Both coins have grown very well over time and bring very good profits . But I chose NEO for myself .

If I really need to choose between those two I really prefer bitcoin than ethereum because as we can see bitcoin is still standing even after the biggest market fall so you can really trust your money with bitcoin.
I would not put them in comparison. They have completely different purposes. Each of them has its own value, independent of each other.

I think that there is not any confrontation between these coins because the etherium can not compete with the coin that was coined in 2009. Bitcoin earned his popularity and his capitalization only because it was the first coin and there was nothing more to buy))
Boths are profitable cryptocurrency for long time investment. BTC is king of all cryptocurrency you can see when BTC price increasing when altcoin price is increasing. So you can investment it.
Yes it was both profitable and they should not compare this coins because you can always earn profit through etherium and bitcoins depending on how you trade in the market.
I choose ETH but in this time i do buy some bitcoin, both of them have good planning, community and team. But bitcoin still better than Ethereum.

I like Ether because it's faster transactions and less transaction fees.
I think both are great coins and have good futures . Ethereum will grow more because of the smart contract and tokens . and the transaction fee is lower than btc .
They're definitely both good. Both that coin is great for investment. The only question is how much money do you have to buy them? If not a lot, it is better to invest in ETH. If a lot, feel free to buy BTC and ETH !

Most of people only know cryptocurrency means Bitcoin.Bitcoin is most seneior digital asset but ETH is the young & popular in blockchain platform. So Bitcoin & ETH both of most important & popular in cryptocurrency world. 
Bitcoin and Ethereum are the backbone of the whole crypto world. I think that these two are not only the leaders, but they are the most popular coins that are spreading the word about crypto everywhere.
