Please be careful with these guys they are damn dodgy. You cannot double spend to gain an advantage at this casino because funds are not instantly deposited. They will happily take your deposit and claim that your are as above. BEWARE.

Hey everyone,

We'd like to shed some light on facts that are being misrepresented by one of our players above.

All players must take note of the fact that we always pay out all the winnings. We have a 100% payment rate. That itself stands as an emblem of credibility and trustworthiness. In this case, the player had won nearly 40 BTC within less than a month which was paid out in full. Albeit it took longer than normal as special payouts require a greater degree of scrutiny in terms of security and fair-play. This is far from being a 'rouge' casino. We value our reputation as well as our players above all else. In many cases, we have even gone out of our way and provided bonuses to our players for any inconvenience that may not even be caused by us. We believe that such gestures only strengthen the trust that our longstanding community of players puts in us.

Despite the effort that the disgruntled player above has put into painting us in a negative light, our paytables are transparent and are displayed on the website for everyone to see. As is the norm, casinos have the right to change paytables according to the market conditions as long as they are done transparently as we have.

As opposed to the player's precarious assumptions, our funding is sufficient - hence the 100% payout.

Did you change the odds/payouts in one of the games and didn't announce it in here or on the site itself?  (Do you expect people to really check the odds every time they play?)

Players should know that the last 2 big wins I've had - it's taken them almost a week to pay me.  I don't mind waiting a little on big payouts, but a week is a far cry from what they sell us on.  So I'm almost thinking they are not well funded, and they were just waiting for more players to lose so they had the funds to pay me.  That's just a guess, but it's the most logical explanation.  

In addition they took out the hold button on video poker.  You have to be a real idiot to do that and think that players are going to stick around.  Like I really want to be manually selecting and holding cards non stop every single hand.  That totally takes the fun out of playing. I'm a big player, and I think they did this because they just paid me a big payout this morning, and they wanted to mess up my rhythm because I've been winning.  

They also changed the payout odds on full houses from 45 to 40 credits and 30 to 25 on flushes.  So this is what happens when they have someone win big.  They start pulling out all the stops to get it back.  

Today I've seen the true colors of this site, and I will never play again.  What they've pulled here is what lowlife rogue casinos do.  So I would caution all players to be very careful with this site moving forward. I do not think they are well funded and it's just a matter of time before they go belly up.  

By the way, I got my butt kicked all day today.  Probably the worst session I've had in a long time with the strong feeling I had zero chance at winning.  You know, nothing connecting whatsoever.  There's no doubt in my mind that in addition to the things I mentioned above, they also flipped the switch in a couple other areas.  I absolutely do not trust this site anymore.  Be warned.

That was me who hit the jackpot.  To answer your question, I wasn't down a lot before I won the jackpot.  As a matter of fact I think I started out at much lower stakes, then I raised the bet because I was doing really well. They also processed my withdrawal on that Royal in less than 30 minutes which is always nice.

I then followed up that Royal win with another big win quad aces with 2-4.  Unfortunately I'm still waiting on that payout though. I think I might have broke the bank Cheesy

Hi

I am posting this message to warn users of the slots game on DASHVIDEOCASINO of something that has happened to me twice now within one week.
On the 10th February I was playing the DASH slots on the highest setting (0.01 DASH per spin) and was doing really well ( I had accumulated a score over 300 credits which is over 3 DASH coins) when my credits started to rapidly disappear. I stopped the auto-spin but still the credits continued to rapidly go down until my score was at zero. I thought that I must have had another window open that was also on the site, auto-spinning the slots without my knowledge but when I checked this wasn’t the case, the only dashvideocasino page I had open was the one I was playing on. IU have been a regular player on BVC since 2013 and this has never happened so I reported the incident to the moderator in an email as 3 DASH is a lot of money these days.
As of today I was still waiting for a reply, and from years of previous experience I was sure I would get a reply, although this is the longest I have ever waited. So I decided to have another game today using a different DASH account and unbelievably the exact same thing has happened…again I had accumulated over 300 credits on the highest setting on DASHVIDEOCASINO slots (approx 3 DASH coins) and again my balance suddenly went to zero (it didn’t even go down credit by credit this time, it just went to zero). I have messaged the mods again as now this has cost me over 6 DASH but still no reply. WTF is happening here???
And btw, about 4 weeks ago I won over £23,000 (I have the screenshot to prove this) when I got the jackpot on the highest setting on the DASH slots, £19,000 of which I still have so this isn’t a case of someone trying to scam money out of the casino. Imagine if this happened when I had won the Jackpot!!! So for this reason I’m staying clear of all the BVC sites and I advise everyone else to do like-wise until this issue is explained and fixed.

I don't trust progressive casinos. I can't see statistics on how many people actually win good amounts or even jackpots (this happens very rarely). I'm interested in knowing my fixed winnings.

When will instant withdrawals resume?   These delays (sometimes an hour, sometimes a couple hours, sometimes longer) have been going on for 4 months now.   

Of course the #1 reason people play is because you have a good history of always paying when people win.  However, instant withdrawals is something you promote on the front page of your site and a big feature. 

Different reasons have been given (technical issue, security concerns).  Regardless, I'd think 1/3 of a year would be long enough to resolve whatever the issue is - no?
