Both coins bitcoin and etherium are the main currency in crypto world and I think if you invest in a crypto market then both coins should be in your investment portfolio.
Bitcoin and ethereum have a lot of enthusiasts and great demand too, and I like them very much, yet we'll be faster transaction with ETH and of course cheaper fees. People's tastes vary, however, I'm sure both are equally the most popular coin in the world of crypto.
I wouldn't say one replaces the other. Both are significant in their own ways.Both are great investments.ETH is considered the 'founding father' of smart contracts in the blockchain.
I chose ETH, because ETH is now more widely available than BTC, which would be highly competitive with BTC, so I think ETH prices will rise in the future.

Both are in the form of high risk investment , meaning it could fluctuates in no time but the thing here is what are the things that affect the prices of each respective coin that I have mention, I always say reputation , and both coins has gain a lot of reputation in the market , next is the investor although both has a great volume of investor bitcoin has a great advantage in terms of investor , last will go for bitcoin , bitcoin can affect ethereum when it goes up and down so between the two , bitcoin is greater than ethereum.

If you choose between these two coins, I'd rather choose Ether. The reason for my choice is the possibility of direct investment in new projects. Unfortunately many projects do not accept Bitcoin for investments.

Both coins are good and should not be invested in just one coin. It is better to divide the investment between ETH and BTC. It's less risky.

Bitcoin is best investment, and most popular to all investors because of its profitable. But the Eth is the second choices only of the people because its not so profitable not like in bitcoin. Both are good in investment but bitcoin is much better, and its indemand almost people are prefers in bitcoin than in Eth,
Bitcoin and Ethereum in my opinion are two very promising coins for long-term investments, Bitcoin and Ethereum have now dominated the market so I'm sure the future of these two coins is very bright.
I think betwen BTC and ETH is good investment. But for me BTC is more thoughs than eth because BTC is fastest and the most valuable cryptocurrency, the price of BTC is big and most popular in Crypto. Also community of bitcoin is bigger than ETH and It’s easier to get started to invest.

i think this both cryptocurrency is a good investments. because they price always stable day by day. but if you make me choice bitcoin or ETH maybe i will choice bitcoin because bitcoin is like the number one cryptocurrency and so promises.
personally In terms of trading, I will choose ETH because it is very popular with the new digital currency and the new ICO with the new investment. In terms of preservation or possession, I will choose BTC, because bitcoins are indeed a good price pump these days.
Right now Bitcoin is useful because its primarily used as a trading pair on exchanges, only because it was the first big crypto that exchanges built around.
