For me, I using BK8BTC.

They have different terms depending on the mirror link that you open. They usually have dedicated mirror link assigned to each country. In our case, PH mirror link was bk8php.com.

Some country are restricted depending on the mirror link country scope. Probably the asian mirror link is not dedicated for PH users that’s why they introduced dedicated mirror link for PH and other country that registered on each country gambling regulatory board.

I didn't see VietNam in the list of restricted countries.

I'm not even sure if the terms are updated because the Philippines is listed as one of the restricted countries, yet they’ve been promoting this casino in the Philippines. In fact, they partnered with Manny Pacquiao, so they likely spent a lot of money on that.

Then i play bet bacarat and blackjack online of provider Evolution. I win up to 82M Vietnamdong = 3280$. I tried withdraw 317$ about 8M Vietnamdong. And they didnt approve it. They required KYC my account. I sent documents to them for KYC.
After 30 minutes they blocked my account and stolen all my money. They dont want to pay money for the players win. If i loss no matter with them. But i win. They dont.
