Ok. But, that seems inefficient for massive logs across 20+ markets. I encourage you to add a log for this in the future.

What am I looking for in the logs that would indicate that it's a user-created order?

there's a specific string you can easily find after create a ping, something like "Order create from GUI"

As far as I can tell, this is not a good solution. I have some logs that are >27 MB long. Even with the method you suggest, I'd still have to search through 200k lines of log.

It'd make more sense to have a unique log for created orders only.

Basically a list/csv of all Ping Orders that I created in the "Ping Order Creator" box. Not pings that were created by the program.

Trying to find an easy way to find only the ones that I created without having to search through the logs.

If you click 'Parameter update' before you create a new ping order then you'll essentially be bookmarking your initial ping, making it easy to find in the logs.

i use some advanced text editors like Ultraedit and it's very easy to find data inside, then get them outside the other lines and read only what you need.

2 Order are related when the PONG is created starting from a TRADE that occurs over a PING

PING -> TRADE -> PONG

In any other case 2 orders are not related.
did you read this ? https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.5590902

- How Does a Ping-Pong Cycle Work?
&
- PING-PONG Schema

Okay Sampey. I will accept your assessment.

At the moment all I see is a buy order, then 19 minutes later a sell order.
And instead of the gain being at 8.5% as in my parameter, it's 0.5%

I do not understand how this has happened, I am confused and not sure how to proceed from this point.

I will keep reading and analysing and if I find out what happened I'll post back.

just get the full log and search the full flow :

- From the Ping to the Pong and you will find all relatioship.

CAT Orders have 2 ID : 1 Is the Exchange ID, the other is the CAT internal id.
Search using that ID and you will find all the info

For all reading this thread, particularly potential buyers of the software please note:

I am only 8 weeks into cryptocurrency and bot trading world.
I have no experience in trading.
I'm still learning the software and it's capabilities.
Yes, you can make real profit with the software.

Also, notice:

How quickly Sampey responds to users of the software.
How patient Sampey is when users of the software are still learning and maybe asking newb questions.

Thanks Sampey.

Initial Ping was created as a Static trade, but appears to have become a Dynamic trade after the 1st Pong?

If you look at these two trades;

2018‐03‐25 16:24:21 Sell 0.00003981 92.80771118 0.00369467
2018‐03‐25 16:05:32 Buy 0.00003960 93.04124470 0.00368443

The software sold at 0.500% gain, instead of 8.5% as in the parameter.

I do not understand how the software can sell at 0.5% gain, when it is set up as 8.5% gain in the parameter, which can be seen in the logs.

As i already told you : if you create STATIC PING inside a dynamic algorithm only PING CREATE BY YOU (From the gui) will remain static.

2018‐03‐25 16:05:32 Buy 0.00003960 93.04124470 0.00368443

in which way these 2 orders are related? Is the Buy the POng of the sell?
Or these 2 orders doesn't have any relationship?
you can't take 2 random trades of opposite type and check if the spread is > Your % GAIN.

Perhaps I should ask you how are they not related? To me, the timing of the two trades - 19 minutes apart, plus the logs in sequential order show me they are related.

In the pdf;

2018‐03‐25 16:05:32 Buy 0.00003960 93.04124470 0.00368443 is the 1st Pong and
2018‐03‐25 16:24:21 Sell 0.00003981 92.80771118 0.00369467 is the 2nd Ping, 19 minutes after at 0.5% gain instead of 8.5% as in the parameter.

Either I'm very confused, I'm not getting it, or something else is going on Sampey.
