Perhaps you should tell us from what country you from since theres a different laws worldwide in regards to cryptocurrency, and sad to say most of the governments has been hard to crypto specially for the number one coin, because they believe this is some kind of scam or being abused by criminals, though in my region this is not an issue since we can legally use this in anything we wanted as long as not in illegal activities
Good thing to know if OP research on google if their country restricted or not in cryptocurrency especially the main coins(bitcoin).
But as of now, we do not consider Bitcoin is legal since most likely governments worldwide are not friendly on Bitcoin, they are afraid that Bitcoin will be their next big competitor when it comes financial savings and probably at that time Banks will bankrupt.
That's why we are waiting for those implementations, the ETF, and BAKKT to make Bitcoin looks like having legitimately and have mass adoptions.

Bitcoin is legal in those countries where it is not explicitly prohibited by specific regulations. As a general rule, any business activity is allowed if there is no special prohibition regarding it. National laws may contain other features of the application of this general rule. In any case, everyone should be interested in and know the current laws of their state.

You should mention your exact locations because people wondering from what country do you come from because from your locations it can be determine whether bitcoin legal or illegal in your country and if you come from the countries which allowed their citizen to use bitcoin then you can start to use bitcoin not against the law

Bitcoin is not a country specific currency because no one can ban it . no country can ban the internet  . sure they can a certain site that is related to crypto and bitcoin but we can still access those sites using a little trick  .

bitcoin is legal because its only a currency and it does help people to live more easier  .   its not a kind of drug that can harm people .  its not also a criminal that scam people .

It's unlegal as a whole but that doesn't mean it will indeed be unlegal forever, we are here do not know what will happens next, because this includes the future that cannot be predicted with certainty. Which clearly I think it's an alternative thing, do not too worrying about that, and it's good if you don't too dependent on bitcoin, make it's a side of your job

Bitcoin's status is different in different countries. Somewhere you can appear in a jail due to crypto trading and there are countries who close their eyes on crypto at all or even support its usage.

Actually what you are asking from what side is Botcoin is legal or not, if in terms of government and religion it can be different even in one country but broadly speaking it can be said that as long as the state permits transactions it can be said to be legal other than countries that do not Bitcoin is and does not recognize legally but there are those who do not admit to still allowing transactions other than not being used as primary transactions such as legitimate currencies.

This will depend of country you belong as not all countries are the same stand regarding Bitcoin existence. There are some countries legalized it, some are not and the others are neutral like here in my country in which Bitcoin is not legal but not ban therefore we could join Bitcoin investment without tax.Just try to search of your nation stand on Bitcoin and hope that it was belong to the majorities who support Bitcoin.

It should be legal everywhere, but because the negative side is still too visible.. it is as if it's prohibited and dangerous because it will pose a certain risk in the efforts made. Actually, everything can turn out to be more positive if indeed it's more supported and more accepted in various countries.

Bitcoin legal or not it totally depends upon the country which you live. Because many countries now banned  bitcoin, at the same time some countries allowed bitcoin for their people with some limitations. In few countries bitcoin is either legal nor illegal but people used bitcoin and traders also done trading. So in your country it is legal means then you use it there is no issues in that.

In what country are you living at mate? Legalization of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are depends on the country youre living at. Some countries have a total ban on bitcoin and some multiply its opportunities. You can check your local implementation to see whether your country belongs to the good one or to another.

Actually, Bitcoin is not yet fully legal, but some countries have made it legal. In the case of Bitcoin discussion every day it is becoming popular. And the day is not too far when Bitcoin is completely legal. As all of us knows it is, the king of all coins and through this can make life even better.
the question is legal in which country? , if we see globally bitcoin is legal, so ownership is not a legal problem, but about its use in different countries, some countries facilitate users of bitcoin to be used as a tool for exchanging goods, but in some countries it prohibits bitcoin from being used as payment tools, so Bitcoin's original status is legal. but what distinguishes the use of different status, depending on what we use in which country.

Bitcoin is definitely a legal currency, but its legality ultimately depends on your country of origin/residence...

Few countries have actually cracked down on the system and stopped all its activities by their citizens and within their jurisdiction

So try finding out if your country is one of them,if not then you're free to start trading on the bitcoin and other crptocurrencies

Good luck
bitcoin before being exchanged for fiat currencies in the digital world, or the internet world is a borderless world, we can be sure we can trade without using our home country, so everything in cyberspace is legal, but after we exchange bitcoin into the country of origin of the currency we, this is what starts making bitcoin traders start to intersect with the systems of each user's country, but as long as we trade in the virtual world as long as it's legal, bitcoin is not touched by any law.

it depends on the common will expressed in a parliament, in a respective country,

there might be indeed authoritarian societies, or urban societies that oppose bitcoin
