50/50 would be the best strategy here as when you get your bounty rewards it has a 50/50 chance to moon. So I would rather cash out 50% of my holdings and hold the other 50% for a chance for it to go to moon. If it does not go to moon then your still good as you already cash out 50% of your holdings.

If I get some bonuses, that's the result of the effort, the time I spent. I have carefully selected projects to participate so when I have the bonus I will keep waiting for higher prices when the project is on the trading floor.
To my mind, there are many bounties that you should actually keep bofore selling them but so many people think different and prefer to dump bounty tokens so I would say it is only up to you and depends on your strategy.

There are more of the bounty hunters sale their coin when they see that it's listed in exchange and do not wait for that long, we cannot blame them because there are time that they need their money immediately, but they are wasting the opportunity too earn more .
I think 80% from bounty hunter sell their coin or token right after hit exchange.that's not because they need money immediatly, but most of people scared the price will fall and never go back even to ico price.
And like we see now many ico that success hit softcap or even hardcap but the price down so much from ico price.
I think before you sell your tokens, you need to study the project. If the project does not have prospects, you can sell coins immediately. And if the project is promising, like an ether, then of course it should be stored for longer!

That makes the OP's statement looks pretty ridiculous. 
There a thing makes the bounty hunter gets a lot of money. Since the project become successful and raised a lot of money. remember there are some project that has putted a lot of money to be the bounty for advertising its project.
I remember someone from amber coin reach over $33k from bounty and populous.
The thing that makes bounty hunters get a lot of money is having dozens or hundreds of accounts and spaming useless posts.
I wouldn't mind all the multi accounts if people would actually write something constructive but it seems the campaign managers don't crack down much on post content and only look at basic metrics like subforum posted in, number of posts per day or number of posts within a timeframe.

sometimes I see those who use multiple accounts to get rewards. I do not understand that they can survive for years waiting for the success of the projects they build. and wait until the end of the sale runs out.
You have two options about bounty coins or tokens, either you sell them for bounty money immediately for a living or you hold them for life as an assets, both serves their various purposes for life.
Some people just participate in the bounties and wait for few years. they don't sell their bounty rewards for low fiat reward. Ironically those people become FIAT millionaires.

Not all, some of the bounty hunters do scalping on the first day to a week,

Unfortunately, not always everything turns out well. A very small number of projects bring in a big profit. Much more coins and tokens are losing much in price. Of course, you need to study the prospect of the development of a particular project and then make bets. But hold absolutely all coins is not reasonable, in my humble opinion.

Really depends on the ICO and if you believe in it. You can sit on them and then hope it goes big, but I would suggest if you are more of the hodling type, do a few at once that way you have more to cover any duds. Also research into the ICO and ask questions on their thread.

It seems to me that now there are very few such projects that will show such growth as it was before. A few years ago it was new and completely unknown to most people. Now a lot of money is invested in the cryptocurrency and it is said about it everywhere.
