is our superbru pool on pause, waiting the tournament to restart right?

Yes. Not much else we can do but wait. In the unlikely even that it's cancelled I'll probably just pay out the positions as they are now, but I think it's unlikely that they'll scrap it.

the CL has to be finished, I think that will be played after all major leagues will finish their remaining legs (late summer)
it will be a mess predicting those remaining matches after the covid s'''', it will be fun, I think that my leading position is catchable more than ever  Cool

I'm hearing talks that there are some EPL clubs that want to end the season even if it means denying Liverpool of their first title after 30 years.  Seems unfair imo.
Probably these teams in relegation zone, MU and Man City want to cancel season to stay in the league and that Liverpool wouldn't become Champions. Offcourse it would be unfair.
@hilariousandco, I think that if quarantine will be long , player won't be ready to play after it. Yes, they still practice at home, but it's not same as regular training on pitch with a ball and and other stuff. I think that after quarantine, teams should be allowed to play 1-2 friendly games, for example against their reserve teams. Otherwise I think we will see low quality football and risk of injury will be big.

As I said before, every team is going to be in the same boat here so it's fair across the board in my opinion. I'm sure they're keeping themselves active right now at home and if they aren't then they should be because what's going to happen if games do get to restart sooner rather than later. I'm sure they will be given at least a weeks notice for when the season will resume so they can get their training sessions in or play friendless amongst themselves, but these are extraordinary circumstances right now but the games need to be played and teams really shouldn't be having any excuses when that time comes. I'm sure fans would rather see the season completed than a few lacklustre games or excuses as to why a team isn't performing as they should.

Well of course the ones who's interests it's in to do so will want this, but the most logical thing is just pause the league indefinitely and restart it as soon as they are able. If they cancel the league there will be lawsuits by numerous clubs, especially from Liverpool and teams that will be relegated and ones not promoted from the lower leagues. Obviously football is going to be gone forever so just resume the league as soon as they can and then nobody can complain. When that's finished have a short break or even just carry on the next season like it's just another round of games.

Yeah, I think if we start removing all the thinking about profits, TV deals, partnerships, etc, that's the most obvious and logical thing to do. But if we start thinking about them, even legally, litigation would be far more costly than paying off contractual obligations (plus surely they've got insurance).

P.S. Anyone read tThe talk emerging about players not being fit after so long not playing, well, that's also really silly. If players aren't keeping fit on their own, they shouldn't be paid salaries.

I know people who play five a side almost every day of the week. Some of them are 'ringers' and even get paid to play ie if a team is missing a player then they will get a call and get paid by the five a side venue to fill in and play so they don't miss out on the revenue from the entire game being scraped. Are you telling me that these supposed professional athletes couldn't play a game of football at the drop of a hat tomorrow if they were asked to? If they can't then I would certainly question their fitness. Sure, they might not be at the top of their game or in peak physical fitness 100% but all the teams are in this situation and have to make it happen. They'll soon get back into the swing of things but professional footballers should be able to do an hour or two or exercise every single day, and they probably train 3 times a week in addition to the game so I can't see why they need much time to get themselves ready. There really shouldn't be any excuses here as all teams are going to be in this scenario and these games need to get played asap so they've better be keeping themselves fit and match ready. If teams come out with this bullshit as an excuse not to play I hope they get called out on it.

In case anyone wants to relive classic moments from their favourite team/game, here's a collection of UEFA games free to watch on UEFA TV:
https://www.uefa.com/uefaeuro-2020/news/025b-0f07234151fa-fe167d581509-1000--watch-classic-games-on-uefa-tv/

Favourite watch for me so far is the highlights of Liverpool's 4-3 Dortmund escape. Forgot how young Coutinho looked. And wow our defenders scoring haha. The list actually doesn't have the Istanbul final so you could say I'm aggrieved =p

I’ve said repeatedly that the season will resume when it’s safe to do so. It’s a legal minefield if they stop it, many teams would be very upset. I have seen reports in the last few days that the remaining 9 games will be played throughout June & July hence why the Euro’s was cancelled/postponed.

^  National and everything below them.  I don't think they could do it with League 2 and up.  But then again it's possible that they have no idea what they're gonna do.  Lolol.

I think the CL & EL could ‘potentially’ be cancelled but I do think the top European Leagues will be completed.

Those are the tournaments that could be finished be more quickly because of how few games there is left, but the issue is obviously the international travel which is almost impossible right now and could lead to more disease being spread. My only hope is within a few months time things start to die down and I'm hoping we look back at all this as an over-reaction.

I think all the big leagues will go for this too. They're all friends and they all want to make money and nobody wants the season to be a farce. Especially not Manchester City maybe who hold the lead over Real Madrid. Or PSG who progressed. They both desperately want to end their CL wait.

^  I'm with you...  But we'll see.  It's really looking like it's just getting started and won't be slowing down in just 'a couple of months.'.  This thing could be a wake up call.

it has to remain only talks... the tournament can restart this summer, I don't see any obstacle to restart after this covid crisis, not at this point
there will be a month of panic, than the sun will shine again

there will be enough time to play all remaining games during the summer, the euro2020 is postponed for the next year, so, my opinion is that there is no need to cancel anything

rather than null and void the current ones like they've just done in the English lower leagues. It's unfair to all the teams that are potentially going to win promotion and titles not to mention giving a free pass to relegation zone teams.

How low of the English leagues does this start from ? League two or National ?After I quick search on google I couldn't find a news about this, where can I get more information about this, please.

The English national leagues were voided and nulled. While decision is yet to be made for Women league, the Barclays league, championship, league one and league 2.
A lot in consideration it seems..

^  I think it's gonna plateau around summer and then start peaking again around winter 2020.  We haven't seen the worst of it yet imo.  Stay safe guys...
