Both coins are good and promising.  And probably the best option is to invest in ETH and BTC.  This is less risky than investing in one coin.

Choose both and hold them for the long-term. This is the best decision if you don't want to do daily trading, but want to make a good investment for the future.

on the rights of the main and first crypto currency and bitcoin, and the Ethereum is perceived as a reliable and long-term means of accumulation. also, both of them have their shortcomings, which must be eliminated in order to avoid depreciation. but comparing them is not entirely advisable because of their different purposes: bitcoin is used as a means of payment, and Ethereum is used as the creation of decentralized applications. as a long-term asset, I would choose bitcoin.

Both have important parts in cyrptocurrency world... they have different feature and usage, bitcoin is undeniably the king of all coins while Eth is a promising one next to bitcoin and os these two really make it to the top in the future.

I choose eth because I find ETH to be faster and less costly than bitcoin. I think eth will be priced high later this year

I would say Bitcoin, because is the most popular, but Ethereum is doing really well, with an active group of developpers

I believe that the ether will soon have to beat bitcoin and be an independent coin. The ether technologies outperform all other coins both in speed and volume, and the number of Ico projects goes off scale. Time should change everything for top-notch viola and surprise everyone.

Both. Why choose only one coin, if you can reduce the risks of investment and buy two coins at once. I think this is a good strategy.

While the words "bitcoin" and "ether" are understood by many to mean the same thing — that is, cryptocurrencies or digital money transfer systems using blockchain technology and encryption — there is little difference in how they work and what they are used for. If you want to invest for speculative reasons — and especially if you plan to use one of these business platforms — it is important to understand these differences, because these factors can decide the fate of the currency, whether it will become a standard or will sink into obscurity. If bitcoin becomes a common currency, or the Ethereum network becomes a standard for distributed computing, the value of these assets will continue to grow.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are both the best discoveries of this century to me, and I hear Bitcoin is the "father of cryptocurrency" while Ethereum is the "father of the smart contract", though I do not understand them.

Both are great investments.
BTC was the 'founding father' of cryptocurrencies whereas ETH was built on top of the BTC framework to include more advanced and better features. ETH is considered the 'founding father' of smart contracts in the blockchain.
I wouldn't say one replaces the other. Both are significant in their own ways.

Although this two digital money is the top of all coins I think bitcoin have the edge. Because bitcoin is known as the mother of all coin and already establish a good platform and already popular around the globe. Had already proven that he can manage this digital money business.

Bitcoint and Ethereum are both strong and good coints to make investment, both also have a high selling price compared to other coints although now the market conditions are down but if it is stable the selling price will be normal again or even will rise

It is important to note that bitcoin and ethereum are most popular and trusted coins. So I keep my account on %30 BTC, on %70 ETH. I would never think that both will fall at the same time...

I see no reason to choose.  These are two good coins in which it is worth investing.  And it's better to invest now, while the market is red.

I more believe in Ethereum. Imagine that bitcoin is gold, then the ether is uranium or plutonium, which presents much more possibilities for use, besides just buying and keeping under the bed.

Honestly don't have a lot of love for ETH. Had a little experience and all negative. Lost some coins due to gas. But I try not to use it, since BTC can do all job I need.
