This is something to do with bonus cancellation. Users accidentally do it or sometimes intentionally do it when they want to claim another bonus.I am sure in your case it happened accidentally.

Unfortunately, this bonus thing just took all energy from us. We are suffering the headache for it since last two days.

We have requested the provider to have a warning tool tip before cancelling a bonus. So this will help users to know that they are actually cancelling it and will reduce accidental cancellation of bonus.

When a user cancel a bonus it shows "Withdraw" in the Type field of the payment history page. This becomes confusing for users and sometimes to us too. So we have requested the provider to change it to "Bonus Cancel" so that we understand it better.

I wish I would address everyone one by one but honestly speaking I am really tired after the long day.

We really wish the payment processor will be done tomorrow. Several times we were very close to finish it but one gets fix then another comes. It took a whole freaking week for the payment processor team to notice that there were some case sensitive issue in API call. After a long day all gone to sleep. I don't think this is quite true. Why do you say all newbies are scammers? It seems very likely that you are defending Bitlucy site, as many people are doing with baseless arguments. Bitlucy has already had several situations where they don't pay players and come up with excuses that the payout system wouldn't work. It's starting to get a little unbelievable. There are also more things that are not right about the site. Royse777 posted the announcement, but bitlucy also has an account on the forum. There are strange things going on about this site. If people win, you have to pay them and don't come up with excuses.

The question is why the withdrawal affect only the newbies? Because I saw only newbies rank complaining the issue. Probably as it is said, Bitlucy payout system has issue to despense cash to newbies. That means to maintain their good reputation they have to fix their payout system on time so that their image will not spoiled. Although I understand what you mean, in these circumstances I find that their free bet promotion does not produce the desired outcome. One could even say quite the opposite. I agree with you, But, I would like to say to you, that Bitlucy really has issues with their payout system which has already been confirmed by Royse777 and Bitlucy. If new players make new accusations every day, Bitlucy should explain everything on time. Since Bitlucy has created an account, I hope they will be active in the forum and solve all the issues. That's not a correct accusations dude, you need to provide your proof about your claims. If you feel not comfortable to about your personal information e.g. email, you can edit or blur that's part. Well, what you're doing with your bet since they can said you did foul play and fixed matches? It must a problem from you and they're carefully checking manually about your withdrawal to make sure you're not doing anything wrong (again).

Unfortunately after so many days waiting, i have to tell my bad experience with them. 
i have won over 1000 euro in sports bets, but when i tried to withdraw an amount
just to check them, they told me that i bet on foul play, fixed matches etc etc cancelled
all my bets and decided to just return the deposit. this is a pattern strategy from bookmakers
