It's more common for Asian casinos to offer more personalized/humanized service because of their culture (and cheap labor of course), unlike EU casinos. But the difference compared to other Asian sites is that you can ask the BK8 marketer to stop calling or sending you marketing stuff, and they won't contact you anymore. However, since the deals are personalized, you might want to know at least what promotions are available so you won't miss the opportunity. So if you are annoyed by the unsolicited phone calls, you might be better off telling them to stop calling (only) and use messaging or email instead.

It is back to our own preferences ofc, some people may take it positively but some others who dont like it may take it negatively.

If you are a gambler who is actually interested in continuing to gamble, then I think you will not mind anything including any offers from the casino via message or telephone. Not all gamblers are happy with this kind of business approach for some reason, but having this kind of approach will probably still help the casino connected with its customers.

I quite often get offers like this from casinos that I never registered there at all, it's definitely annoying especially when they do it during my working hours. Not only do they send messages with some interesting offers, but sometimes they call too. I would block that user because I am not part of their casino, while I would listen and consider the offer if I were part of them (had an account there).

Different platforms have different business budget and plans as well as human resources for executing their plans. Calls will require extra human resource and not all users know English or have good listening skill so to do phone calls to users, it seems to require local human resource. Not all platform can afford to do this and perhaps BK8 team have different local teams to do this task.

It's great idea for their business but generally I think update information to users through emails is enough that can be supported by updates on their official social media channels.

I just want to share my experience with this casino. When I created an account, I was surprised that the same day, an agent called me trying to convince me to avail of the deposit bonus. I found the gesture very kind, as they really want their customers to enjoy the promotions the casino is offering. But since I don't really bet a lot on this site, I didn’t take it up. Mate, the wagering is based on each deposit, not the total deposit you're made. Previous deposit or previous waggering is not gonna counted as waggering on the upcoming deposit even the waggering you are made daily/weekly is more than the deposit you're made. IMO, you just miss understanding the concept of these waggering 1x deposit on BK8.



If you deposit 500 PHP, you made 1000 PHP wagering but you lost those and you made 2nd deposit. You will start again to make wagering from 0 on the 2nd deposit, and the previous wagering is not counted on the second deposit (That's the work of deposit 1x waggering rules in every casino). Plus, it's said 348 PHP are eligible as withdraw why not just withdraw 348 PHP and the rest 12 PHP is gambling 50:50 in dice (lose or win) doesn't matter you ended up withdraw (in case you dont' want to lose the winning) or waiting so long for waggering to be counted.

In my experience, I never found a wager rule like the one you suggested, the 1x wager rule is a reasonable thing to avoid money laundering and it applies to most gambling platforms, Fortunejack applying a 2x wager requirement, even Stake will not allow you to tip other players if you haven't wagering your deposit first

Imagine if a gamber lost $100 today and then 12:01AM happened while he is playing and won the same amount and he want out. He cant because of that restriction. Because its a new day.

There is a small chance, that your wagering is not counted yet. I have experience, while my wagering is more than my deposit the "Red Warning - Waggering" it's pops up tell me need to wager the amount left. Like
- Deposit 150$
- My balance win total around 1000$+
- But the warning appears need to wagering 150$ left.

No. The number of times you bet and the amount but I don't think the wins are adding up. Bonus rounds in slots don't add too, based on my own observation only.
Let's say you have $100 and betting $1 per game, you win 50 times (with a multiplier of 1.01 and above) and lose 50 times (below 1.00). then you can only withdraw $50 if you want to exit considering that your initial game of the day because the wagering thing resets every day.

Are you referring to the wagering promotion? It's all accumulated and they have some rules about the promotion you are taken + wagering. According to their term & conditions, section 11.promotion: you have times 30 days for (bonus & wagering you need to finish for the wagering). Otherwise your bonus and any balance left you are own or winning will be gone.

No, not the promotion. The wagering requirement if you want to withdraw. It resets on a daily basis. You will see a notification when you withdraw that you need more amount before you can exit and it's written in red. That's what I have been pointing out here.
It sucks when you lost yesterday and the next day you win but was unable to withdraw because the wagering requirement is restricting you.

Example: 8/14/2024 - I made a total deposit of 1000 PHP. I am guessing I am in 3000 - 4000 bets made. Never had any withdrawal even once.
8/15/2024 - I deposited 200 PHP. Made a bet in slots and hit the x300 multiplier in just 50 bets. I won't be able to withdraw it because my total wagered amount for 8/15/2024 is just 250 while the minimum withdrawal is 300 PHP.
So where is the wagered amount of 8/14/2024?

Yes I have a crypto address registered. But now Bk8 is asking for google authenticator to verify each withdraw. I have deleted this authenticator number because untill now it was useless. To register a new one, you have to use the phone number again (no way to use the registered email) and that created the problem. BK8 asked me for ID which was approved. So they knew exactly where I was from and they have no problem to accept players from around the world. But simultaneously BK8 is asking an Asian number and a screenshot  that proves that the number is on my name, which obviously right now it can't be done. I do not understand this policy of accepting players not from Asia but also being very rigid on the phone number issue. Otherwise my experience at BK8 have been great; they paid each time in less than 10 minutes and they have great selection of sports without being limited.
It's for security purposes since who knows whether the account is hacked or not. For example, account access and KYC could also be acquired if your phone was stolen or whatever.
Anyway, just communicate with @BK8.Official, he's the official customer support of BK8 in this forum. This issue should be easily solved.

I don't know the policy of BK8 from other countries but for my local country BK8-Indonesia. We are using "Pin Security" rather than 2FA, the pin security we can set up by own number with 6 number pins.

I don't even have an option in my profile for 2FA, just:
- My basic profile data
- Bank
- Contact info

In the password section just have:
- Password account
- Password game
