I really think that projects that don't pay with their own coin are valuable, but very rare projects tend to pay with ethereum. Because many coins are trash, they will give their own coins.
true talk buddy,  many coins are trash so they give out their tokens,  paying reward in ethereum will save a huge dumping for a great project
i would also like it if bounty hunters were paid in ethereum, but i think most ico projects and their bountie campaigns can not afford that. projects would not make ico if they already had a lot of money.

Maybe you have partially right. Bounties can't always be paid on ETH, and managers choose to pay on their tokens.
I think is better for hunters to be paid on tokens than ETH, because in time they can sell coins for more profit, if grow enough and get more money than if they get paid in ETH.

To achieve this kind of thinking, it is necessary to make the hunters resonate. For example, all hunters only accept ETH activities!

Well, if the developers are afraid to lose the price of the coins they make, there's no harm in paying for a bounty hunter with an ETH, it might be able to keep the price of the coins they make. but, if not, maybe a 50:50 ratio is also good enough. but it all depends on the strategy of the ICO developers.

Recently, I can’t find projects where ETH is paid for Signatures. If anyone finds one let me know

have not seen campaigns with payments in ETH but there are plenty of campaigns with rewards in bitcoin.
you can find them and follow the active ones here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-of-bitcointalk-signature-ad-campaigns-last-update-01-jan-23-615953

If the bounty can use ETH as a payment method, then I believe that the bounty activity can attract more professional hunters, but sadly most merchants will not accept such an idea!

You must really be delusional. There's really so such thing as professional hunters. Just hunters who know how to get the most out of bounties, 100% for their benefit and 0% for their projects. Paying in ETH will probably attract the more serious people true, but it will also attract the scammers with their hundreds of multi accounts.

I would agree that campaigns paying in hard crypto like ETH/BTC should be the way for serious projects to go, but this must also come with strict implementation of the campaign. A good manager that monitors QUALITY, not just ACTIVITY. A campaign that has objectives, not just numbers. Members that are active participants in crypto, not just bounty hunters.

It is unlikely that this idea will be supported by developers, it makes no sense for them to spend Ethereum, it is easier to pay with their tokens, which may not be worth anything.
They only have their tokens by this time, spending ETH might be a hassle for them, before their companies that paid in BTC and ETH, there are only few who did it with strict rules in able to claim a reward.

This is a very good suggestion for bounty hunters, but ICO projects don't think so, because they are making money from their own tokens. If ETH is used instead of rewards, their tokens will lose value!

I think this is a good idea for the project as well as the bounty participants and project support for them. But it should be done when the project has achieved certain success. This will protect the interests and values of investors. However, it is not easy if the project does not actually achieve secure funding. We have no right to judge that decision. They are full of space and they will do everything best because of their project.

Only the brave ICO teams would do that. Majority of those projects does not have much money and it's only enough to pay for the team and marketing. I also like to be paid in Eth for assurance but we don't decide on this matter and we should be thankful that we are given this kind of opportunity.

This is only rational and logical IF the team care about the price of tokens, in 99% team does not actually care thats why they pay in tokens and comes up with hundread of excuses why they ar not doing it. The reality is that they dont care, they just have gathered tons of money and are sitting on it, investors are left to watch how their " asset" is getting mercilessly paunted bby hunters who do not care.

now way they will pay bounties in ETH.
ether/bitcoin etc are pure money while their tokens are nothing as long as they aren't trading on solid exchanges with good volumes
also there will always be people who are willing to make bounty for tokens, hence no point for teams to change anything

If you pay for the ETH bonuses for bonus campaigns, it will certainly be good for the bounty hunter because it does not affect the holder of the ICO. But this is not good for ico builders

Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

ANY HUNTER can already get payment in ETH (ETHER), right now. Check this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.46642862

NO NEED to wait 4-6 month, exchange you bounty stakes for ETH immediately when they earned.

They created their own coin to be used and to replace some top coins, so why would not use it as payment for the bounties, that's the only way to let their created coins known.
