I did receive 2 of my payments yesterday I'm just owed 1 so I don't think he's going to scam us.

I received my last winning yesterday.

No surprise the time quoted by bit365 has expired with no payment.  I am offering 50% on my 30 btc to help other cash-outs.  Enough text has been wasted with this scam.   What steps can we take to ensure no new money gets sent to this site.

Damn buddy, I was hoping you did not send to him.
his business is still on and he is taking coins and sending very few to very small betters for his work on this forum all waiting and nothing receiving from him

Not true - he has a habit of paying out on small wins. Presumably so that said winners will be enticed to bet larger amounts (at which point he fucks them over)

The internet is a pretty big place - not everyone that finds his website has read this thread.

>So about 1 week ago, I came to this thread and was in Shock, how I could possibly meet a member or affiliate of this Scam website and not know it. Now I don't know if he is the owner for sure, but he definitely is affiliated because he gave my buddy some sort of bonus onto the Website.

(quoting you, above)

Bitcoinsports doesn't require a log-in. There are no accounts. There is no way to give an individual ANY kind of a bonus on that site. There are no ads. There is no affiliate program.

You admit that you came to this thread one week ago. At least have the presence of mind to not give docs on a dude that is completely innocent, douchebag though he may be. One week is not a large time to get your facts straight.

I mean you no offense, but find out exactly what kind of 'bonus' your buddy got, because if he got ANY sort of bonus, he didn't get it from bitcoinsports.eu.

I believe he paid the OP cash for a balance on the site with 20% extra, I will ask him tommorow and report back. I am positive it is his. I don't expect you to believe me, but it's facts. I will post the details here and then what, thread is gone, website is gone, no one gets paid. I will do one last check to confirm it's him.

As jj30 points out, there are no accounts on the site and therefore there can be no 'balance on the site with 20% extra'

You pick your bet, you are given a deposit address (unique for each bet) and you send the coins. If you win, winnings are sent back to the same address that was used to send the coins.

I can't think of any way you could work a bonus into that system.

So is this site no longer paying out bets?  Kind of sucks because I would usually check this thread before placing a bet, but I put one in on Denver and now am waiting to get paid.  My bet ID is shown as a win, but it says it was sent from a different address... it might be one of my change addresses but it isn't listed in my wallet.  Not sure if I'm going to get paid here so it would be nice to know what is going on.

I think you just paid to someone who talks out of his ass. I have all the information I need and this matter will be resolved very soon, hopefully.

Please see my other post. If your friend got a bonus on the site, it's not the same site. I do not know what your angle is. But as a betting man, I would bet you 0.2 btc that you do NOT have the identity of Bit365. You're going to throw an innocent man to the wolves.

Bit365 should make his own identity a prop-bet. This would bring millions of people to his site.

Respect that opinion, I'd be willing to be 2BTC that I have his identity Smiley

But bit365.co.uk, bitcointalk.eu and bit365.eu ... none of them have ever offered any promotions ... except through investments.

What do you mean by black-hat? You mean we will need to collect donations to pay for his doxxing? Why BTC60?

Bit365 is very privacy-minded. He dotted his I's and crossed his T's. He did everything that I would have done, and actually he taught me a thing I did not know.

Did you know that he does NONE of his own SEO? It's too much of a risk to his privacy. I would have made that mistake if I were him, signing on to other PHP BB's (such as bitcointalk) and linking to my site. I would have tweeted about my site, etc. Bit365 does NONE of this. The only profile I could definitively tie him to is the one he uses here on bitcointalk. There were two or three other profiles that used similar conjugation, diction, salutations, etc. But those are all circumstantial.

A Black-Hat is someone that specializes in getting data to which he should have no access. I can not tell you how to find one, but you do not "donate" to a black-hat: You pay him. His highly-specialized skill-set is what you're buying. There is a whole economy now. Let's say you wanted his cell number, and had his real name. Imagine how this is actually going to happen. Which is easier, hacking t-mobile? att? Or is there a guy at t-mobile who will just spin around in his chair, clickety-clack on a keyboard ... and cough it up? You do for me, I do for you. There is an entire underground economy that can be used to obtain data to which you have no legal right.

60 BTC ... Is semi-arbitrary. I just mean to imply 0.2 btc is not going to cut it. The guy who I had contracted was Unonymous, from bitcointalk. I have not heard back from him after sending him the money. What I mean to imply is "You get what you pay for" and for 0.2 btc, I got what I paid for.

