Hello there. I have a problem with logging into Cat Bot: "Error Loading Exchange Markets. Please Retry Login". Other day i buyed dlc for change my API and when i try enter into system, Cat writes me this error. I don't know what can i do with this problem. Maybe who know what is this?
if you delete your API key you are no more able to use CAT with that api.
In that case you must buy a new Api.

you can't, it's a BOT, otherwise you should trade manually.
you can let cat don't perform some action setting some parameters that can "manipulate" the algorithm behaviour.
What kind of action do you need to disable?

we are managing through api, our client threw only api and secret code! can you describe what could be the cause of the error?
the problem could be a bad configuration of the api key
Poloniex API Activation
- Go to https://poloniex.com/apiKeys
- Don't Activate (for your security if someone stole your Private Key) Can Withdraw Option
- Add your IP address in the approved list for API keys (not mandatory)
