To be honest, I believe that it is definitely impossible to answer whether BTC is legal. On the one hand, it is kind of legal, since many countries do not prohibit its use. On the other hand, if we talk about BTC as money, then it is not legal, since there are countries that prohibit the use of surrogate money. Based on this, it is impossible to answer 100% whether BTC is legal or not. The most you can do is find out in the country where you live, how they treat BTC at the legislative level. As far as I know, there are still discussions in the world about what cryptocurrencies are and how to identify them in the world system. Moreover, every time something changes in this regard, which means you need to learn more information.

Have many country started to payment System in bitcoin. I think bitcoin is legal for this county but my county have hard Inhibition for bitcoin. So bitcoin is not legal for my county. If i think about bitcoin, bitcoin is legal for hold world cause it is a online currency.

Illegal or legal, it doesn't change that fact that bitcoin is still very useful.

We don't have a universal law on how to rule bitcoin, some country does not like it while some like it, so it could be illegal to a certain country but it's legal to the others, let's just choose, we are lucky if we are bitcoin enthusiast and we live in a country where the government are supporting bitcoin by regulating it.

Frankly i think this is an alternative thing, don't worry too much about it and well if you are not too addicted to bitcoin, do one side of your job.

The legality of bitcoin depends on the country you are from. There are countries bitcoin is not widely accepted for example Asia countries. While in Africa, you trade bitcoin at your own risk. It's only in Europe you can trade bitcoin freely without borders but their government are trying to implement some rules in cryptocurrency

The way to decide this question has always been the same for me its if you cna sell your BITCOIN or other cryptos to a bank for local fiat then YES it is Legal.

Banks will not deal with something they think is Illegal for them.

Based on the country you belong to.In some country bitcoin was a legal one,in some they won't .You should mention that on OP.Then it will be easy for the people to answer with some ideas.In some country,bitcoin atm all available.In most of country economy was based on bitcoin and cryptocurrency as of now.Investing in bitcoin was became a normal practise.

It relies upon your nation. Here in the Philippines, bitcoin is legitimate even the Central bank of the Philippines endorsed it. Be that as it may, they do caution us when we do crypto. No one knows who's behind those screens so we should be cautious each time we do the exchange. I recall it when I watched it on the TV route back 2017 or 2018. That is the reason I began doing crypto around then. Lamentably, my first mission didn't succeed that is the reason I halted and I am here to attempt once more.
