Yeah alt coin are good but you can't compare it with btc. Bcus Btc is like the mother of alt coin
So no matter what btc coin still remains tha best...
Actually in this case it is a ridiculous situation if we still have to continue to compare bitcoin with altcoins because in the end the comparison can be made if what we are comparing is equivalent. As for bitcoin and altcoin, there is no equality in it so why continue to be compared because in the end we all know which one is the best.
Comparisons like this will only make altcoins worse but I also don't really care about it because I'm not in it for now even though at the beginning I was in crypto I was in altcoins but my focus now will only remain on bitcoin.
But indeed seeing from the OP who is indeed new (possibly because the account is a beginner) I still think this is very reasonable to be asked by them but the answer must also be clear that bitcoin is still bitcoin and it cannot be compared to altcoins.
Exactly, stop comparing bitcoin to altcoins. This comparison should stop. We all know that Bitcoin will be the top coin ever. Altcoins is just the second option, if you want to start investing in bitcoin then go for it, but if you feel that Altcoin will give you a good profit then for Alts. No need to compare just invest and earn.
Yeah, if he really a beginner then we accept it, but if he's here for too long then stop.
Why are you taking this personally? After all, we are all learning and trying to establish a fact. As much as I do not like to take a side and behave like a real investor, it's Bitcoin enthusiasts who started and do what you are trying to let go more. For me, I so much buy your idea, we should just invest in whatever pleases us and let go of the rest like arguments, it's not the comparison that will help us, but still, it could be a guide for others, especially those who are bent to make the money and even make it more.
However, since this is the context of the topic where Bitcoin and altcoins are being compared in terms of pros and cons, I believe it shouldn't hurt that much as Bitcoin would win some and altcoins would win some. And I don't see any difference in this compared to the ways users had compared Bitcoin with Gold and Bitcoin with the USD. Nonetheless, as we do this, let's be informative, constructive and wise in what we say as Bitcoin will always be number but when it comes to earning more with your investment, I believe and am certain of it that altcoins have that.
Any smart investor must compare Bitcoin and altcoins objectively. Bitcoin, the cryptocurrency pioneer, is a symbol. Like Gold's trustworthiness in the traditional market, its stability and recognition give it an edge. Yet altcoins' unique characteristics and rapid flexibility promise tempting bigger profits. Investors are guided by this disparity.
Do not oversimplify. Bitcoin is "number one" for its credibility, longevity, and essential significance in the crypto ecosystem, not only market cap. Its worth and stability are seen in its comparison to Gold and USD. While intriguing, altcoins frequently operate in new waters, posing risk and opportunity. Our discourse must traverse these complexities, offering information without bias to educate and enlighten. The aim? To promote informed decision-making, not favoritism.
