Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending
The first e-mail I got from Black Arrow was in late November confirming they received my money and that my order would be dispatched on the 24th of  February 2014.

The second e-mail I got was in December and it wished me a merry Christmas.

The third and last e-mail I got was in January and stated that my order would be dispatched on the 30th of April 2014.

Happy New Year

Question: Why are still waiting for further correspondence?

I did contact them 2 months ago about a refund, haven´t heard shit.

Now that BTC is on the rise, its much harder for them to refund to who ever paid in bitcoin.

They're not going to refund u as they are 'in production'  Angry

That's not what my order status says!  Status = Processed, order 1##1

All orders that have been paid for say that, the next change will be "shipped" or "fulfilled" not much chance of a refund from BA now, they made that clear earlier, best thing to do is receive the miner and sell it when you get it. It would probably be much quicker than trying to get a refund

I know, but that's what they've been telling people who inquire  about refunds

Anyone had any communication with BA?

I would like to get my Batch #1 order refunded, but it seems impossible to get a hold of these guys.

Its because it causes problems with the shipping program and additional time spent shipping every day, I do enjoy the conspiracy theories tho.

So you don't want to sell any more units because you have spend time shipping them Huh

I'm guessing his shipping program assumes all products are in stock. He likely has to skip over/manually remove these orders from his daily pick list.

My conspiracy theory? MS knows about an impending delay and BA won't make their late May/early June shipping date. He doesn't want to deal with another round of people complaining and/or asking for a refund.

That would certainly make sence for the X-3 but for X-1s they said they "will" start shipping Monday rather than the "should" or "probably" as before..

Yes, but BA probably has such a large backlog of orders from batches 1 & 2 that it's going to take a few weeks to manufacture and ship them before they can get to batch 3.

Oh come on, that's too practical. We should be able to come up with a better conspiracy theory than that.

The simplest explanation is usually the correct one, in this case the pick list. But who doesn't like a realistic conspiracy theory?

For all the minersource customers... I am here in Colorado and have bought multiple products from Minersource and have met minersource staff in person. They have always done very well by me. I should get batch 1 X-1s hot off the press here and I will report back to the BTC community. If there is concern it should be directed toward BA.

Now that inspires confidence  Shocked

We can infer that Bobsag doesn't want any more hassle with this "product line", or this is a backend product deletion error that will be addressed.

Rather than making assumptions, I would prefer to hear from Bobsag directly.

Bobsag, what say you?

Well this is probably due to what they were selling, X-1 abnd X-3 batch three promised for late may/ early June.

Hopefully bobsag can give us an update on this, but I'd presume they've resigned themselves to not taking any further pre-orders and instead selling them when they are truly in stock.

The fact that someone is Romanian living in UK has indeed nothing to do with credibility.

What makes it loses it's credibility is that they units were supposed to be delivered months ago and that when you request the refund you receive unpleasant generic reply telling saying that you have no right to receive the refund and making you feel that they do you a big favour by considering refunding your money at all. Then after this generic reply then do not respond to your e-mails. Also pure fact you cannot reach them directly on their phone lines is not very credible neither.

On top of that what makes it loses it's credibility that director is investing in suspicious company in Virgin Islands (nternational money laundering and tax haven) and if "jedimstr" is correct his previous financial manipulations.

The history of BA and their X1 and X3 seems to mirror the one of Bitimine. Bitmine also failed to deliver on time their Rigs (larger units) and were very delayed with their Desks (smaller units). The difference between Bitmine and BA is that Bitmine responds to your phone calls, e-mails and give refunds back to some degree although often after 6-8 weeks of waiting. Also Bitmine adds 10% compensation with the refunds.
I seems that you may receive your X1s but you may have serious problems with your X3s and refunds.

It seems that BA just doesn't give a shit about customer care as they probably feel untouchable because they are based half of the world away from most of customers in the country which makes them hard to chase legally.

It is also possible that the whole project was planned by mentioned director to acquire technology to build his own farm using X1s and/or X3s or own designed untis based on the chips acquired. Although they deny it in their recent news.
He may be sending some X1s to keep customers thinking hopeful for their units in order to receive more cash flow while building his own farm. It's only a suspicion of course.
