I notice that some coins that are already in the market are doing bounty campaign again like Credits, Veil Eterbase and among others, do you think it's important for a coins/tokens that are already listed to run a bounty campaign from time to time even if they are already listed in exchanges.

I think one of the reason why they luanched bounty or marketing campaign after listing is to tell the world that the particular project's coin/token is already tradable and has liquidity and open for the next level of development and its a good strategy to bring more users and hodlers, As we all know the crypto-space has change a lot and its not friendly for new startups that has weak development characteristics so they need to change strategy like these one.

I joined two bounties of them veil and etherbase but not profitable due to low price and veil was a small amount for bounty rewards, I think should be more rewards for bounty hunters.

So, In most cases, Bounties are inevitable and it does not matter if its a trading coin or not

It matters a lot, what we are discussing here is bounty after getting listed, so that coin as a reward should be the same coin that is already in the exchange. It might affect the price of the coin if the bounty campaign is not effective as it would surely result to a temporary dump.

These projects do bounties mostly out of two reasons. Firstly to give more coins out to the community as stipulated in their token allocation for community reward or for marketing purposes where by they seek for more recognition and popularity. So, In most cases, Bounties are inevitable and it does not matter if its a trading coin or not

After the listing news, bounty hunters become ready for dumping the bounty rewards from my experience. The token price depends on the market situation but bounty distribution makes it hard to check the real value of the token.
dump or not, it depends on the volume of coins in a market, and also the wall in the token. if the wall is indeed large, and able to withstand it, I think there will be no dump, and prices will remain stable. it's just that, based on experience, after the distribution of coins to bounty hunters, prices always decline.
right, prices always go down after the distribution of tokens to bounty hunters. but for a good project I don't think it will last long. and I think with the campaign again after listing is exchanged, it will be a good thing if it is balanced with innovation on the project, so people will be enthusiastic about investing

I think its not really important because the thing about bounty campaign is it a good market strategy to get more people , interaction to the community for the project itself. But on my it would be better to let the project listed when the bounty is nearly finish to make the hype of the project continues until the bounty is finish
Most of the projects are doing bounty before it's listed or when it's currently selling to spread awareness to potential investors, while only few projects who do bounty after the fact that they are already listed in the market, they are doing it because they see the competition is getting bigger and they want to have a fair share of this big and competitive market.

It doesn't matter if they'll have to spend again as long as the project will be benefited in return.

The reason is simple
They still running the bounty campaign is to introduce their project and keep their project awareness to the public especially to the traders on the market. So, the demand will coming...

Bounty Campaigns are just an avenue to promote crypto projects or crypto products. Despite the project list their coin, launching a bounty campaign is just a form of promoting the project and their crypto coin within the crypto space and ecosystem.
I think that is to form a broader ecosystem. A kind of booster, the aim is to attract more and bigger investors. The larger ecosystem will affect market growth so that it will affect the demand and supply of the token or coin.

It's almost an money airdrop, which the project spends on advertising and attracting more communities. They spend money for the bounty hunter to grow the volume traded for that currency.
From the perspective of the project, it is not really necessary. The view of bounty hunter is amazing. What's more than a bounty that will definitely earn money from it.

This is done to further introduce their coins, because the more people who know the coins or tokens from the project, the greater the opportunity for people to buy and invest.  Even though they have already been released on the market.
Exactly the more people know that it is still existing in the market the more will invest. It is a plus that after getting listed still they have a bounty campaign that will make more investors interested about their project.

I guess it would help the project to boost their identity on case they will conduct bounty campaigns even they already listed in exchange. But listing in exchange is already a boosting for project. Specially if the exchange is really popular like binance and bittrex. They don't need anymore to conduct any bounty programs.

Their projects maybe not done yet. It's the new way for IEO to get listed and do the selling in an exchange. It's not like ICO where in doing sales before exchange listing. So bounties are also riding the same aspects that the campaign is ran after exchange listing.

It is done to get more recognization and get more investors involved. But it is a much safer bet with these projects because their coins are already listed in the exchanges and you are in a much safer side of getting paid. Bounty is a part of getting the project which helps the coin to be in the rotation and helps it to maintain a position.

I don't think it's a problem to me.
A coin that was listed on exchange is more reliable than IEO, ICO projects, cause bounty that you receive could be sold right away. So it's more reliable but you will not receive as much as others, after all, it's all your choice.

Team allocate separate funds for the development so basically they are promoting their project means they are helping to recognise among the investor, some reputed coins did the same thing as well so nothing wrong with promoting the project after listed on any exchange.

With the increasing number of new altcoins on the market, maybe old altcoin is thinking of continuing to introduce its project to investors. If investors know that their projects have been traded in the market, there are opportunities for new investors to enter and this is good for brand awareness
The best strategy is to make them available in different trading sites, not only 2 but more so people will notice this coin and that would increase the liquidity of the coin. Liquidity is one thing that investors are looking too, they normally trust a coin with good liquidity.
