And a month after he promised more frequent communication...

BitCappers.com is a documented scammer. I'd be very wary of any information he is feeding you all.

Probably the same guy as bit365. Don't worry - we clocked him a mile off.

Kov you are mistaken I believe, I have over 20 Premium members on my website in just a week, all have received their products and are happy. I have never scammed you or done any business with you, I had my account locked for about 1 week and posted a thread in the market letting people know not to trade with me. You claim to have been scammed by me, yet I have not seen a thread in the scam accusations, so I can see this myself. Stop spamming everyones threads with your flith. Cheers.

I am not Bit 365, I will not be saying anything anymore here, because when you open your mouth you get stuff thrown into your face, good luck everyone trying to get your Coins back while Mr David is on the beach in Aruba sipping on his Pina Colada. You really talk about saying I'm the same guy, surely a man who has scammed thousands of dollars wouldn't open a website offering free sports picks, also a simple WHOIS on our domain would show we are not hiding anything. Thank you.

I put a bet in on the Denver game and won.  I haven't been paid and it looks like he isn't paying out anything.

Please don't place any wagers on this site.  You will not receive your winnings or original bet.  There is no reason for this guy to make more money off of this scam.

Getting back onto subject of this thread. Why would you place a bet after reading this? That's my question to you...

its need of time some one came forward and some action about this because now many frauds happen in last few days and nothing happening we need some laws to prevent these and its best you have ISPs work for this and give IP addresses and catch these cheaters

Just let us make it clear that honest betting here is impossible. Criminal stuff can happen eventually. For the moment though people need to stop enriching this scammer.

Some day in the future finance laws around bitcoin will catch up and we'll likely be able to report this as fraudulent activity and get both bit365s identity and the website shut down.  (ISPs required to give out IP addresses and information at request of authorities with warrant).  Having already contacted orangewebsite about the issue, they've said they aren't taking any action until authorities tell them to.  I highly doubt any of this will result in us getting any payouts back, but I believe the current legal developments regarding bitcoin in the US will eventually spread to Europe and maybe we can make some progress.  Given the scale of this I feel that it's just a matter of time.

what the fuk, is the op doing, last post was 20 december, and was online today..

AS wagas said, unfortunately I think he's getting a kick about looking to see what people are saying about him.  Hr probably also wants to check if anyone is working on hunting him down, as they should be, for LEGAL retribution.  At this point I think we find to find him, it's the only way to get him to respond.

Any supposed betting company that refuses BCP audits and fair mediation clearly should be a red flag. I think we have been warning folks since they was exclusively advertising only within Just-Dice "praying on innocent investors on the good reputation site"  It kept the cash blood coins coming in until they decided to increase the scam. Players really should not be so greedy the warnings was wrote all over the walls!

I received a PM on 12/27 saying I would probably be paid my investment cashout in two weeks time (~26btc, dated ~11/15). I have obviously seen nothing since then. No response to my further PMs.

Not true - he has a habit of paying out on small wins. Presumably so that said winners will be enticed to bet larger amounts (at which point he fucks them over)

The internet is a pretty big place - not everyone that finds his website has read this thread.

Wow, pathetic he's doing that.  It's not just like he's scamming, he's actively trying to scam people out of more and more BTC.  Anything ppl can do to try to shut down the site?
