So there was mention of them using the same photo's for these aliases, has anyone run those through tineye?

They use different photos, but the same distinct photo style. And the pics are the same on different medias, like LinkedIn, Twitter, AssetRush web page.

I ran them all through tineye and it yielded nothing. My guess is they obfuscated the pics with purpose. You see the black, white and orange style here: https://assetrush.com/about

All in all, I don't know what Jenny's plan is with regards to Bytecoin and AssetRush, but I will certainly keep my eyes open for anything they announce.

Just one more thing: AssetRush team member Mary Giterman, who seems fake as well, may be the person owning these accounts:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/gitmary-1009398
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/gitermanmary-1038651

Mary seems to have been a part of Soarcoin earlier, whose founders probably profited greatly as they issued all coins to themselves, then sold on exchanges while doing the regular marketing push. Looking at Mary's earlier posts, she is prior to this looking to buy multiple high-level Poloniex accounts with high withdrawal limits. I have not managed to connect Mary Giterman of AssetRush with Mary Giterman of Soarcoin, but it seems unlikely there should be two such persons with the same name, both involved as early adopters in crypto.

Some more digging about the recent Bytecoin expansion in the realm of scaminess. Here are LinkedIn profiles involved with Jenny's AssetRush company.

Lastly, "why bother" with the scamception? Because "Jenny" is supposed to be a public figure for the USD 700M Bytecoin project. Exposing AssetRush as a facade has information value in the sense that it casts more doubt on the Bytecoin project which has lent credibility to her on their web page and in the official twitter handle.

It's very suspect, and more so because none of these people have any google search results besides linked in and twitter profiles, even though some of them have fairly unique names and supposedly background in "online stuff".

.... and the scam perpetuates by phonies like most other skam-coinz.... Tongue

I am not a LinkedIn expert (don't have a real account there except to verify the above stuff) but does the above not strike you as highly unusual? Anyone who uses that stuff regularly, please let me know if you think my conclusions about the profiles are wrong.

I am not too, but yes, seems quick linkedin popularity.

https://www.linkedin.com/in/david-petrachini/

https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenn-bruney/
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jennygoldberg/
https://www.linkedin.com/in/booker-david/

Jenny has the oldest LinkedIn account it seems. Her feed activity starts 8 months ago. This is in line with the birth of the BCN_official reddit user (https://www.reddit.com/user/BCN_official) as well as the re-activation of the then dormant bytecoin_bcn Twitter account (https://twitter.com/bytecoin_bcn).

CEO David Booker's first activity is 4 weeks ago so we can assume he joined the network then. Yet he has over a 1045 followers - something my successful MSc-in-Finance friends have not pulled off in 5-6 years.

David Petrachini's feed activity starts 3 weeks ago. Yet he has over a 1359 followers. If I'm not mistaken he just today added the "Italian soul!" bit on his Twitter bio. David, if you pretend to be Itailan now, you might also want to stop following Russian-speaking media (https://twitter.com/OpenEconomyNews). The same goes for Jenny who follows https://twitter.com/ExmoTrading

Martina Sarto's feed starts 2 weeks ago. 658 followers.

Jenn Bruney seemed to have joined LinkedIn just a week ago and already has 726 followers.

Nice work.  BTW, 'Jenny' did a youtube and had a Russian accent. I don't have a link to it, nor do I know if it is still up.

I actually found that interview just after publishing. Listened to it and while I agree some parts could be from a Russian speaker, the general feeling I have about Jenny's accent is confusion.

Okay, I'm not a credentialed expert on accents, but it sure sounded Russian (or perhaps some nearby variant) to me. I also recalled it sounding like it may have been run through a mild voice changer.

It was certainly not American or British sounding, nor any native English speaker.

Exactly, voice changer definitely came to my mind as well.

Anyway, I also noticed the Bytecoin_BCN twitter handle recently retweeted Jenny Goldberg's new Twitter account (jnfgoldberg). She is apparently the CCO of Assetrush (https://assetrush.com/about), some company promoting ICO's. Only four of all team members are on Twitter - all of them joined between 9-12th of April this year and are mostly spouting nonsense, except Jenny who tweet about Bytecoin. I googled all these people and have yet to find a real person behind those faces. Wherever they are (Twitter, LinkedIn, Assetrush) they use the same profile pictures. Their grammar is weird as well yet their names imply Americans/Brits.

https://twitter.com/jennbruney/status/985871032786542592
https://twitter.com/DavidPetrachini/status/984791336472793088
https://twitter.com/martina_sarto/status/984032882640478209

I am convinced they are all fake but would like to find evidence, like a match on Google image search or something. You can see however that they obfuscated the profile pictures somewhat.

Bumping the thread as BCN is now worth around USD 700M and the scammers are actively working on Bytecoin again.

I mapped involved sockpuppets quite extensively. This is just adding a tiny bit to the great work outlined by rethink-your-strategy.

to

bcndev/bytecoin - https://github.com/bcndev/bytecoin

So it seems that user amjuarez is now bcndev!

Monero is hands down the best CN coin, no doubt. But excessive fucking shilling and arrogance will kill it. Arrogance and fucktardness killed Litecoin. Everything that happened in Litecoin can be traced to the arrogance of the community. The short sightedness to think that they can be Bitcoin, and everything they did revolved around it.
So 3 years later you think still that about LTC?  lol You missed out.

Hi, im new to cryptos, i read almost all of this thread and i am really interested in what is everyones opinion these days on this topic?
i see  that bytecoin is still around with a $823,904,227   market cap, is it worth anythin?
what about  monero ?

Everything is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, market caps are easily manipulated so that number as most Cap numbers can be completely off. I bet you couldn't sell 100k USD of bytecoin without it crashing to zero.

LOL. No dog in the fight, but seriously. There are over 700BTC of buy orders for BCN on HitBTC alone, so I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that you could sell 7BTC worth without it "crashing to zero".

HitBTC is a known scam exchange associated with BCN crew. Use it at your own risk.

Ok. As I write this, there are 10BTC of buy orders at 40 sat on Poloniex ($151,000 worth). So your hyperbole that selling $100K worth would crash the price to zero is just that - hyperbole. You wouldn't even take out the top bid on one exchange.

W0w it's worth a whole 40sats now during the greatest Alt explosion ever! Man I gotta buy some of those! Tongue

BCN is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the BCN team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling.

I like the the 163 XMR buy side and  12,115,856 BCN sell side of the XMR/BCN pair? I wonder who would even consider putting even one XMR up for any amount of BCN?

And yes there was a bit of hyperbole but not much when you consider the FUD in this space.
