You should not share private things in public extensively. You could have shared the sections it needed for your case. It seems he trusted you even with some part of the back office.

He feels like you are blackmailing his business by taking the chance of all the information he shared with you last few days.

If you don't want a user to use this money at certain slots, then you just have to deduct the amount he wins there from his amount. And don't say he violated the terms. If you really don't want a user to play other slots, you should technically just block that software. What has happened now is very misleading. Why not just pay the user? he didn't cheat, did he?
