I heard zpool has 20% hidden fees, is this true? So is Granatgas Pool a good alternate pool then?

i hear that bitman sell D3 (19Ghz) for private member)
As far as i know Bitmain has 2 versions of D3, I) 17 Gh and another 19 Gh, and they are being sold on bitmain site casually, i don't see that they ship to only selected customer, as long as you fill the right details and make payment there is nothing to worry.

thanks for the tips on which pool to join.  so there are lots of different calculators with misinformation. anyone know which one is right?

I wouldn't necessarily say they have misinformation.  I would say they all estimate differently.

If you have multiple miners, you can always point them individually at different pools simultaneously and compare the results.

Which pool do you recommend?  It's so odd that some calculators show -$10/month for me, and some show $150/profit month.

Alright, so who do I pay to make like 30 new X11 shitcoins. If all the D3 buyers pool their losses, I'm sure we could hire someone.

I'm in.....I'd rather mine some x11 dubious coin and get lots on the hope of a double in price...then at this point in time count on

dash doubling at the difficulty climb I'm looking at with the D3's

again...will mine AIR for hope.....vs just letting the buggers sit

(well hell, at least I get electric deduction of taxes off of gross income a month....ie space heater would do the same for basment miners ...sheesh)

Yeah guys we need more x11 coins, tell people that. We the miners with expensive equipment need somthing better then dash or the few other junk coins!!!!

Don
how do you get this hooked to pool?Huh?

Socket connect failed: Connection refused?Huh?

I think that happens when the D3 can not connect to the net. Make sure the router and the ip from the modem and the ip on the D3 are all on the same network. Ie:  196.xxx.xxx.xxx or something like 10.0.0.xxx. It happened to me.  Huh  All the best

Can you clarify what you mean, that bitmain is selling antminer d3 19ghz to private members?
They have the 19.3 submodels being sold to the general consumers already, maybe you been misinformed but the d3 has came out with 17.5gh and 19.3gh already. So no d3 model is doing 15gh

You can try https://prohashing.com

Easy configuration
If you go on there keep close tabs on them. I have nicknamed them "Procrashing", due to their excessive downtime sometimes. I really don't like to say that because when they are running stable and smooth they are really one of the best interfaces and switching pools around. They are just experiencing some "growing pains". Definitely worth a try. I would go back there in a heartbeat once I feel confident in their capacity. Make sure you have two good failovers.

This is the one with the 5% fee.  But pays in just about any coin.

Be careful with Nicehash right now for D3. I love Nicehash, but they are almost $2.00 p/d below switching pools. I suspect people aren't renting hashing power on X11 as much, what, with the mass destruction and all....

Good point..  You always have to watch the payouts on any pool.

"best" is subjective.

If you would like to be paid in BTC, NiceHash is by far the best place to rent your hash.  Check their stats.  They regularly state the payments that go to sellers of hashrate exceed what you'd get by mining with 100% luck, and in many cases by quite a bit.  Just use their internal wallet to keep the fees at 2%.  (My sig has a referral for them.)  At the moment I have no reason to believe they are fudging their stats.

If you want to play with other coins, Prohashing can pay in you in many different coins.  However it's a 5% fee.  If you think you can compensate for that fee by playing a coin, that may be best.

I think there are a few straight Dash pools as well.  However I don't know what they are.  Read back through the last few pages of posts to see.

Lastly, keep your electricity costs in mind, unless you are doing this for fun.  Otherwise it may get a bit stressful.
