the buy bitcoin function is one of the things in the pipeline..

Well, great to hear that. I think would be a very useful feature, especially for me Wink

please, clarify your question.
Better to [email protected] with screenshots of whatever is confusing you.
From the sound of it you are talking about two different things - the BTC balance of your wallet and the fiat balance on your card, but need to be sure this is the right understanding

Saying the truth I checked this https://www.e-coin.io/bitcoin-debit-card-fees-and-limits
And there is not mentioned the Monthly Maintenance Fee of 1%
In this link https://www.e-coin.io/bitcoin-debit-card-fees-and-limits it is mentioned just the SMS monthly fee.
Does it mean that every month we should pay 2$ in fees? (1$ for SMS and 1$ for Monthly Maintenance) ??

I haven't seen that page before. You are right, it's kinda confusing.
They specifically say no hidden fees on that page so I wonder where the monthly maintenance fee fits in?
I'm sure gosha will be able to clarify

if you don't use the card, no monthly fee for such months.
In fact, we want to convince the bank to waive the monthly fee completely, but need to gain some more traction - the more cards issued, the higher the chances that we can get them to remove the fee

I see that Inactivity fee are free, but is there any "active" card monthly fee, i cant find that on the website.

There is a link on the website to this pdf file with the fees https://www.e-coin.io/assets/helpcenter/cardlimits.pdf

however it is not mentioned that if there is no activity during the month, the $1 maintenance fee will be waived

@gosha
Maybe you can update that?
