Well for me it would be an unlikely one since they are near the bottom of the table.
Unione Sportiva Sassuolo Calcio or better known as just Sassuolo - the green and black.

Season doesn't begin til August 21st for this league while the spaniards begin tomorrow then english prem the next day to kick it all off.
The price isn't bad at all since the prizes pretty much pays for fee if you get the yellow cap atleast once.
This is going to be hectic being in all three pools but quite exciting at the same time.

Already did. He does not have time for the pools this season. He is my buddy from Croatian local so we speak on telegram here and there.

Those are numbers for PL and I agree they are a bit on expensive side for casuals. These 2 pools have a buy in of 1 mBTC, half of which you get back as free bet. When I started the pools buy in was under 40$, now it is a bit more but still well worth it in my opinion.

Actually, if you want to join the EPL pool today, you have to spend £67 in BTC, it could be £70 in a week from now. I'm not sure how many people care about yellow caps, free bets, and bigger pots, they're simply casuals looking to have some fun.

I've locked in just over $400 (lol i better win something) for all of my fantasy pools and leagues that i intend to play in this year (both here and outside the forum), and while i can afford it, i'm not really psyched about it. My point is that if pools continue to raise their entry fees, we shouldn't be surprised to see a drop of those willing to join, 35-40 is still a good number though.

Haha yeah, I remember very well, although I actually mistakenly thought all fees were paid, and was happy to pay out the winner (Harkorede) since the thread wasn't inactive anyway and we all actually put our picks in!

That's really good news and thank you, I've also already accepted the invites and I see myself in both pools. To those who haven't joined, you can even make your Superbru predictions and when you join a pool the predictions are already there (in case you cannot join immediately) so do that first!

regarding number of participants, Serie A and La liga will probably have the same, or a bit better numbers, since there are all regulars here
in Premier league, fee could an issue for some participants, but in the end, fee is almost double in all pools (looking in USD), but lower in BTC amounts (still, it is not much considering it is a whole season fun, even if you drop down in total table, there is always a yellow cap winner in rounds)

So far we always had more players every year and this year we will less for first time. That goes mainly for Premier League, I am still hoping/expecting same number of players in this pool like last year.

agree, there is time, but last year there was no particular interest in the end, and it was non-paying pool (planned to be with fees, but interest was really low)

back to topic, joined Serie A pool, for the gambling community, not following the league that much, but Cagliari managed to stay in the league within last few rounds, and I have to support them throughout the season, to stay another season in top competition

I have one more that said he will play, and later today I will send some PMs to regulars. Will update the OP here and in La Liga thread in next couple of hours so it will be more transparent. Should be 10, I am hoping for 15 as well.

Edit: 7 paid so far, sent some PMs and I have 3 more which should be certain so 11 is a minimum. 15 should be achievable. About the same for La Liga, seems like there will be one more player there.

On my way to pay for this one and the la liga pool. So if I don't post on there then this is the one and only for me joining on the two pools.

Did not made the actual pools on Superbru yet, you can expect to get the link next Tuesday

I am on holiday and have limited access to my wallets and accounts so it will have to wait until then. Still plenty of time, we have 2 weeks before first game in Serie A or La Liga.

I decided to start the pools this week while on holiday since I expected BTC to do well short term and wanted to lock in participation fee amounts and sponsorship money. Lot's of people still looks at BTC trough dollar glasses and it isn't the same for them if BTC is just above 30k or if it starts getting closer to 50k.

You early birds got the better part of the deal, participation fees are growing by the hour

Would not say desperate, I already said that it would be easy to get more participants if I just advertised at bigger bookies. However I don't want bunch of random people in the pool. I want established members of this forum that enjoy gambling, unfortunately there is not an endless supply of such members

Not gonna comment on that specific user situation since I have no previous experience with him. Will take a closer look in case it becomes important for these pools I am running.
