I'm new to bitcoinvideocasino. I basically like the way it is setup with a simple interface, unlike most online casinos with all their glitter, flashing lights, and hype.
That said, I've had some really game-stopping problems here while playing my favorite game, Craps. When playing, I get all sorts of server errors with messages such as "Bad bet" and "Invalid game" and "Sorry, but there's a problem with our software." I have reported this to support (who have all been very friendly and nice), but here today, about five days since I first reported the problems, I see that the problems still aren't fixed.
Being that the errors that I have reported actually wipe out your bet without returning it to your balance, I'm surprised that the Craps game isn't either temporarily taken offline or, preferably, fixed by now. (Support did restore my balance, however, after I reported the problems to them.) If I owned an online casino and errors of the kind that I have been reporting were occurring, I'd have it fixed immediately. It would be a bread-and-butter issue for me. I'm not sure what's taking so long to fully address this.
Has anyone else been getting these same kinds errors on the Craps game? They're easy to trigger. On a test account using test credits simply make a Pass bet backed up by a few Come bets, using maximum odds where allowed. Within short order, the program crashes miserably.
I wish the bitcoinvideocasino the best. As I said at the beginning, I like what they have here. But having software bugs of the kind I have reported, and allowing these bugs to continue day after day on an online casino, is really puzzling to me.
Hi Sid,
Thanks for chiming in here on our thread, and we're very glad you like our setup (the issues you have had notwithstanding, of course).
Our team is based all over the globe so timezone issues can sometimes come into play when resolving issues - this can cause some delays but generally speaking we do get issues resolved quite quickly. Apologies for the lack of timeliness in getting this sorted out but it certainly is on the tech team's radar and we'll continue to update you as information comes in.
I have ensured that Craps has been disabled while they investigate. Thanks again for taking the time to 'light a fire under us', so to speak!
Cheers!
