Create more tickets. Don't wait answers to your previous.
Make tickets every day and you'll get responce.
This method helped me with verification on Poloniex. I hadn't any problems with Bittrex yet, but I think that this method will work with it too.

Not sure if that is the way to go. It is a tough situation. They do ask at their support site not to create multiple tickets as that supposedly will just slow down the process: https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003209552

After almost 1 month of waiting i solved my verification issue. Guys you should try the 2fa removal trick.Open a ticket to reset 2fa. When they reply they will ask for your last transaction id,last connected ip address,account balance,a selfie with a paper in your hand the date written on it.In 24 hours they reset your 2fa and ask you to enchance your account. I tried to upload another 3762537123 times and again auto verification didnt work. Then i activated 2fa again and uploaded my files again and what? Too many failed document uploads bla bla again. I replied to the ticket  once more and i told them to review it manually. (to be honest i begged Cheesy ) In the morning my account was verified. Good luck guys

Two month ago I had the same problem! But one gay help me solve this problem,Bittrex had "online"support (from 11pm. to 4 am.  In Moscow) on slack , but they really help ,and all was solvded on 5-7 days. But now Bittrex on slack does't work as I understand.. (if I wrong,please tell me)

2. You need enhanced account to withdraw but this does not work properly for most users

3. Ouside of the US You cannot get an enhanced account anyway?

Not true, you can get verified and enhanced from many countries. It just takes long no matter where you are from. If you are enhanced you will be able to withdraw. Some people had problems with that but they usually solve it if you are enhanced.

Bullshit. I am enhanced and I can't withdraw because my account is disabled.

Not true, you can get verified and enhanced from many countries. It just takes long no matter where you are from. If you are enhanced you will be able to withdraw. Some people had problems with that but they usually solve it if you are enhanced.

Explanation of the "2FA trick"

This is the way to get a quick response from the support.
You must submit second request, do not close the first
Click on "Submit A Request"

Then:
Please choose your issue below - "Two-Factor (2FA)"
Subject - "Remove 2FA"
Description - "Please, remove 2FA and verify my account"
Two-Factor (2FA) Issue - "2FA Removal"

Bot ask you to answer four questions
1) Your IP
2) At least one TxID from deposit / withdrawal history
3) Your current balances
4) Scans of your documents and fresh selfie with sheet of paper "Bittrex / Date"

Now your task is to wait for a response from the support (from 1 to 48 hours at the moment)

When admin answer you he can to remove 2FA but not answer on verification issue. In this case you need add a comment with your ask for enhanced verification because the necessary files you have already attached!
If he not response and just close your ticket for comments then try 2FA trick again and again!
You can try to solve the disabled problem too through 2FA trick because live admin answer you!
Be persistent, write only politely and you will succeed!

Yes! Finally verified! Ticket #348219 - solved

I was sending a messages in my ticket regularly, there was no answer. Now I decided to send this message:
"Damn slackers, when you finally will start to solve your client's problems? A lot of people are waiting so long to get verified but you just ignore everyone. Fucking scammers! Worst support ever! Going to report your company to FBI for scamming! :@"

Plus I have sent an e-mail addressed to [email protected] and [email protected]:
"Hello again!

You have a worst support ever. Is it your company's policy to ignore your clients, or just a support are slackers? I`m going to report your company to FBI for scamming. I know, a lot of people already did that, and I will be the one more person!"


Got verified after 10 minutes..... And reply in my Support Ticket was from Ryan.

And what did they tell you? Can you post the email image because I honestly don't really believe you. I don't know if the best approach is to insult them and threaten them, could work but could also just easily backfire on you.

I agree with you, and I understand that insulting is a bad way to solve problems, I`m actually against insulting, I prefer to live in peace. But what else should I do if they pay no attention to they customers? Should I beg them to verify my account? I wouldn't do that if I there would be any response from a support team, not only one message from a bot, that says, that typically resolving a problem takes up to 7 days but may last a bit longer due to active support ticket amount. A bit longer? 41 day (in my case)? Other customers are waiting for 50-70 days already, as I see in some posts. My very first message that I have opened a ticket with was fully polite and with respect indeed. Is it normal, that they allow people to deposit money without withdrawing options? Yes, I know that this is my fault that I have made a deposit on unverified account. But I have been registering on other markets before Bittrex and there was no problems with verification, so I was sure I will have no problems on Bittrex as well. I have submitted my info and documents, and then made a deposit. And I believe that I`m not the only one who was thinking that there will be no problems with verification.

The answer was:

A manual review of your ID / photo submission was performed and your account is now Enhanced Verified.

Please make sure to enable two-factor from your settings if you have not yet done so. This will increase your limits to the max and further protect your account.

Please also make sure to always visit https://www.bittrex.com directly, rather then using a search engine. This will help avoid the possibility of accidentally providing your information to a phishing site.

And actually I`m going to send them my apologies as well, as I understand that maybe I`m not completely right in this situation too. But at least the thing I did, worked for me.

Yeah, I know... I personally don't want to lick their asses either but also afraid to insult them because I do have quite a good amount of money now after bitcoin price is so high and I don't want to risk it. I will wait a few more weeks and then I will evaluate what to do. Thanks for telling us what they said.
