I got my investment back yesterday. Surprised the shit out of me! I had invested 100mBTC on Dec. 27. After 3 weeks, I had lost about 3mBTC. Not much of a lose, but even if I wasn't losing, there is not enough action (bets) for all the money invested. It took me like 3 weeks to lose approx. $2.50. I sure wasn't going to wait another 3 weeks to hopefully gain my $2.50 back.

Anyway, I requested my investment back about 10 days ago. After 3-4 days, it still didn't arrive, so I got on this forum and sent the Bit365 admin a PM. I should have taken it as a warning, the fact that they have no way to contact customer support from their site. Unless you get on this forum, you can forget trying to contact them.

So after sending a PM with the bet id#, I started reading the forum posts about the site. I see so many people getting scammed by this guy, I figured there was no chance of me getting my bitcoins back. It sucked, but I was glad I only sent 0.1 BTC.

So yesterday, out the blue, I get 0.0980488 bitcoins deposited back into my wallet! I don't know why he decided to pay me back today, but he did! I sure wouldn't put any money back onto this site, but I will verify that this guy has some sort of heart. He could have easily kept my bitcoins. I don't know why it took so long or why he doesn't give back everyone else's.

I just know that he is not a complete scammer, so yall don't give up hope yet!

Two and a half months later and this payment finally came through.

Still waiting on http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/e2731

There may be hope yet.... a very slow moving hope...
he is still paying for small bets and small investments but now going to give any update about all this what the hell is going here

What's the deal though? If he's a scammer why does he pay old debts?
And if he is not a scammer why doesn't he go by a priority list? Oldest first or something.
There is not much logic in the way he acts. WTF?

I don't get it either.   I offered 50% discount on payback of my 30 btc (http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/24516) and no response.   Seems like a scam but the smaller bets all get paid

Maybe he is short on funds and trying to win the money back or something?
yes may be he lost in a big bet and now as some recovering and paying to small funds

Oldest first isnt priority list, thats a queue.

What I meant was he should have a priority list. It's kinda weird just to do random payments.
Maybe he doesn't wanna go by oldest first because some of the old bets are large ones.

A good list would be number of times a customer has complained about not receiving winnings. Pay all debts for a specific event etc...
There is no logic with this guy.

If anyone is curious, I followed the trail of my unpaid investment (http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/e2731) to a wallet with 200BTC untouched since Nov. 11/13.

https://blockchain.info/address/16BNakjRvEokUmiujtQ8fCtjViNWomuW5q
its mean he lost access to this address just because of this it almost 2 months and your payment is untouched in this address

Nah, bullshit. He comes online everyday but doesn't say anything in here as to whats going on? Its a rainy day fund. Its a small part of what he has scammed. waiting for BTC/USD to increase more.

An earlier investment that I actually got the BTC back was paid in transaction where two of the three input addresses are directly connected to address https://blockchain.info/address/1ADsF1KW8o9Qs1dty4oQJqvkjG94Qrc5T1

BTC was also moved from this address to pay forum members for their signature ads, see e.g. transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/a3ae8463b554ecdd24c467ee2a010f5b0af26ab65fa54be7b5176ca872f8473c . This is the payment from post
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3279202 , the input is linked to 1ADsF1... via 1LPGkvLv52qrvS7HMf1ZcjPVRX4qtj4yDs and the return address 1Jv59HVhfWgJgRePfjzAAGkKwDkLjidrxi also leads back to 1ADsF1...

None of this of course proves anything and I have no experience in this kind of analysis, but it might be useful to look into 1ADsF1KW8o9Qs1dty4oQJqvkjG94Qrc5T1 for more details. That address seems to be still active and is receiving payments from Cloudhashing (1ALA5v7h49QT7WYLcRsxcXqXUqEqaWmkvw)

Yeah it seems like he pays back small bets in order to build "trust".
Hopefully what little trust this guy had is gone now.

I put a bet in on the Denver game and won.  I haven't been paid and it looks like he isn't paying out anything.

Please don't place any wagers on this site.  You will not receive your winnings or original bet.  There is no reason for this guy to make more money off of this scam.

I wanted to update the thread with my situation.  On Saturday,  January 11 I placed a .05 btc wager on the money line of the Denver vs San Diego NFL game.  The transaction for that bet can be seen https://blockchain.info/tx/ccb5d1b8014aa21c1edf8d3f8e6a17fac7d36e1538033365997f8455629c118a.  I won that wager and waited for my funds after Sunday's game.  After they didn't arrive, I checked this thread and noticed the talk about scams.

I flagged my bet for help on the site, sent the support address an e-mail, and posted a question in the thread about my situation.  After it was clear that I wasn't going to get my original wager and winnings, I made the quoted post in this thread a few days ago.  Within minutes, user bit365 messaged me with a simple question of what my bet number was.  I responded and he didn't log in until within the last 24 hours.  Once he viewed my message he paid out my winnings with this transaction...
https://blockchain.info/tx/4133d318b7e91163b26b44030b2197c2e4188130e5b620be317c9ecee565672c

Bit365 did eventually pay out on my winning bet, but given all of the deceit and shadiness going on in this thread, I won't be placing another bet with bitcoinsports and I don't recommend you do either.  I've posted the transaction details so that people that are owed money can hopefully track down where bit365 keeps his coins.  Even after placing my wager the coins are sent to various addresses so I don't think it will be easy to track them.

The fact that he paid my bet with everything else in this thread going on is strange.  Did he pay out my winnings thinking I would make a larger bet?  I did hint at wanting to place a larger bet as soon as my winnings were released in my email to his support address.  Did he think I would come into the thread and say everything was fine because my bet was paid?  I did tell him I would post in this thread that my bet was paid.  In the end, my bet wasn't very large at .05BTC, so that's probably part of the reason why it got paid out.

If anyone has a question about my wager that might help you guys figure out what's going on I'd be happy to help.  I hope all of the investors and people owed large amounts of bitcoin are able to recover their funds and I do hope that everyone stays away from betting with bitcoinsports.eu.

Ok, so it would appear given the fact that documents on bit365 are not forthcoming, he's basically "moved on."

I was asked earlier how to contact a black hat. I don't actually know how to do so. However, I know that 4chan has a ton of black hats. I would float the story for their thoughts.
