Why you create another domain for dash casino, instead of internal currency conversion? I mean you can set a combo box to change other currency?

It's a sad day for Bitcoin,  but I suppose a new era for Crypto Currency and Dash.
Due to popular demand from the community due to network congestion with Bitcoin, we have now launched
DashVideoCasino.com
It works exactly like the Bitcoin site you all know and love,  but everything is denominated in Dash.
We even have the same great affiliate program where you can earn up to 25% of the house edge on every player you refer.
Additional crypto currencies will be coming soon.  Please provide feedback.

Hi KeyJockey,
We are aware of this issue, and it seems to be caused by the server taking too long to construct the transaction.
We are moving the entire site over to a new, more powerful server this week, and that should solve this issue forever.

I'll be glad to keep everyone posted.

On another note,  maybe some of you didn't know that we have a great Android app so you can play on the go.  Please consider giving it a try:

Hi again guys...

Hey can you please post an announcement or something HERE when the recent withdraw-crash bug is resolved there?

Once again I really appreciate the good customer service in replying to these issues when they happen BUT I've now been bitten by this bug three times and I kinda don't want to risk playing on BVC again until you can assure me it's not going to happen any more.

Hopefully you guys can understand that even with Jon re-sending the bitcoin that's caught in limbo fairly fast (couple hours usually) it's still very stressful to us loyal long-time BVC customers, to have to WAIT, when we're used to getting *instant* deposit and withdraw results.

Thanks again KeyJockey,

We've been Bitcoin only from day one,  and thought that would never change.
Now it looks like we may be forced to implement other coins because the Bitcoin network is hardly even usable any more.
That would be such a sad day for Bitcoin.  FWIW, we like Monero too.

For anyone else who is a fan of our site,  be sure to tell your family and friends by using our referral system so you can earn some money at the same time.

Thanks for the kind words KeyJockey.
The Bitcoin network is really getting to be congested and it's causing lots of deposits and withdrawals to get stuck in limbo.
Lot's of our players are not as knowledgable as yourself, so they have no clue what is going on.
Hopefully the scaling issue can be resolved soon.  For what it's worth, we like Bitcoin Unlimited's road map.

Hey there... yeah I know, I agree BU should be the way to go too but WTF are they ever gonna get this resolved?

On this note IMHO it'd be really cool if you guys added support for another cryptocurrency!  My vote would be for MONERO!!!!!

Also for anyone reading this thread I wanted to say THANKS again for the fast response and support yesterday on the withdraw glitch: having over $3000 stuck in limbo due to the withdraw error was stressful to say the least, i.e. imagining if some less-honest online casino would just keep the money etc  Huh

But ONCE AGAIN you guys there at BVC came thru with flying colors.... the withdraw error noted and money re-sent successfully within just a couple hours!

Situations like this is why BVC is really the ONLY bitcoin casino that I can recommend to friends, honestly.  You guys rock  Grin Grin Grin

EDIT: UPDATE
Got a quick email response from Roger (not Tom) with the transaction ID and address confirming the withdraw WAS sent but just being "stuck" in unconfirmed state for some hours, apparently that was enough reason to make it "disappear" from my Copay wallet... although truly weird as I've had plenty of transactions take a long time to get a confirmation but they all *always* at least stayed in the wallet... never vanishing like this one did!  Really weird.

Anyway... after about another hour the transaction FINALLY got a confirmation and then it re-appeared in my wallet.

So... all well and THANKS for great customer service support from BVC once again.  Much appreciated guys, you rock! Smiley

Hey Tom: I'm emailing the info below to you but just thought I'd post here too in case it'd be helpful to anyone else who may have had this problem today...

-----
Hi Tom:

Had a weird problem just now, apparently from BVC but really odd... first time I've ever seen something like this happen.

2.0007 bitcoins deposited to my Copay wallet from BVC earlier today has just DISAPPEARED.

Apparently the transaction has been dropped from the mempool even though it was not that long ago...?

I don't have all the info I'd like on it since the transaction has *vanished* but here's the situation:

1. I deposited 2.0 bitcoins to a new account to play with on BVC as I often do.

The address for that is {edited} and you can see only one transaction there at the moment.

