That will not happen. That is certainly not going to happen.
Because I think namely Dollar remains strong. Perhaps Bitcoin it is popular, but he does not take over.

Agreed, dollar will always rule the world for sure, bitcoin will be more strong and popular in future but it can never replace dollar or become a primary currency, bitcoin will always be used as a secondary currency.

So what if it does happen? Maybe we'll get lucky and banks will declare all bankruptcy.

I think it can not happen anyway. Many people do not even know what Bitcoins and that is unfortunate.
Because I think more people should know what Bitcoins.

I think it could happen but not soon.
It will take some time till the bitcoin can even do it.
Maybe in about 10 years it will replace it if the banks let it.

At any situation banks won't let it to occupy the local money. bitcoin will be used by most people but it won't replace money. If such situation arises sure the government will ban use of bitcoin else will impose restrictions for use.

even though in 10 years again bitcoin never replaces money, it couldn't happen! we need think how can bank allow bitcoin replaces money and  it will be problem with goverments

Exactly Governments will never support bitcoins and they never want that any crypto should replace the paper money as Governments holds control over the paper money, and if bitcoin gets on mainstream then they cannot control it.

the problem is electricity and internet access, as long as those are controlled by corporations, the mass's will not invest in bitcoin, thank the lord Smiley

for the powers that once were, if you want crypto replacing fiat, you have to give us free electricity and free open source internet access, and even then you will struggle, as nobody trusts the powers that once were no more, only the brainless parishioners of the church of guberment, and those numbers are dwindling Wink

Not Bitcoin, but something backed by blockchain technology

Even not Blockchain technology. As it is too expensive, too much hunger for ressources.
Most likely, online banking will be revamped, allowing micro transactions as well.
The www definitely is in dire need for micro payment, as it gives some control, in order to raise quality over quantity regarding user created content.
BTC has been a nice draft, a glance into cryptography, but not more. Cryptography itself is indispensable for any online transaction.

Banks will not allow the replacement but rather decentralizing it and making it as a part of the bank. You can't experienced the benefits of bitcoin today if bitcoin will replace banks. Im sure of this.

I think it could happen but not fast at all.
The time will be 15 years for sure, the bitcoin is in their start position for that.

Then what about those countries that really experiencing a financial crisis? How come those person with no internet connection can use the virtual currency? I like bitcoin to be $2000 or more in vaue per single coin than the desire of replacing it in money.

Bitcoin will not replace fiat currency the next coming decades.
Since 1971 all fiat currencies around the world are backed by nothing than just trust.
This monetary system will go down soon. And then the elites will come with a new scam.
Maybe again some partly backed currencies, who knows.

Bitcoin only has to do one job.To survive!!
As an option beside the controlled financial system Bitcoin will be very attractive and can gain a really high value over the decades, but I can not see it becoming THE world reserve currency in that time frame.

I think it could happen but it will take some time till it will even be possible, I think it will take years before it will. I think it will take 10 years or more to get so far, and no one knows if the bitcoin will survive this journey.

This is not going to happen as long as there's a third world country with low number of people with internet access and slow internet access this is not going to happen. In some developed country maybe but it will go through a lot holes in the government before they can get a nod from Finance department.

Agree. Not all country can adapt and hug the bitcoin technology. Bitcoin is virtual so you need at least an internet connection here to able to access.

People are just looking at their own benefits. If bitcoin will replace money completely, bitcoin must truly bring benefits to ALL parts of the world.
