it is not really needed for coins or tokens that are already in exchange, but i think it can make their project more known to many people and automatically their trading volume will increase.
maybe that is one of their strategies to make their coins / tokens always remembered and attracted by many people.

Important or not, I think it's just a strategy in marketing to continue to grow even bigger. I really do appreciate projects that are already listed pushing more harder to run bounty campaigns. Such are the wonderful bounty projects I really do appreciate participating in. It gives more value to the project and increases its token volume as most bounty hunters prefer working for projects that are already listed.

Will this give a big effect on the project?
Like the price of the token in the market might get more down as the new bounty will be paid?
But this might work if they are looking for more popularity and volume in the market.

The goal of a bounty is to create more awareness and as such attract investors or users. In the case of ICO bounties, they are meant to collect funds for the start of the project. Subsequent investments to keep the project afloat. Veil never did an ICO for example, so funding the project was primarily through tokens sales and appreciation on exchange. Others basically need to keep the trade volume up so as to give value to the tokens. No investment survives without new investors or users.

Most projects come in phases and with time they have to carry bounties to serve as a reward system for it members it is a form for creating high level awareness unlike the new coins who just list their coins with no one going in for

Promotion plus exposure is one big factor that need on any project even if you are already listed in any exchange site look some project they conrinue to promote in the market to spread in the market their project concept.

I think that similar projects of the bounty campaign are no longer needed because they only cause laughter with their size of rewards. It would be better if they spent the money on regular advertising on specialized sites.

they should allocate their bounty campaign fund into advertizing to make their projects become popular.bounty campaign didn't help alot to do this, they need breakthrough and unusually way.maybe paying reputable media and write about them will make it popular.

Dont took always the blame into the hunters,havent you considered on how much % do bounty hunters do own or being distributed? Its usually 1-2% of the entire supply on a project.So i dont see for them as the primary reason of such dump, the main dumpers are the investors itself.Common thing that do happen on all projects when get listed into a new exchange its price tends to go down.

Bounty campaign is basically a form of advert or promotion of crypto projects, products or platforms. There is nothing wrong if an already listed coin decides to run a bounty campaign. This is just a means to promote their product or coin and also increase the number of users that patronize their product or platform.

Yes I really believed on on this because it's a sort advertising the project especially if it's not known yet to the public so maybe this a new style of processing until it will succeed since I also noticed in one of my signature campaign .

Yes, bounty campaign is not meant to create awareness about a project only at the initial/ICO stage but also after ICO or token sales has been been completed. I think campaign being carried out after tokensale is aimed at promoting the project' product to users and not necessarily investors. Such intention is aimed at more/mass adoption of project products

Bounties at conducted to advertise about a project so it can attract more investors. I don't see the reason why a project already listed cannot organize bounties. Whether a project is listed or not, that shouldn't change the purpose of bounties.

Definitely, that's a good idea and all tokens should still continue to do promotion, there are a lot of investors looking for a new and old token to promote, and they are going to get the awareness if they launch a new campaign for their token.

I think there is no any issue for that, bounty is a kind of advertising, and if bounty come after coins listing in exchange it will be clear for us to judge if the project behind it good or no.