2. Played awhile, ran up to about 2.3 if memory serves and then I withdrew the original deposit as 2.0007 to another new address to my Copay wallet.

The transaction appeared and my wallet balance was about 7.0

3. I played a little more with the 0.3 and lost it... so stopped for the day as "break even" Smiley

4. NOW, however, my wallet is showing the original 2.0 sent to BVC BUT THE RETURNED 2.0007 IS GONE.

5. Balance now is only about 5.0 bitcoins but it should be 7.0.   I am CERTAIN it was 7.0 just a little while ago but now the 2.0 from BVC has definitely disappeared.

Please check on this ASAP if you can... 2.0 BTC is not a small amount to lose to a blockchain glitch here!!!

Thanks in advance for fast attention on this...

-KeyJockey

40 BTC from video poker seems a big winning, how much did he play per hand? He should be very lucky guy, because once I tried video poker with casino bonus, my money became void very fast.

This player was betting just 0.005 BTC per hand; they deposited 7.58 BTC and withdrew ~44.52 BTC roughly two hours later after their win! Cool

Sounds awesome! I hope it goes well and people like it ☺

Cheers Lilmon, we hope to see you joining the fun at BitcoinVideoCasino soon! Smiley

★★★ Bitcoin Video Casino ★★★

Just a few days ago Player #c32106ab36 won themselves a total of 40 BTC over a number of hands at Bitcoin Video Casino! This decent chunk of change came mainly from slamming down 4 of a Kind in Video Poker!

We also have some big news about another HUGE win (one for books!) that we'll be releasing shortly - in the meantime your games await if you fancy trying your hand at taking home some tasty Valentine's winnings! Cool

Hey BVC owner! Can you increase the play credits so I can do more than a few spins on the slot machine? I get 100, and it costs 20 if I want to maximize.. so can you increase the credits?

Thanks!

If you trust those shill newbie accounts, you will lose money here, this site has no innovation, extremely urgly design you never find in other places, you can only find in 90s DOS or Windos 98 OS. LOL. One more point, they lied they profited huge about 2000 BTC per year to fool new buyers in 2014(or 2015), I remember this site.  Cheesy

Hi there,

Getting into a an argument or debate about shill accounts is always pointless as there's no way for either side to prove anything either way, but I will state very clearly for the record that we don't utilise shills. We simply don't need to and it's a very underhanded way of doing business. I'm not sure how you can state "If you trust those shill newbie accounts, you will lose money here" because every single game offered on Bitcoin Video Casino is provably fair, but I suppose it may just be simply a lack of knowledge about how BVC works. You can read up on how to validate each game played by clicking on the 'Provably Fair' link on any page of our site if you're interested in doing so.

Sorry to hear that you're not a fan of our design too but the reason we haven't changed it is because our players love it! And you don't go fixing what's not broken.

Again, I'm not sure how you expect people to be 'fooled' when all of our games are provably fair, but if you have any evidence of such foolery please do feel free to provide it and I will address it here publicly for you.

And still I've always had my problems solved and gotten a pretty quick response to my support requests. Never had a single problem with cashouts and doesn't seem like many others have either.

A few days ago a friend of mine won 40 BTC playing video poker and without problems got his coins out.

Point being that while whatever you say could be true I still believe they are running a honest casino.

Appreciate the backup, and the kind words BoXXoB; we always try our utmost to do right by our players! Smiley

I'm the first person to bitch and whine, but I feel I should also post this.

Hit 5 blackjacks in a row last night...then pushed on hand 6 (we both had 18) then the next hand...Blackjack for me again.

Never had anything close to that in my life.

Cashed out and had the bitcoin on it's way in 5 seconds.   Hard to beat that.

That is really lucky, gz.
There was competition at another casino with task to hit four blackjacks in a row with split aces counted and it took more than a month for someone to complete.
BVC might be good casino, only newbie accounts claimed here that they won jackpots.

Sorry I'm a bit late getting back to this thread. That's some really lucky Blackjack right there! We're always happy to hear about these unique results, and of course are always glad to hear good things from our players! I hope your luck continues!  Cool

I think one of the reasons for the above is that people often tend to post only when they have a problem or issue. Our players posting about a win is of course always really appreciated by us, so when any of you guys hit it big we'd love to see you post about it here! Smiley
