Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Good point.
But for most part of ICOs 1-2% of raised funds is a big sum, and for project it is useless to pay bounty hunters with ETH. Because they can spend these funds for product developent.
In other words, it is better for everyone to pay in tokens, as bunty hunters can get more and projects need less resources for it.

That would be great if it happens. Atleast we are sure that our time and effort will be rewarded.  But the question is if the developer of a certain project will consider that.

It would be simply wonderful, I would even agree to receive 10-20% less, but with the ability to immediately withdraw money. But I do not think that the organizers will do it.

I think it is not a little rewarding but the number has begun to increase and I think it is better to have a limit on entering the site instead of merit sitemedi

I'm sorry but I didn't get your point. I guess you're talking about this forum, aight? Anyways, it will be easier for us bounty hunters if they'll pay us with eth, because that's a sure profit unlike if it's on their coin, there's a possibility that it will decrease its price.

I don't think that it's any good in this idea. Sometimes tokens from bounty grow faster than ETH and that's far more profitable.

Sometimes. But there is no guarantee. Nowadays, a lot of the bounty campaigns are not paying their participants (I would say that the proportion is between 30% and 50%). And in most of the remaining cases, the tokens are not traded in any of the exchanges.

Yes I think its a good idea. But I think its better if the bounty hunter will be given the option to choose what kind of payment they like, whether its eth or the tokens. Some bounty hunters like tokens as their reward because they think they will gain more from it while others like eth directly because they can exchange it directly with fiat money.

No, many projects use the token as a bounty to pay them. They rarely give it to the ether. At present, I haven’t seen any project that uses the ether as a bounty, as long as I can pay the token on time. .

It depends on whether the currency is good, I prefer the currency, if the currency is "idk/decent/bad", I prefer ETH! Why? if the currency is good it is easy to make + 1000% while it is much more difficult now for eth to make + 1000%

i do not think the idea is that bad, but i would be in for 25% reward in eth and 75% reward in token.

token offers the opportunity to get more fiat money if the project is successful. with eth you would be on the safe side, you also get something of value.

with a mix of token and eth then you would be on the safe side.

Token itself has purpose to make easy for every companies, if they pay in eth with a price that isn't stable it will feeling hard. It has to pay with with how much is it. If is in token, their teams have decided of course with amount of token and no need to wait the eth price to be stable.

Payments with ETH can affect the project badly. But it will not be bad if options are offered. Some can be rewarded with ETH.
The token has not been dumped on this count.

I think it isn't really a problem if you want your reward to be in ETH then you should trade it right away,
It is a good opportunity for us to have their token as a reward their token could be pump up in the future and we could get a huge profit from it,
It is up to us on how are we going to handle the reward.

I think it would be great if bounty hunters would get the rewards as Ethereum but i guess it is not possible for the ICO team to accept this payment. The team gives all the hunters their own token because the team wants the hunters to be potential investors.
it is impossible if all ico apply payment using eth to bounty hounter. although there are ico who implement it but I do not believe if will pay with eth because it is very big.

Well, if bounty hunters are paid in ETH, they could easily interact with other ERC-20 tokens within the Ethereum blockchain. However, I believe that it may never happen as bounty managers would like to promote the token of their choice. By paying bounty hunters into that specific token, they contribute to the price and demand of it.

So, it would be more beneficial for bounty managers to pay in the token they're supporting rather than ETH itself. But who knows? Maybe, one day we'll be able to see a bounty campaign which pays in ETH for the benefit of its participants. ETH is accepted in a wide array of exchanges when compared against ERC-20 tokens. Not all tokens, are traded at the same exchange, and not all of them have the same liquidity as ETH. Therefore, it all depends whenever a bounty manager would like to pay in ETH or not. Smiley

Naturally in this there are pros and cons. If the ETH is issued, that participants the award will be small. Tokens have the advantage that they can grow in price and managers will not be in loss due to the issue of tokens for "advertising".

it would be better but, why do you think they give their bounty participants the token instead of ethereum? well, I think, it is because, bounty hunters is also the reason why the value of the token is moving. without us, the value of the token will not move.

It's not that bad if a idea but it defeats the purpose the other coins are trying to prove and that being  eth is not the only coin and we should give other coins a fair chance to prove their worth.they themselves are trying to be a payment method and if they themselves use eth and what's the point of their coin.

If Ethereum is used as a bounty payment, then they will have to pay a portion of the funds, but using their tokens as a bounty, they can make people do things without paying money, and I believe they will also consider the value of this currency. Go to distribution.

Initially, I really agree with the payment using ETH. It is more promising in my opinion. But, does the company (ICO project) really have willing to give us the eth as the reward? They will think it twice and more times because they need to promote and spread their coin or token first to all community.

Off course they need to promote their coin/token. But at the same time, they also need to reward the bounty campaign participants, who work so hard to popularize their token. In the past, I have taken part in some bounty campaigns. I remember one campaign now... I worked so hard for 2 months, made so many tweets and retweets and in the end I got some worthless tokens which still sit in my MEW wallet. They can't be traded anywhere and I have no use with them. All my two months of effort was wasted.
But more of the times, those who make it popular makes it dump too. Bounty hunters easily dump their coin when they receive that gives negative status to some ICO due to decreasing value from their ICO prize, proper distribution and locking were done now to take away from this hunters actions.
