Yes this is the best time to buy bitcoin, because its very low. It's the time to hold it for a long time. Me if I have a choice l will hold it until the price is right for me. Because lm inspired of $100000 to get soon. Thats the big hope of the many why they get rid on bitcoin. Bitcoin high volatility is one asset of bitcoin now that attracts people to stay at bitcoin.

I think that we are slowly coming out of this period when Bitcoin price is falling. It has crossed 8000$ and it seems it's recovering. However I don't expect some fast and huge rise, think the price will stay somwhere between 7800$ to 9000$ for a while.
Still it's good time to boy so don't miss the chance while you can get coins at convenient price. Remember, not every price dump is tragedy.

Don't be so quick to dismiss bitcoin, this was an extended crash with multiple driving factors and as such anyone expecting a sharp flash recovery was mistaken. The recovery will happen it will just take some time. The market is still bullish.
