Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

The ICO project does not pay bounty hunters in ETH because the share divided among the participants would be very less due to its higher prices. And above all they distribute their tokens to increase the liquidity of their tokens in the market which will lead to price increase in their coins. The more people exchanging their coins in market will make price higher. It needs some time for the coins to get listed on exchange after the completion of ICO but still they dont pay us in ETH as it is costly for them too.

Men i think you should be thankful enough you're having money with doing an easy work. You want to be paid big team when you only need to do is to post something in the forum while wearing their signature. If you want ETH real bad then work your ass and then invest to ETH. very ungrateful for the ICO project.

This is an excellent suggestion. Nowadays, less than 10% of the bounties are profitable and the remaining are either scams or they give worthless tokens to the participants. This can't go on like this. At least 25% of the reward must be in the form of ETH. The remaining can be in the form of tokens.

It is good to pay bounty hunters in eth. Bit it is a little bit risky because most of the token given during the ico won't have equal value with eth. And even the token only has value when it get listed on exchange.

Of course we should get paid in ethereum, because those tokens that we have received still wont give us a certain amout of profits,as these tokens wont be easily going to be listed as it needs sa lot of time to get listed into exchange, major exchange will take months to review the coin or project that these ICOs are offering.

Thats why we need patience cause we promote ICOs that we dont really sure when will be listed or sometimes not. Holding it is not a matter in fact for me bounty token can even surpass some of our expectation when the team work hard after listing making it more valueble.

I think that it would be most appropriate to provide in the forms we fill out the possibility of obtaining new tokens or ethereum of choice. Someone may be interested in tokens, and someone needs ETH. However, in fact, paying in ETH would cause considerable interest of bounty hunters to ICO projects. In this case, the ICO team will have to set the limit of the number of participants in the generosity campaign, since a hard limit will already be established in the ETH and an increase in the number of participants in the generosity campaign will sometimes result in overspending of the allocated funds. For the ICO team, this is an extra job and they are unlikely to want to do it.

WPP ENERGY - BACKED ASSET GREEN ENERGY TOKEN
No,

Firstly the team obviously won't like that.

Secondly if you believe that the token you're promoting is going to dump then don't promote it.

Potentially better for the bounty hunter since ETH is already on the market, is well-established and currently the market is looking good for it. However, when a bounty hunter sign-ups to a bounty, that altcoin, could end up being worth a lot more. Albeit, a smaller chance, but still a chance.

I much preferred to get paid by Token rather than ETH. Even though some ICOs failed making bounty hunters dont get so much. I still want to get paid by it since Token can always make a comeback for those people who got patience.

I think projects can do whatever they want to, it is up to the participants to choose what they want but I do agree that serious projects who want to go the way of marketing should pay in useable crypto like Bitcoin or Ether.

On one hand,,, you can get potentially more money if the token received is successful. On the other,,, you want to get rewarded for effort with something you can already spend. I prefer Bitcoin even to ETH, because I can use BTC in so many places if I do not want to sell it.

I am of the opinion that paying in ETH is a good solution, but it would be better to have the certainty of receiving payments even in tokens that are appropriate to the work that a person performs. I worked, among others, in two bounty campaigns that lasted more than six months, and I received tokens worth two dollars lately. This means exploiting the work of people worse than when there were slaves, I hope soon comes a regulation because these episodes do not happen anymore

As far as everyone is paid with tokens of their respective bounties they had promoted and those tokens can be exchanged to ETH in an exchange well I am satisfied with that because the reasons why those ICOs pays with their tokens is best known to them.

I think the bounty managers are not going to like that kind of idea. As you see in the breakdown of the tokens or they called token allocations. There is an amount of tokens that is allocated specifically to the bounty hunters. And that didnt go to the ico which the investors paid eth or other coins in return of their coins. So if that would be implemented, where did the team find eth to paid to the hunters. Its better to just pay the tokens that the advertised.

It is very good if the ICO projects paid ETH to the bounty hunters , but this is not the scenario bounty hunters are paid in terms of tokens, this is because the different ICO projects have their own tokens to sell and launched along with their ICO projects, that it why the bounty hunters will not be paid by ETH, but instead the ICO tokens.

ETH as a means of payment will be welcomed by bounty hunters, most bounty hunters will choose to have a stable price of ETH rather than those not yet listed on the token.

is actually better if the payment bounty with eth token price is stable and investors are also not worried about the allocation of eth payments

For me im good with token. Because we dont know the token will triple to his ordinary ico price. And i think you gained big profit if the reward is token than eth.
But its okay for me of reward is ethereum
