I do not have an Activate your Account token, because I didn't receive my registration email and I am not going to fill in the Account Opening Form. What do you suggest as a solution ?

PM sent.

I noticed the profits units outstanding was 3,812,456.  Shouldn't it be around 14,000,000?

Current units outstanding shown on the site is the total of transferred PUs (assigned to signed up users). This number will rise as more signups come in.

The maximum number is: 13,117,745.

so am i correct in assuming i cannot see my shares on cryptomex because i have not signed that insanely large form that i have to give to some chineese company so that they can give to their goverment?

No, you're incorrect. Unverified accounts (form not submitted) can see their PU amounts.

The initial batch of profit unit assignment has been completed. Please log into cryptomex.io and check whether your PU count is as expected. The assignment process will be run every ~24h, and then double-checked for transactional accuracy.

If you signed up with two relevant email addresses, please check both. Only one account will have the PUs assigned to it.

Ok so I see my units. What are all the values measured in?
I see last trade price is 0.1. 0.1 What? Btc?
I see my profit units are a number much higher then my ice drill shares? What does this mean?

I ran a ASICMINER Pass Through before,
The system works but there are some flaws.

First of there is a lot of manual work, which in turn leads to a lot of errors. I had several times where Transfers that should have been done wasn't done or shares who were suppose to be sent one place were sent somewhere else.
Second a lot of people (several have contacted us being worried about this) are not in control of their payout address, meaning we would have to build a site/routine to safely and securely allow people to switch their payout addresses.

It is just a lot of work and we would rather if we can try to reuse the work put into CMX by the CryptoMex team and use their platform to hold PUs and pay out people, if possible.

As regards to the question about money spent on CMX. No IceDrill money was used to fund CMX, it was funded by the CMX team and external investors.

Nxt now has a fully automated distributed exchange. Why not use that?

Why do prices in CryptoMex don't have units? It says that a share of ICE is 0.10, I guess that's not in Bitcoin, otherwise I'd be a millionaire...

I really think CryptoMex looks like some amateur crap website. It loads so slow and the fact that it's written in PHP doesn't help either.

I ask you again, why are you investing in an exchange website with out money instead of just sticking with mining, like the IPO described?

Is there any way to remove 2FA from an account once you have logged in? If I were to lose my phone or access to records of my 2FA private keys I'd likewise lose access to my account and have to rely on email support to get it up and running. Might save some headaches down the track?

Back to topic, I think exposing these shares through a passthrough would be an excellent way of discovering a fair market price for icedrill while cryptomex matures as a platform. Any thoughts?

Hodl!
Then there's the chapter 7 bankruptcy filing:

http://ia902509.us.archive.org/13/items/gov.uscourts.canb.522575/gov.uscourts.canb.522575.1.0.pdf

This may or may not be an attempt by hashfast's creditors(customers) to take control of the company.

Actually that is almost certainly the case, this appears to have been filed by creditors:

Sooooo, if we want any more hardware out of those clowns, take chips, turn up in a uhaul for them, COD, do it inside 3 weeks from last Tuesday. Get Koi to put them on boards directly, or deal with Mr Teal (Pepper mining) or VMC/AMC.

Converting information into power since 1867
1. Why not simply follow what ASICMiner does and pay directly?

2. And have a pass through listed on havelock? Let them take on the legal burden. You just need to do the KYC process for them and have them as a single share holder. And allow every one who don't want to use cryptomex to transfer shares to havelock.

Will, please be as kind as to provide your investors with a very clear explanation of why both of the above suggestions are legally impossible for IceDrill, while they are possible for other enterprises of a similar nature.
If you cannot, please implement one of them.

ICE PU assignment to those of you who have signed up to CryptoMex will probably start happening today and then again daily thereafter for new (email activated) sign-ups. These will form the basis of the reward payouts (previously known as "dividends" on Bitfunder).

Apologies if it's taking longer than expected.

Do not bullshit any more. Meet your obligation to the investors.