No one wanted to believe that I have his personal information, first and last name and address. I have already started a pool with members on here, and I will be seeing this man within the next 2 weeks. I'm working from home since I got laid off and heard about this scum bag through friends that know him personally. I have spoke to different users, some in which he owed 50+ BTC. I have the information, problem is, if I post it will David disappear and never be heard from again and no one get paid.

I was at a College reunion with a couple of friends 2 weeks ago when I met a man named David, he was their because apparently he had attended our College and was friends with one of my friends named Mike. We all were eating at a Restaurant when some one mentioned BitCoins and then suddenly David said he had a website which accepted BitCoins than could be used for betting on Sporting events. So someone of us asked him what his website was, and he gave us the URL which to my surprise, being in the field of Sports Capping I wanted to do it with BitCoins which was started on here a couple of days ago. So about 1 week ago, I came to this thread and was in Shock, how I could possibly meet a member or affiliate of this Scam website and not know it. Now I don't know if he is the owner for sure, but he definitely is affiliated because he gave my buddy some sort of bonus onto the Website.

I have not released any of his information, so OP if you do NOT refund these poor people, I will take actions into my own hands and come pay you a visit. My other post on this thread was deleted, and I'm wondering if a Moderator was working with him. I have already had 3 people come forward with their Bet Slips that I will present to him, if he fails to acknowledge this, he better move Countries and FAST.

I have already spent quite some money trying to confirm this 100% and I have. There seems to be more than 1 person running this show, but I think I have found the biggest part.

If anyone is interested on information or how you can help. Feel free to email me personally, [email protected]

I have contracted a bitcointalk member to help me obtain documents about bit365.

I have spent 0.2 BTC. I am accepting donations. Here is a record of the transaction.

https://blockchain.info/tx/157636dfe5e2c803d7993681cb0da9821d8c974bb16c0f1d0d8dcb60d7fb7752

Proof I control this:

http://bitcoinsports.eu/bet/12fb9?destination=bet-slip

I am accepting donations at this address or at the previously posted address: 1Bcnt4thpoN4an4tUbScZSyTgyvDMyjeNq

Caveats are: 1. You must be provably owed bitcoin to obtain information. 2. It must be on or after Feb 1st as the agreement stands between myself and bit365. 3. Information regarding his home or office address, as it may lead to physical confrontation, is likely to be throttled, if obtained. In other words, I haven't decided how or if I can give that information out yet. I'd have to have crazy assurance that no harm will come to him or his family.

Have you obtained the identity of Bit365, but have not tied it to his physical address? I read your previous posts and you stated you are working everyday to obtain his identity. Thank you, I am owed over 3 BTC, a small amount compared to some investments.

Bit365 doesn't actually owe me a satoshi. I was doxxing him 1) out of curiosity and intrigue 2) to help the community redress his errors.

I was unable to determine his identity without "escalating" it. 0.2 btc out of my own pocket got me a doxxer-scammer (as opposed to a scammer-doxxer) who I have not heard from in a couple of days now. I can assume that he's run off with my 0.2 btc and is sipping drinks on a yacht somewhere Wink

No one in the community donated anything to me. Zero. Zilch. Which I found discouraging.

Plus I lost my fucking job. Who put the fuck in job? There aint no "fuck in" job. So I have problems of my own. I wish you guys the best of luck, but you're on your own.

EDIT: As far as what I obtained. A gaming profile where the guy called himself bit365 and chose a Serbian flag. No posts, no other data. Actually, the other leads were about as interesting. There is a site called fakepuppy.com running on the same server, but it's likely that the hosting company just put "like" applications on the same box.

My conclusion is ultimately that if he's to be successfully doxxed, two things need to happen. 1) I could not get the blockparser to run on his addresses. If someone could do this, you'd get all his bitcoin addresses. Google each of them to see if he posted one online. I'm sure he did at some point. I kept getting "segmentation fault. core dumped."

2) you're going to need a black-hat. And that will cost you about .... oh... at least 60 btc. Since all your btc are belong to bit365 ... I don't have hopes that passing around a hat is going to accomplish this.

What do you mean by black-hat? You mean we will need to collect donations to pay for his doxxing? Why BTC60?
